The hotel has 150 rooms. parking is only approximately 30 spaces, if you dont book the few places you have to walk 8 minutes from a park and ride. Not a good start. |1. When booking the room (king with view) it says carpet - there was none. 2. hypoallergenic - took this to mean the room was designed with allergies in mind.- pillows and quilt were duck down not good for asthmatics. Tried ringing room service, no answer, my wife had to go to reception to ask for allergen free pillows and quilt. after 15 minutes all the girl could get was one foam pillow and a single quilt. |3. Shower floor was very smooth and I nearly slipped twice. |4. My wife wanted to put on her makeup, there was nowhere to sit to do this, no desk with mirror. |5. Also room booking says mini bar, there was a fridge with two water bottles (not a mini bar) |6. tea and coffee facility was only adequate, we wanted english tea, 2 tea bags only, if we wanted more you had to drink different flavoured teas yuck. |Booking a king size room I expected more thinking would have gone into what the guests might need. I asked at reception what the manager had to say, I was told you should have put your requirements on the bookng form beforehand.|So i would not go to this hotel ever again and would advise caution and checking everything with the hotel before booking to avoid the same problems we had.
