The hotel is in a nice area of Las Condes. Restaurants, cafes, and shopping nearby. The building seems to be new as the hotel is clean and still smells good. ||The lobby is nice with some pieces of art scattered around with a lot of seating areas and even an open area to hang out or smoke. ||The bar is busy with people and the bartender, Daniel, handles his guests well. He prepared a kicker pisco sour for us. ||The room is bright, huge and clean. The bathroom is clean with strong water pressure on the shower. We didn’t take the breakfast buffet of $20 per person as there’s some tempting empanada option just across the street. I would like to add that most of the establishments are closed on Sundays. ||The only negative that I’ll mention is our room keys didn’t work on our second day. The lady who checked us in knew we will be there for 2 nights but still didn’t get it right. She’s nice and wonderful still but one of my pet peeve during my hotel stays is having to get to my room without going back down to get my keys fixed. Especially if I’m coming from a whole day of walking and sight seeing that you’re so tired and you just want to get into your room but only to find out your keys are not working. When I went down, Andres was very apologetic and nice about the situation. We’re in our trip around South America for 2 weeks now hopping from one hotel to another and unfortunately this is the only one that didn’t get it right.||Other than that, the porters are always there to open the doors for the guests. I also want to mention Oscar at the front desk who made our stay a little nicer. ||Overall, the hotel ticked most of the boxes for me and will recommend to others.
