Hyatt Centric The Liberties Dublin

There will be no other hotel we will use in Dublin other than the Hyatt Centric The Liberties. This establishment was 5-stars on everything, but most importantly, the staff. Each interaction we had with a team member was professional, courteous, efficient, and friendly, you really felt welcomed at this hotel. We had both breakfast and dinner here, the food was excellent, and again the service was tip-top. The guest room was clean and well equipped and we were very comfortable for our recent three nights there. Although everyone working there had a constant smile on their face and wanted to take care of you, special shout out to Nadia at the front desk, she went well above and beyond trying to resolve a problem for me. In the bar, Orla and David W. made triple-sure our food and comfort was right on the mark (it was), and finally Carmen - one of the managers there. She could not have been more hospitable, and you felt like you were talking to someone welcoming you into their home like a long-time acquaintance you haven't seen in years. When we arrived at the hotel, Carmen took our luggage up to the room, even though there were bell staff available, she just wanted to do it. I cannot recommend the Hyatt Centric The Liberties enough - you will not be disappointed by making this your home while visiting Dublin.

The Hyatt Centric was wonderful! From the front desk that helped us maneuver the city, internet and helped us with whatever we could have wanted or needed. Thanks to Anidi who went out of his way for us. Also the entire staff in restaurant and bar were excellent! A must try is the Guinness bread and soup! Best food and service! Hotel rooms were perfect!

Sep 2025|Six of our family were here at the Hyatt for three days and I must say the team here are fantastic. Nadia up front was super helpful w our rooms. Orla and Federico at the bar/restaurant were the best. Super friendly, helpful and took time w us to help w our trip questions. You will be very impressed w the service and friendly culture here!

Our family party of 10 arrived in Dublin from portland, Oregon, USA and checked into hotel for a two night stay before touring Ireland. From the moment we arrived the hotel staff were amazing. Pleasant, helpful, accommodating and always with a smile. After several more hotels we came back to hotel for last two nights in Ireland. We all agree this hotel was one of the best and the breakfasts are definitely the best. The bar is relaxing and comfortable. The rooms are clean and very well organized. And, the staff is absolutely top notch. I cannot recommend highly enough! Don’t miss it!

The food was super tasty and the atmosphere was really comfortable. I also really liked the bar it felt welcoming and the drinks were amazing. Bruno did such a great job. Drinks were on point, so props to the bartender!

So many sights easily in walking distance. Staff readily provided suggestions and accommodated our early arrival. Breakfast was outstanding and particularly loved being able to order by 10:30. Hoping to return. Loved the history behind the building.

We loved this hotel for the first day in Ireland and are on our way back to it for our last day. The staff was exceptional. The food was amazing and other than a weird parking experience (not their fault), the entire experience was incredible! I would def choose this Hyatt again.

This hotel is a steal. It's new and modern with excellent beds and showers. The basic rooms are spacious. The staff is very friendly and helpful. And it's only ~10 min walk to the nearest tourist attractions.
