Hyatt Centric Levent Istanbul

Fabulous hotel, the rooms are modern and spacious. The spa is just exceptional (even though the pool was just a tiny bit too cold for my liking). Maria from the Front Desk was so kind and gave us a super warm welcome. The breakfast spread was good, the eggs Benedict made on demand were top notch. We also ordered room service which was brought to the room very quickly and tasted amazing. Only small down sides : most of the staff we encountered had a bit of a hard time understanding English (which is okay, just makes it a little harder to make sure you get your point across) and the location is a bit far from the city center which isn’t ideal if this is your first stay in Istanbul. The location is nonetheless great with a plethora of shops and restaurants a mere few minutes away as well as good connection to public transportation. I would recommend if value a memorable hotel experience over the practicality of having a hotel in the center.

We recently stayed at the Hyatt Centric Levent Istanbul, and it was a wonderful experience from start to finish. The hotel offers all the services you’d expect from a big 5-star property but at a price that makes it an excellent value. The rooms are spacious and cozy, with a stylish design that feels both luxurious and comfortable. The bathrooms are massive, with great amenities—perfect for unwinding after a long day. Speaking of relaxing, the spa and pool area are top-notch. After exploring the city, it was such a treat to come back and recharge in the tranquil spa. The staff were exceptional, always friendly and ready to help with any request. Whether it was arranging transportation, offering recommendations, or addressing small details, they handled everything quickly and efficiently, which made the stay even more enjoyable. While some might think the location is a bit far from the historic center, we found it to be very well connected. The metro is nearby, and taxis make everything accessible and convenient. Overall, the Hyatt Centric Levent delivers a premium experience with a fantastic price-quality ratio. We would absolutely stay here again and recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and luxurious base to explore Istanbul!

Highly recommended for both short and long term visits. I recently stayed at this hotel for six nights and was really impressed. The rooms are super spacious, with a bathroom that has both a bath and a shower. The bed and pillows were incredibly comfortable, which made it easy to get a good night's sleep. The staff were amazing—so attentive and really went out of their way to make sure everyone was happy. Nothing was too much trouble. I also loved the light system in the room; you can tell they put a lot of thought into it. Everything was spotlessly clean, and the hygiene standards were top-notch. Room service came by every day, cleaned thoroughly, and always made sure we had fresh towels. The location is fantastic, right next to the metro and close to many tourist spots, so it was easy to get around. Breakfast didn't have a huge variety, but everything was fresh and really well-prepared. Honestly, I prefer it this way rather than having a massive spread where the quality isn’t as good. The spa and gym were also great—very clean with good quality equipment. It made my stay even better. My only critique would be about their sustainability efforts. They provide water in 0.33 L PET bottles, and I ended up using three bottles every time I worked out, which adds up to a lot of plastic waste. It would be nice if they offered a water fountain or refill station instead. I understand why they have bottled water for guests who didn’t bring their own, but having the option to refill a bottle would be better for the environment. All in all, I had a fantastic stay and would definitely recommend this hotel. Just a small tweak on the sustainability front would make it even better. Thanks for a great stay!

The hotel has such lovely rooms and very delicious food! Our waiter Alper Feyyaz was very warm and helpful and ensured we enjoyed our stay in Istanbul! The conference room was very spacious and airy, allowing for great interaction with my team.

There are many hotels in Istanbul. Anyone considering a short visit or long-term stay has almost endless options. I hope to convince you that the Hyatt Centric is as good an option as you might find. I stayed there for almost two months from July through September 2024, after staying for one month at a much inferior long-term hotel. I chose the Hyatt Centric very carefully; I visited at least fifteen hotels before deciding to stay there. When I finally checked in at the Hyatt Centric, I was immediately relieved. What a great place. The location is fantastic. It is not in a historic and/or tourist neighborhood, and it's on a major road, not a lovely little back street. But for a long-term visitor its location in central Istanbul and RIGHT NEXT to metro station on the city's most important metro line means that you can get to those neighborhoods-- and anywhere else-- in minutes. Also, the neighborhood (Levent) has a charm of its own, with lots of restaurants, cafes, and small businesses like you would find wherever you live. Not just the sometimes oppressive tourist industry, in other words. Second, the hotel itself is fine. The lobby is unprepossessing, but the rooms are fabulous, the breakfast area delightful, and the gym/spa area excellent. The rooms are large, bright, and very clean. Most important, however, is the staff. In two months at the hotel I never had a single negative encounter with anyone who worked at the hotel. Every single person was kind, professional, and friendly-- every single time. From the excellent sales team of Burak and Buse to the front desk crew headed by Elif Bay (Maria was also someone I came to depend on), I was genuinely listened to, respected, and helped with whatever it was I was bringing to their attention. I have recommended the hotel to others who work for my employer and to friends and family. I am now recommending it to you. You may find more luxurious (and expensive) hotels, but I don't think you'll find a better hotel.

Hotel was amazing! Staff were really friendly! Room was really good as well! 03 malls are situated next to the hotel and also has a metro station nearby! Breakfast was okay! Almost the same menu everyday with not much varieties.

I stayed at the Hyatt Levent for a month and had an amazing experience. Right from the smiling faces of the servers at breakfast (Umut bey, Feyyaz Bey, and all of them - too many names to mention here), warmth shown from reception in resolving issues and the bell boy team, concierge and valet! They made us feel right at home! Thank you.

Stayed here for 1 week while my husband was attending a conference and I will NOT do this again. The water in the pool was freezing and I swam for 20 minutes total. Impossible to get tea bags in my room to make a cup of English breakfast tea. No Netflix or any cable channels on to. Not a five star hotel for me. Maybe I was expecting a lot🤷🏻‍♀️
