Unparalleled care given to the needs and whims of the guests. Warm, welcoming and very hospitable from the smiles to the welcome drink. The food is amazing and the breakfast buffet is as varied with something for everyone. Coffee is next level ! The food is fresh and full of flavor! I appreciated all the fresh juices. The staff is very attentive and the manager floats around to check that they are meeting your needs. I highly recommend this property. We were not here for business but we appreciate the high standards of Hyatt so we chose the property .

Beautiful hotel with pleasant staff and comfortable rooms. Front desk staff was very friendly, we had a good laugh with Matias. Breakfast had a wide variety of foods, including gluten free options and the restaurant is lovely. Our waiter, Renato was very kind, helpful and made an effort with his English. Highly recommend this hotel and its restaurant!

I just try the breakfast menu it was very delicious . A lot of options , even for people that don’t eat gluten. You can ask your our egg as you like with different toppings. They had chia parfait , green juice , Greek yogurt , muffin gluten free

The staff were very responsive and helpful. We had to hang out in the lobby for a while due to our flight home being delayed and the staff were kind to us. The room was very nice and clean. We would stay there again.

I stayed here as hyatt globalist. The room is OK. Standard hyatt centric. I didn’t get a upgrade. But the highlight is the food. The complementary breakfast for globalist is fantastic. It’s not just about the variety, but almost all of the dishes are delicious. One of the best I’ve had. We had dinner at the same restaurant one night as well. And it’s also really good. Hotel guest can get 20% off.

All the food is very excellent and the servers Fabian and Fernando were very friendly. The atmosphere is upscale but not too stuffy.

This hotel really knew how to make our stay special! I am always amazed at all of the perks I get with Hyatt even with only the first tier of status (Discoverist) A hotel was immaculately clean, and the staff was ultra friendly. We really enjoyed our petit fours in the room and drinks at the rooftop bar

What a wonderful hotel in every way with quality facilities (also the gym, pool and sauna), quality food and most importantly quality service: respectful, polite and highly motivated. I wish to highlight the Sommelier's wine recommendations and last but not least Franklin's and Sumi's kind service at the dinner table
