This hotel is absolutely the best! We have visited Dublin for the first time for our honeymoon, and everything from the beginning to the end here is absolutely perfect. We were greeted by the night manager Mateusz Zieliński who provided the highest level of service. Included in B&B breakfasts and dinners are absolutely worth adding, it includes one entree for dinner and one option from higher breakfast menu with unlimited options from the lower menu. Alcohol and apps not included. Ilaria during checkout was an absolute treat and she talked to manager to let us grab a lunch before leaving! Amazing service. Lobby is beautiful and live music starting at 7:30pm is great. Location is amazing with all main attractions within 10 mins walking distance. **Edit** We got denied room service before restaurant closing just for desserts, even though people right before us received pizza at the same time. Also a person working the bar closing was really rude.

A superb stay at this hotel for 3 nights over new year 25/26. All the staff we dealt with were excellent, friendly and couldn’t do enough for us - particularly the ladies in the restaurant at breakfast each morning. Despite it being super busy they bent over backwards to look after us each day with a smile at all times. The breakfast selection and quality was superb and great to see it was local. We were celebrating on this trip and looked after very well throughout the stay. Great location, we will be back!

We had a great stay at the Hyatt Centric Dublin. The location is great and only a short walk to the centre. The staff are all so kind, friendly and helpful. The breakfast is really good and had loads of options to choose from. The rooms are modern and very comfortable. In the evening there is a nice bar with lots of cocktails to choose from. If coming to Dublin it is a great choice.

The hotel was absolutely fabulous! We were greeted warmly and assisted with our bags right away. Jane was so nice and friendly, making sure we had everything we needed at check in. The room was spotless and the breakfast the next day was lovely. Overall just a great experience. We will definitely be making this our go to hotel in Dublin City Center!

We were very happy with our stay at Hyatt Centric. The receptionist was very helpful at the check in. There was a little bit of confusion around our reservation but Abdul Hamit handled it nicely. Our room was spacious and clean. During our stay Ahmet was very attentive, making sure we had everything we needed during our stay. He helped us arrange our Christmas dinner at the hotel. The meal was delicious (our complements to the chef). We didnt have breakfast included in our reservation but had breakfast at the hotel everyday. They had variety of options, and everything was delicious. The hotel was close to the major attractions. We would definitely stay here again when/if we come back to Dublin.

This was our first hotel on our two week trip around Ireland and was one of our favorites. We stayed at the Hyatt two nights in a twin room. The hotel is nicely updated, modern but still very cozy and inviting with European style. The rooms were very clean, spacious, luxurious, homey, they even provide umbrellas for use during your stay. The AC was nice and the TV was large with streaming/casting capabilities. The beds were so comfortable. The shower was fully enclosed with a full door - something we came to find as a rarity in Ireland! The breakfast was fantastic - so fresh and tasty with many options. Staff across the hotel were all very welcoming and accommodating, polite and friendly also. The bottle fill station in the gym was great, very cold, clean water - a huge plus for me at any hotel. The location is good - not right in the city center - but good enough and quiet as a result. 15-25 min walk to most popular attractions. One of our luggage bags was delayed and got dropped off by the airline; the hotel staff kindly placed it in our room for when we returned later that evening which was a small but nice and noted touch. Parking can be tough - as with many city hotels in Ireland, since the entrance is on a main road, there isn't an easy way to drop off luggage and being that we were unaware of the entry point for the garage below the hotel, we circled around a few times before we were able to find a spot to pause along the shoulder. A very kind woman at reception promptly helped us get sorted and opened the gate for us. The lot is small (and tight), typically first come first serve and is an added cost but we were fortunate enough to get a spot which was super convenient. Overall a really great stay - highly recommend.

Very friendly, warm staff and a very well maintained hotel. We would definitely stay here again. One thing we didn't love was the continental breakfast being table service, however the waiting staff were attentive and this is just personal preference.

We stayed for 2 nights in one of the suites and were happy with our stay overall. The beds were comfortable and shower nice and big. I kind of chuckle when its advertised as a “view of the church” when in fact all you can see is the tip of the steeple… you see more of the hotel ledge and street below than the church. With this said, im not really spending time looking out my window anyways. The breakfast was decent, staff in restaurant were attentive and pleasant and breakfast service was quick. The only thing I’d complain about is the parking situation… the car park has very minimal spots available and it is extremely tight, so much so I could not open the back door of the car without hitting the post. There’s also a ridiculously high cost to park here so be warned if you have a rental vehicle. All said, we had a fantastic stay and can’t say enough good things about the wonderful front desk staff, maids, and restaurant servers... great customer service! I do feel with the added parking cost on top of the already costly room it made for an expensive stay but nonetheless, a great one! I would recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a central place in Dublin close to major attractions. Thanks for an enjoyable stay!

Yelp
Disappointing. I stayed on way en route back to the states. They put me on the second floor facing the street. The noise at night is terrible. You can hear people chatting on the streets late into the early mornings at 2 am. The insulation is horrid. I stayed at the Conrad on my first few nights there and should've gone back there. Never again!

Yelp
Enjoyed a lovely stay here during a trip to Dublin. The location is well positioned to walk to all major attractions, great pubs, and local shops. The hotel itself is modern and comfortable with a nice restaurant and bar that also stays open late. Rooms were very comfortable and services great.

Yelp
The restaurant and bar closed at 9.30pm. I had a check-in after 9pm. And for a passenger travelling on an early flight 7am breakfast is too late. It wasn't worth using my points or globalist upgrade as I didn't get anything for it. Lovely rooms although the sink did not drain. Nice staff. Safety is Good. The area around at night is not safe. I'm from this area. I stayed for breakfast and I love that it's not a buffet. My eggs we cold though.

Yelp
This hotel was perfect for our three day stay. It isn't necessarily located in the heart of Dublin (Trinity College and Temple Bar area) but since Dublin is a walkable city it didn't matter. The room was spacious with good counter space. There is a lovely coffee shop next door called Soren Son. The breakfast is fabulous. But why am I truly writing this review...Jane the General Manager strolled through the restaurant and stopped at our table, said hi and engaged us in real conversation. Shout out Jane! Thanks for being so delightful!!!

Yelp
Hyatt Centric at the Liberties is a beautiful hotel. Very accommodating, clean & the food was great. Cocktails were delicious. Kitchen closes at 9:30 so that's a bummer if you're looking for a late night snack. This hotel was right by Church of Christ, St. Patrick's Cathedral & Dublinia. A short walk to main attractions & most bus tours!

Yelp
Would love to give this Hyatt a better review but their system/staff made some errors that were minor to mid inconveniences & prevent it from being an effortless stay. First issue was the afternoon tea we booked for 4 people about a month & half in advance. I had to do this by emailing the manager who handles events & getting availability then securing the time & date & filling out a form. This took a few days & some emails back & forth. When we arrived around 2pm for check in because we had the tea set for 3pm I informed the counter staff who were very confused about what it was we had booked or how much it cost. I was supposed to pay for that at check in so that was a critical point of contact especially since I wasn't sure of the process. I was charged just 20 euro each which was half of the advertised rate so something seemed off. We walked over to the bar area & were approached by a server who we informed we were there for a pre booked Mad Hatter tea service. He asked us to have a seat in the lounge while he fetched the manager on site. About 5-10 mins later Lisa (who was wonderful) showed up & apologized that the system never accepted the reservation request (which would have been input by a staff member after the communication via email). Since the tea service is quite a production there was no way the chef could make it happen that day. We were fine with accepting the service on the following day & she made it happen & it was lovely & well worth the full amount (which I was charged at checkout). However if we had been on a tight schedule or not had the time for the rebook it would have been missed. The second more significant issue was that I received an email around 4:30am the day of checkout informing me of an upcoming check in the same day & then checking out the next day. I was confused as we had been here three nights & were leaving that morning. Nothing had been communicated about a second booking & I had not made one. I stopped by the counter after breakfast & showed the email to the attendant who confirmed a second booking & been made with my name on July 25th. My original booking we had completed was made the 14th & I had not done anything else. I showed my emails & account info where there was nothing showing a second booking until that email I received early that day. Apparently a customer with my same first & last name had booked & somebody had retrieved my loyalty number, email, & other info & attached it to their booking. I'm not sure if I would have been billed for their accommodation but it was an error that should not have happened in 2024 with so much specific personal information on file to identify guests. Last error was a 95 euro overcharge for the room. Not sure how it happened but at checkout they pointed it out & said they would handle it. Otherwise the hotel was clean, located in a decent spot nearby to things to do & the breakfast was good & well staffed. Afternoon tea is well worth doing but make sure it's booked & actually confirmed. Props to Lisa who was excellent & addresses the issues she could.

Yelp
This hotel is at a great location, close to many Dublin tourist sights, and about a 15-minutes walk to the Temple Bar area and the Guinness Storehouse. The room was clean, modern, and quiet (ask for a room not facing a street). The bed was firm and the towels were big. I stayed here for a week and really enjoyed my stay. Service was top-notch: front desk was efficient at check-in and very quick to bring things up to the room when I needed them. The toilet paper could have been softer though...

Yelp
The restaurant in the lobby has an amazing house salad. Yes! It comes with feta, pomegranates, olives, etc. So much more than a house salad. Excellent.

Yelp
The staff were very nice and professional. Great central location to everywhere. The breakfast was good so be sure to get that with your room and the pictures show how nice the rooms are. I'll highly recommended this location if you go to Dublin i'll definitely be back!

Yelp
On our trip to Ireland this month we stayed at 9 Hotels and this Hotel was the Best One. I would stay here again. Excellent safe area. Around the corner from St. Patrick's Cathederal. Around the corner from all the On-Off Tour Buses Stop. Easy walk or quick taxi to all the famous Pubs in the Temple Bar area. Superb staff--they even stayed calm dealing with a crazy American--me! Seriously--you will not find a better staff in any hotel anywhere. The manager who checked us in gave us the Best local recommendations--we can't thank him enough--he was spot on. Excellent breakfast for just 15 Euro a person with unlimited servings of some things. Comfortable quiet clean modern functional rooms with Air Conditioning. Now--I mention Air Conditioning here because this was only 1 of 2 hotels out of 9 on our trip that had Air Conditioning! And let me tell you something--summer in Ireland is not fun without Air Conditioning in a hotel room we found out many days...Not fun! And a fan won't help you either with that humidity. Wish list: 1. Larger beds--The Irish like Twin beds when you ask for 2 beds in a room, but we American's are used to 2 Full or 2 Queens. 2. Bath/Shower bar soap. They had little sink bars that we used to shower--but we would have liked larger Bath Bars. We don't like liquid soap at all! Maybe keep some bath bars behind the counter for guests that ask? I would have even paid for a bath soap bar. How about a soap bar dispenser? We had to go to a grocery store and buy soap bars. 3. Ultra contemporary shower control is confusing--I don't know if you can change it--or maybe put some instructions on it. It should be more intuitive--wasting too much time and water trying to get it right.

Yelp
One Star for the area it is located We booked this hotel months ago we did not get the room we booked the twin beds were so small and very uncomfortable The blankets had stains on them When we ran out of toilet paper they said they didn't have any they were waiting on a shipment The restaurant was horrible service The only good thing it was walking distance to things to see We will go back to visit but won't be staying here

Yelp
Great experience! Hotel is clean, moderate, and centrally located. The staff is very friendly. I would recommend this Hyatt hotel.

Yelp
New, clean and well decorated! The Hyatt checked all of our boxes for a great hotel in Dublin City Centre. Everything is within a 15 minute walk and there's a convenience store located right across the street. Service is super friendly and they checked us into our room early when we arrived around 11:30am. The beds are extremely comfortable and the rooms are bright and spacious. This place has a cute restaurant and bar as well as fresh coffee and breakfast. On the weekends, they have a DJ playing in the bar which definitely livens up the place.

Yelp
I don't have any pictures but wanted to make sure that I give a review. Our room was beautiful and super clean when we arrived. The bed was comfortable! I'm sure the is what is the most important foe a lot of people when they travel. The staff and most especially housekeeping was fantastic.

Yelp
Love this hotel! Clean, new, well taken care of. Excellent daily housekeeping and they give water bottles everyday! They let me check in early after a red eye, thanks for being people and not a rule book! Restaurant is very tasty which is rare in a hotel restaurant and the location is perfect to not be right in the temple bar noise and mess, but close to everything and in a real neighborhood with history. I will always stay here when coming to Dublin in the future!

Yelp
So beautiful!! So new!! Shiny new. This Hyatt is the newest hotel in Dublin with a stunning restaurant, lounge and a bar in the lobby. It's right in the middle of it all. Super busy area/intersection. Gorgeous lobby. Beautiful rooms. You won't see another person in the hotel hallways/elevator or lounge area. But there are a ton of people. Super quiet too. My king room with a view was good. Love the lounge chair: super velvety and comfy next to the floor to ceiling glass windows. Bed was California king. You can roll and roll! The amenities could be better though. They had an umbrella for you! That Dublin weather. No robes, slippers or nespresso. Even a keurig would do for my caffeine loving self. But they had a good old barely there coffee bags with barely there anything. I even had to called for more!! Minus that minor detail, it was great. Good location, super clean, comfy and pretty. I'd stay here again! And get coffee from the liberty kitchen.

Yelp
Exceptional, attentive, friendly staff, clean, modern/ minimalist design, and comfortable through and through, the Hyatt Centric in Dublin fulfilled our top priorities when looking for a hotel in an unfamiliar city. Their delicious, made-to-order breakfast, security features that keep guests safely nestled in the residents-only areas (primarily wide hallways, well-appointed spacious rooms, and common areas), efficient, well-presented room service, and true-to-their website impressions justify the Hyatt's pricing. I'd stay at the Hyatt Centric again when visiting Dublin.

Yelp
This was our first time in Ireland and this was the worst hotel we stayed at. Our room was fine, but nothing special and our view was literally someones apartment balcony. Multiple days the towels in our room were stained, not just once and happened again after we told them about it the first time. We were out for most of the day one day and when we came back to our room late in the evening the comforter was stained, when it wasn't any other day, after housekeeping "cleaned" our room. The continental breakfast was not very good, other hotels we stayed at the same week had significantly better quality breakfast, not worth it. There isn't much open late in this area of Dublin at all(after11pm) only the bar in the hotel for drinks and the pizza/kebab place across the street for food. Since the hotel didn't sell food that late, we purchased it across the street and then ordered drinks at the hotel bar. After we ordered drinks and were already halfway through eating, we were yelled at and very rudely told we could eat food in the lobby by the front desk people, not even the bartenders, even though no one else was there except us, they didn't sell food at the hotel at all at that time and were sitting quietly in a booth by ourselves. I understand it may be "hotel policy", but they were beyond rude about it and never knew that was a rule. We were part of a group that spent tens of thousands of dollars there within a couple days and were VERY disappointed. Will absolutely never go back to this hotel and will never recommend it to anyone.

Leesa D.

Yelp
This hotel was perfect for a nice spot and convenient location. Staff was extremely helpful and very friendly. We had a small housekeeping issue with our room, and they attended to it immediately and very kindly. Hotel/bar staff were equally kind and helpful in trying set up a small birthday breakfast surprise, as well as with general food/drink. Location was great and highly recommend the coffee shop across the street. It was easy walking to key sites, such as St. Patrick's Cathedral, Trinity College, City Centre, Dublin Castle, shopping, and more. Would recommend!
