"The Hyatt Centric Leventis a slick city pad that eschews Ottoman finery and instead submerges guests in a zen-inspired interior. The huge rooms are splashed with a palette of soft grays and warm rosewood. They feature Frette linens, custom-programmed iPods, daily fresh flowers, and Bang & Olufsen electronics. Free from flounces and frills, the quiet elegance of the rooms offers a thoroughly urban-luxe experience. Home to two of the city’s most exclusive nightlife spots, the Hyatt is a destination in and of itself. The warm tones and quirky 20-foot-long tropical fish aquarium lining the bar of the Gold Bar provide a relaxing respite for quiet nightcaps. Business travelers can take care of corporate needs using the 24-hour multilingual secretarial service, the intimate screening room for private films and presentations, plus a series of contemporary-styled meeting rooms."

Hyatt Centric Levent Istanbul (Istanbul, Turkey) Verified Reviews | Tablet Hotels

"Hyatt knows its way around high-end luxury hotels. More recently, they’re trying their hand at something a little more accessible and a little, well, hipper. Not that there’s anything unstylish about their top-end hotels, but the Hyatt Centric brand is aimed more squarely at a younger generation of travelers who may be headed for the Park Hyatt one day, but not today. The first Hyatt Centric outside of the Americas is the Hyatt Centric Levent Istanbul, and it’s a perfect illustration of what the Centric sub-brand is about." - Tablet Hotels

I had the most wonderful experience at this hotel during my birthday trip to Istanbul. From the moment I arrived, I was treated with warmth, care, and attention. Every member of the staff was exceptional, but I especially want to highlight Fahryie, whose kindness and genuine interest in making sure we had a great stay made all the difference. It’s not just the professionalism of the team that stands out – it’s their humanity, their warmth, and the way they truly care about their guests. Fahryie made us feel welcome, safe, and celebrated, and thanks to her, this became one of the most memorable hotel experiences I’ve ever had. I wholeheartedly recommend this place – not just for the comfort and quality, but for the people who make it truly special.

To be honest, I was impressed by the room I stayed in. I believe I was upgraded to a higher room category due to my loyalty to this hotel chain. And they surprised me with a well chilled bottle of wine and some fruits upon arrival. The modern room was really spacious and, among other things, featured a huge couch. The bed was comfortable enough to get a good rest during the night. And even more important, the room was soundproof! I really enjoyed me short stay in this room. There was also a spa with pools, a sauna, and a steam room. I found that you could really work up a sweat in the sauna, unlike in many other hotels where the temperatures aren't as well-regulated. Then, of course, there was a pool for swimming and a smaller pool with jets that gave you a very pleasant massage for your back. I didn’t try the breakfast as I was not hungry at all in the morning. Restaurants and a mall are located within walking distance. The hotel itself isn't located in downtown Istanbul, but I chose that intentionally. If you want to get to and from the airport by public transport, the metro stations aren't too far away. These are best reached by Uber.

If you want to get your things stolen and be treated rudely as if you are staying there for free in their opinion, then stay there. While this hotel is a Hyatt chain, and you might get taken by there rooms photography, and yes they are great rooms but what’s a good hotel 5 stars with awful service. An expensive item was in the hotel room and all of a sudden disappeared, they didn’t bother to check thoroughly and while they say they did I know for a fact from the service received they didn’t. They try to blame it on other things like I may have misplaced it outside the hotel, even tho it was never taken out (this item). While I do not want to be injustice on whether it’s stolen or not, but given they are able to say it’s details but yet can’t find it… I leave it to your own conclusion. OH AND TO MAKE IT WORSE WAS A CLOTHING ITEM, not a forgotten jewellery or material item of such ….so be careful ask for locks on the closet if you stay there at this point. They swear at you in Turkish the house keeping as well thinking you won’t understand what they’re saying.

I had a wonderful stay. The team was incredibly friendly and welcoming, always happy to help. The food was fresh and delicious, especially the breakfast. My room was spotless, spacious, and super comfortable. The whole place felt very safe and well looked after. Can’t wait to come back!

Conveniently located (business area with different banks’ HQ offices, Zorlu Center, Levent metro station right next to the hotel) nice hotel with spacious rooms (not new, but in a quite good condition, kept well and clean). Staff is very friendly and helpful. Breakfasts are good and tasty, all what is needed. Recommended.

Verry nice hotel. But the service went a bit down. And it is also overpriced. We had breakfast in the room and the waiter just brought it and left. Didnet set up the table or take any off the food out from the hot boxes. Hi barely spoke to us, basically just rolled the table in and left. Also when we extended our stay the staff at reception was verry rude, didnet have any manners at all It may have been the manager so hi feel like hi have authority over the guests also.

The name CENTRIC applies to the location. This hotel offers the ultimate convenience location wise: - Few steps away from Levent Metro - Tons of local eateries surrounding the hotel - And big shopping malls nearby Unfortunately this is where it ends. Anything else in this hotel does not reflect a Hyatt quality. 1. Toilet flush was broken, and when we reported to receptionist (I think his name is Serhan or something like that) nothing happened. Nothing was followed up till evening time until we had to approach a Housekeeper gentleman nearby who assisted us by calling Engineering. 👎👎👎 2. When we asked for extra bottled water they simply told us we needed to pay for it. While I understand this is their policy, but other Hyatt hotel in Istanbul happily provided few bottles extra complimentary. 👎👎👎 We decided to just grab a small gallon of drinking water from next door grocery shop to save the hassle. Something that didn't happen in the other Hyatt we stayed. 3. When our flight got rescheduled from 4 PM to 10 PM, we requested to a later check out flexibility but the unattentive Front Desk (no name tag but he is tall and well-built) coldly told us "No, you can't have later than 1 PM" without even trying to understand the situation, let alone provide alternative solution. 👎👎👎 He said the hotel is fully booked, a classic excuse...regardless the hotel still accepting reservations through online booking portals. For real, does he think he can fool people? We managed to get a slightly later check out at 2 PM with the help from the only helpful Front Desk HASAN AKBAŞ. He is the only person in Front Desk who smiles and seemed to be willing to help guests. 4. The spa area was also confusing. They have 3 different floor for spa facilities. We came to see the facilities and the Asian guy who greeted us said "Feel free to walk around", and so we did. But when we reached treatment floor, one female staff (I think she's the masseuse) approached us in an unpleasant manner saying "You should not be here, this area is only for spa guest" Well, I was thinking to get a Balinese Massage but thanks to her I changed my mind knowing I wasn't welcomed there even I was staying as a guest in-house. ***Attention to Training / Quality Manager*** Please, train the concept of "going the extra mile" which seemed to be non-existent in this property. It's a disappointment that Hyatt Centric is not a guest centric property...especially compared to other Hyatt hotels in the city.
