Our stay at Hyatt Centric Istanbul was absolutely outstanding and exceeded all expectations. The rooms are fantastic — modern, spacious, beautifully designed, and impeccably clean, with extremely comfortable beds that make it easy to relax after a busy day in the city. The location is excellent, perfectly situated with easy access to major areas, shopping, restaurants, and public transportation — ideal for both sightseeing and business travel. What truly makes this hotel special is the staff. Everyone was incredibly friendly, attentive, and professional, always ready to help and making us feel genuinely welcome throughout our stay. The restaurant deserves special mention as well — outstanding food, great service, and a wonderful atmosphere. Both breakfast and dining were a real pleasure. Without a doubt, this is a hotel we would happily return to and highly recommend to anyone visiting Istanbul.

This is NOT Hyatt, this is a franchise. Nothing at the hotel works including the shower, sink, bathtub, sauna and the steam room. In the name of being ultramodern, terrible architecture is preferred which is not usable or useful. Towels on the floor, sink is sideways - is this modern architecture? Unreachable switch buttons behind the bathroom mirror is very annoying. Unreachable AC control, behind the huge and uncomfortable sofa! Rooms are suffocating: hardwood floors, walls, and ceeling create a sauna effect. Not good architecture or design! Location may seem to be convenient, but it is VERY NOISY and VERY CROWDED. Old cemetery right infront of the hotel, right across the noisy Buyukdere Cad. Not suitable for families, or a business trip due to the crowd preferring this hotel. Front desk agent Durdane is awesome!

I would give customer service 0 stars if I could. The attitude from the front desk was so rude! I placed a food delivery order, but since I didn’t have a local number, the delivery driver didn’t reach me to tell me that the food had arrived. I had left the hotel room number in the address. However, the front desk didn’t accept the order nor did they try to call my room to confirm my order had arrived. As a result, the order was cancelled and I was issued no refund. When confronted, the front desk told me that it wasn’t their responsibility and that they couldn’t help me contact the delivery service to try and issue a refund. Absolutely terrible customer service! Don’t stay here!

I was visiting with my family and we really enjoyed the hotel, it’s very clean, rooms are spacious and comfy, and the location is great. You have lots of shops in the neighborhood, plus Zorlu Center is very close for shopping. Breakfast is amazing, and the staff is very polite and helpful

We really enjoyed our stay at the Hyatt! The atmosphere was great, the rooms were clean and comfortable, and the staff were very friendly and professional. The breakfast was excellent, and our waiter Muhammad Santos was especially kind. Highly recommend!

Had a wonderful stay at Hyatt Centric. The room was quite large, open, and very comfortable. The staff were all really nice and friendly! The only comment is that the police sirens can be a bit annoying as I believe there is a police station nearby.
