The staff at Hyatt Centric are truly exceptional and made us feel welcome from the moment we pulled up. From the friendly greeting at the entrance and help with our car doors to the seamless assistance with our luggage, every interaction was incredibly personable. The team is genuinely warm and professional, which set a fantastic tone for our entire stay. Beyond the service, the hotel itself is top-notch, offering great quality and impeccable cleanliness throughout. We loved the thoughtful touches like the complimentary drinks and the excellent food, which exceeded our expectations. It’s a wonderful environment for families and offers incredible value for money. We will definitely be back!

I had an absolutely wonderful stay at Hotel Tristar! From the moment I arrived, the staff were warm, welcoming, and incredibly attentive to every detail. The rooms were spotless, comfortable, and well-equipped with everything I needed for a relaxing stay. The food was outstanding — especially the butter chicken with rice, which was honestly the best I’ve ever had! The location is convenient, and the overall atmosphere is peaceful and inviting. I truly appreciated the excellent service and hospitality throughout my stay. Highly recommend Hotel Tristar to anyone visiting the area — a perfect 5-star experience!

Great breakfast assortment. Kind and polite staff, always ready to help. Room is compact but cozy. All required amenities are available in the room. Areas that can be improved : the racks in the bathroom are older and peeling off . However , I would highly recommend this hotel for the value for money it offers.

It's a 5 star review from me for this hotel. The location worked very well for me because it was easy to get to Indiranagar where I needed to be. It is a bit far if you need to be in Bellandur or Whitefield though. The rooms were very clean and spacious. The service was very prompt and very welcoming. The breakfast - both the ambience as well as the options on offer was a highlight. Would definitely be back.

This was my first time visiting this place. I happened to be passing by and had wanted to check it out for a long time. I noticed a 50% discount on Zomato, so I booked a table and decided to dine there. After arriving, I came to know that an LGBT party was taking place, which is completely fine. However, what was absolutely unacceptable was what I witnessed inside the washroom — people were openly consuming drugs. This raised serious safety and legal concerns. I immediately informed the management about it, but shockingly no action was taken. On top of that, after finishing dinner, the staff refused to honor the Zomato offer, claiming that the discount was not applicable despite the booking being made through the platform. Only after a heated argument did they reluctantly agree to apply the offer. The situation escalated further when a group of people surrounded me and attempted to intimidate me, creating a very hostile and uncomfortable environment. As a customer, this was extremely disturbing and unprofessional. Between the management ignoring illegal activities, attempting to deny a confirmed offer, and allowing an intimidating environment for customers, this was one of the most unpleasant dining experiences I have ever had. I strongly urge the management and the platform to look into these issues seriously.

We had a great time staying at the Hyatt Centric. The staff were all so friendly & helpful. In particular Kivi on the front desk and Abhimanyu the Chef de Cuisine were engaging and thoughtful. The food is well above normal standards and particularly a la carte dining was excellent. The hotel was very clean and the swimming pool always lovely to use. The room was very comfortable. It was OK to walk to nearest shopping mall and easy to get Uber to take you anywhere else.

We spent one night at this wonderful hotel, whilst visiting Bangalore, and the only other thing we could have wished for was to stay for another night! The room was very comfortable, including a very practical and stylish bathroom. A common theme that we observed was the friendly and professional nature of the staff, from the front desk, to the staff at breakfast, specifically Varshitha and Mawii. We also enjoyed a relaxing head, neck massage, foot reflexology and facial at the Spa and Fitness Center, by Januka. We were so glad to truely unwind and relax. This hotel is located in an ideal area, and is accessible to many of Bangalore's attractions.

I had a very pleasant stay at Hyatt Centric MG Road. The staff were really nice and friendly. Especially the people working on the 4th floor restaurants. I wish the people at the front desk are as friendly though. Everyone at the main door was lovely especially Rudean and Sachin (I hope I got their name correctly. They are the best for making sure I get on and off my Uber ride safely. Thank you everyone for taking good care of me for 5 days 🤩🙏🙏🙏🙏 Lots of love 🫶
