Brand new Hyatt property within walking distance of Disneyland and Convention Center. I am a Hyatt fanatic and this location is now high among my favorites for them for a few reasons. The staff here was absolutely outstanding. Polite, friendly, knowledgeable, and efficient at every turn. The breakfast buffet here is run with military grade efficiency: clean and well stocked. The breakfast staff deserve an award: I've stayed at five star resorts that didn't have this level of efficient/kind staff. The pool and hot tub are surprisingly beautiful and spacious. Hotel gym has good cardio options and just a few weights. Overall, given the quality of the service, walkability to the attractions, breakfast buffet, and the new rooms, I strongly recommend this for your next Anaheim family trip.

This hotel has a great location, just a 10-minute walk from Disneyland and close to many restaurants and stores. The room was very clean and spacious. The $35/night parking fee felt steep, as I believe it should be included. Also, room cleaning is only offered every other day. Since we were there for two nights with four people, the room got a bit messy, and we would have really appreciated having it cleaned daily.

My family had another fantastic stay here this weekend. This was our 3rd stay, and has become a favorite of all the hotels we’ve stayed at in the Disneyland area. It’s an easy 10 minute walk to the park entrance. The rooms are clean, spacious, and more importantly, quiet. We always appreciate a free hot breakfast, and it’s meets expectations. One thing that always brings me back is the outstanding service I receive each stay. The front desk is always friendly, efficient, and happy to help with my requests. I use Hyatt points, and free night certificates to book my rooms, and every staff member I’ve encountered is knowledgeable in combining split reservations, and making our stay as easy as possible. They have been fantastic to work with, and give me confidence that my reservation will go smoothly.

This is our hotel of choice when going to Disneyland. It is walkable distance to the park. We like that it has a convenience store on the ground level in case we need anything last minute. The pool and spa are a plus when we cut our day at the park short. As always, the staff is approachable and attentive. This is our 3rd time staying here and we plan on coming back the next time we plan to go to Disneyland.

We stayed at the Hyatt House at Anaheim over the weekend and enjoyed our experience. The staff was very helpful and kind, especially the bartender, who kept the kitchen open long enough so we could feed our kids after a long travel day. Rooms appeared to be newly renovated and well kept. The bunk beds and pull out sofa were great for our three kids. My kids loved the pool area and rec area with the pool table! The breakfast room had so many options for all our picky eaters. Best parts were the Starbucks that is co-located and being able to watch the Disneyland fireworks from our room. Thanks for a great stay!

The hotel was extremely clean and the room was great for a family of 5 going to Disneyland. The breakfast was amazing and provided us with a great meal to start our day. Myrna in the dining room was such a hard worker and was great with our kids. I highly recommend this hotel.

I stayed there with my family. We were all excited to be here at Disneyland. Everything was great except the staff. They don't understand what hospitality means. Please do not arrive there late at night. Nobody is available to serve you except grumpy staff who are unhappy with you and late check-ins. There is only one staff member for the whole hotel after 11 pm. I gave one start overall because of staff.

Wow! What a perfect location for our family’s first trip to Disneyland. I was treated very well with my Discoverist status, even receiving an upgrade from a standard room to the bunk bed room. The breakfast was delicious, the room very clean . The easy walk to the parks was great! Highly recommend!

Yelp
My husband stayed at this property for the first time this weekend while participating in Hyrox. We were unsure if the family was going to be able to join so we booked a family room and it looks like such a fun room with bunk beds. We will definitely be back next time with the family! He has had a wonderful stay so far but I am mostly super grateful to Andrew Silva, the Front Office Supervisor and his team for helping us to celebrate his finish and how proud we are of him from afar! I requested a small congratulatory note to be slid under his door and instead they went all out with balloons, some sparkly and amenities that were a wonderful surprise with our note. These types of touches are so meaningful and are extra appreciated when we know the hotel is super busy this weekend! THANK YOU! We will be back the next time we are in OC.

Yelp
The good- The staff was amazing! The gal that helped us was so kind and made check in so easy. We got the 2 queen room that had a kitchen and living room. The gym is really nice with towels and new headphones to use while on the machines! The walk to Disneyland was about 10 mins super easy. At the end of the evening we were tired and Ubered it was $6 which was great!! The breakfast was good!! The not so good- The beds are HARD!!! I didn't sleep cause they were so hard :( There was no lotion or any kind of bathroom essentials which sucked Parking is pricy but all parking out there is Overall it was a decent stay but next time we'll go back to Wyndham

Yelp
The good: the breakfast and big rooms The bad: roaches and ants in room, noisy toilets, and hot hallways. On our first night here we encountered ants in the restroom we let the front desk know; they sent maintenance to spray and all that was left was a sticky residue and more ants.. on our last night here there was a cockroach crawling on wall. Rushed downstairs so they could send someone to handle it and they sent the security guard who in turn asked us for a shoe to kill the cockroach.. after several hits using OUR shoe he killed it. We were uneasy after this.

Yelp
As Hyatt member and Hyatt credit card holder, we were super disappointed with our stay. I was considering giving 2 stars, maybe 3, but it's honestly a 1 star stay compared to the many other Hyatts we've been to. - No room service, even though they have a restaurant on site. - Laundry room had dirty old machines. One washing machine was filled with stagnant water throughout our stay. One dryer ate my money. See pictures - Plunger sitting outside of the room next to us for multiple days. See picture - Breakfast was mediocre at best. - Garage smells like sewer, making most of the elevators smell just as bad. - AC coming mostly from the room with the bunk beds so we were hot in the main bedroom. - The elevator doors close so fast, we sometimes couldn't all get out fast enough. One other person staying at the hotel said one of the doors hit him and knocked his coffee out of his hands as he was walking into one of the elevators. Needless to say we won't be staying here again.

Yelp
We loved our stay here. Definitely would be back! Family of 5, 2 adults 2 kids 1 baby - we stayed for 4 days & 5 nights. Continental breakfast was awesome. Sausage, eggs, tons of fruit, oatmeal bar, pancakes or waffles, French toast sticks, several kinds of toast, yogurt parfait station, different juices and milks and water all provided at breakfast. Coffee bar as well, they had decaf and teas too! Saw a sign you can order a mimosa any morning for $12, how awesome (I don't drink but awesome for those that do). Definitely was busier 8:30 on for breakfast, 7ish to 7:30 was a great time not too busy. Was a great start to our day, filling before a day in the park. We stayed in the studio kitchen 1 bedroom suite, 2 queen beds and sofa pullout bed. Fit us perfectly. The kitchen in the room was AWESOME. we didn't know what it would have so we brought a lot but show up with food and you're good, they even have pots pans and silverware! Safe in the room, cold fridge. Housecleaning did a good job when they come, you have to request it. But towels and linens were clean. Absolutely no smoking hotel, which we were ecstatic about! Plenty of room, only thing I would suggest is a working /adjustable thermostat and a vent in the bathroom. Was zero vent in the bathroom, so when we'd shower it was like hard to breathe in there or would fill up the bedroom. Also was no fan/thermostat in the room just a wall thermostat that didn't work.... And when we had an issue and tried to get the heat on, the maintenance worker who didn't even speak English cranked it down to 60 and said "it work now!" So that was probably the only complaint. Definitely would stay again just would check for a working thermostat in our room next time!

Yelp
Staff is always kind and friendly! Rooms are clean and well kept. This was our second stay here with my daughter and she loved the bunk beds in the family suite. Of course we went to Disney - can't beat the distance! A little bit of a walk but close enough for a midday nap on park days.

Yelp
Hands down, one of the best hotels we've stayed at. From start to finish, everything was great. We requested a quiet room upon reservation, and they provided that along with an upgrade, which was greatly appreciated. Jess, the supervisor, texted the night before, asking if we had questions, and also on the day of our stay, inquiring if we were enjoying our time. I thought that was a lovely touch. Upon check in, we were warmly greeted by Cecilia, who completed the process. During that time, Denise, with a big smile, gave each of my children a balloon. Cecilia also kindly gave each of us, including our children, a water bottle for being members. Both made small chat with us and provided excellent customer service. The room was absolutely lovely! It was laid out nicely along with being clean, spacious, cozy, and peaceful. It was perfect for our family of 5 and sufficient for my MIL to sleep as well. To my surprise, there was a full kitchen, which worked out beautifully as we had packed a few coolers just in case to store our food. It was much nicer having a fridge to put everything in. The gym was excellent, offering plenty of ways to build muscle and get cardio in. It's adjacent to the pool, which is convenient. There is a bathroom right outside the gym, plus free water, headphones, and towels if needed. The free breakfast was great, supplying a little bit of everything for everyone. The breakfast hours were perfect and the coffee provided was surprisingly good. A few cons: The water pressure in the shower was extremely low. I'm not sure I've ever experienced that in a hotel before, at least to that degree. I spoke to the front desk representative upon checkout and gave them a heads up. It may have been a brief issue with our room specifically. The beds were not very comfortable. I enjoy a firm bed, but these appeared extra firm. You may still hear some traffic due to Harbor, so if you're sensitive to noise, I recommend bringing a sound machine and/or ear plugs. Lastly, the breakfast, while wonderful, lacks many healthy protein options; you've got scrambled eggs and sausages. That's about it. Still plenty of food to go around, but you might want to bring a healthier protein option if that's what you're looking for.

Yelp
I stayed here for 4 night and I would've given this place 5 stars but someone in house keeping stole nail polish from my room. I let the front desk know and I never heard a word back from them, not even an apology. Im super disappointed because this totally ruined my experience. I felt like my belongings were no longer safe and secure. Shame on the Hyatt House staff.

Yelp
We booked a one bedroom suite with a Disney view. The positives are ample parking, the garage elevator takes you straight to the hotel rooms, within walking distance to Disneyland, and the room was spacious. However, staff aren't very friendly, pullout sofa was not comfortable (we could feel the springs through the thin mattress), no extra linens for the pullout sofa (after calling for extra linens twice the linens that housekeeping brought had stains), the continental breakfast was awful (luckily there is a Starbucks next door), the view definitely was not of Disney. We paid extra for a Disney view but all we could see was the building across the street and trees (see photo). Very disappointed. We won't be staying here again.

Yelp
We stayed here one night because it was walking distance to Disneyland. So, 5 stars to proximity. Angelo at the front desk was very friendly and made the check in process seem flawless and all the other employees we came across were friendly as well. The only reason why I'm not giving this hotel 5 stars is due to the wear and tear of the rooms. With turnover every couple of days it reminds me of hotels in Honolulu where the tourist don't really care and throw their bags around damaging the room. If you're willing to spend a few extra $$$ and stay here it's worth the convenience. The underground parking is $20 a day which is worth it.

Yelp
The smell. The smell here in the lobby. In the halls. In the room. Especially the bathroom. It smells awful. The carpets clearly have maybe never been cleaned.....ever? I requested a feather free room because I am allergic, well in advanced of my arrival. We did not get a feather free room. I was given two foam pillows. And forced to sleep in a feather room. My allergies are off the hook already. I'm scared for what breakfast will look like in the morning. Hilton down the road smells good, is clean, and never gives my nose problems!! The room is dark and a little dingey. It's not the modern fun looking room they advertise - that's for sure. 2 stars for the kind staff.

Yelp
Clean rooms, reasonable prices for being close to convention center and DL, easy walk to Disneyland, quiet property. Has become our place to stay in Anaheim.

Yelp
This hotel is about a 8-10 minute walk to the security gate at Disneyland. The staff here a very friendly and helpful. We appreciate that the breakfast in the morning has a wide variety of hot and cold items. We just wish it was open like 30 minutes earlier to make doing rope drop easier at Disneyland. The rooms were clean and spacious. The fitness center is a bit small, but it was clean. I do like that they have a Walgreens and Starbucks downstairs and a cvs and 7-11 across the street. It's also in walking distance to the garden walk shopping area. The only reason I give this a 4 star and not a 5 Is that room cleaning doesn't happen every day and sometimes we had a lot of trash because of that.

Maddie M.

Yelp
I stayed down here when having to work an event the hotel was super nice had really good security. You had to have a key card to even use the elevator, which was really nice! Its walking distance to a convention center food Mart CVS downstairs with other food places 10 minutes from downtown Disney , the staff is super nice and they had good parking. My hotel was really nice had a kitchen living room two bed bath super clean was on the top floor. The only thing that sucked about this trip was there was a lot of protesting going on for employees at other hotels other than that, I would definitely stay here again the next time I'm in Anaheim.

Yelp
We recently stayed at Hyatt House and had a delightful stay! We had a double queen room with kitchen as well as the family suite with bunk bed room. The hotel was very clean and accommodating. Based on a few happenings I would probably give four stars, but had to give it five because THE STAFF ARE AMAZING! Before my trip I talked to Angel and he got me so excited for our visit with tips and help etc. Upon arrival Zachary was so friendly and kind and my son made a new bestie! He turned 5 on our trip and Zachary and Angel were so kind to him. Rey and Grace in the breakfast area (which is so well stocked and clean and delicious) made him feel so special! The girls at the front desk were wonderful, too! We had a few random things happen during our stay and the staff were helpful and resolved things quickly and happily. This hotel is right in the middle of it all! So much to do within walking distance! Garden Walk, restaurants, souvenirs, stores etc. Walgreens, Blaze, Starbucks (and another one or two restaurants) are on the ground level of the hotel and well stocked. The walk to Disneyland is easy and beautiful! Takes about 10-15minutes and even at the end of the day we enjoyed the jaunt - even with three kids! Thank you for making our trip so special, Hyatt House! We will be staying with Hyatt again!

Yelp
My family and I stayed here while attending a dance competition and convention at the Anaheim Convention Center nearby. I love that with Hyatt app, you can check in ahead of time and use the digital key feature. You can go straight up to your room and not waste time waiting in line to check in at the front desk. THE ROOM: Stayed in a one bedroom, 2 queen bed type room. It was plenty space for the 4 of us for the weekend. I love staying at the Hyatt house because of the full kitchen feature. We travel with a little one so having a fridge for her drinks and a stove to whip up something quick is so ideal. I didn't get any pictures of the actual bed room. The beds and pillows were nice and comfy. The bedroom was equipped with another TV, plenty of drawer and closet space, a safe, and iron & ironing board. As you can see in the picture, the bathroom is very roomy. The mirror lighting was perfect especially for having to do my daughter's make up for dance. We had no issues with cleanliness, wifi, or room service. We had asked for extra towels and they were at our room within minutes! Any staff I encountered were very pleasant and helpful, especially Alex at the front desk. Parking is $28/day if you park in their garage. You can find some free parking spaces outside if you're lucky. Complimentary breakfast was good! They had sausage, eggs, waffles, toast, bagels, and fruit along with a variety of beverages. I love that the hotel is connected to a Starbucks and right next to a Walgreens. Very convenient! I would definitely stay again whenever I return to Anaheim! :)

Yelp
Convenient! Great location! My family and I had stayed here during our every several month Disney trip. This may be our new go to Disney hotel. Pros: Large rooms with/small kitchen area Disney is only a 12 min walk away Walgreens & CVS within a 2 min walk A lot of food choices Decent, better than Avg gym Cons: Vinyl floor was a tad bit sticky 5 stars!

Yelp
How is check in at 4pm, and I'm still sitting in the lobby at 5:00pm waiting for the rooms I booked? But you can be sure that Hyatt already ran my credit card.

Yelp
I was very pleasantly surprised with this Hyatt just a 10-15 minute walk to downtown Disneyland. Service was fantastic, hotel is very clean and I loved the room with the bunk beds. Breakfast is included and they have a lot of great options. The only con is the line for the elevators because it does get busy in the mornings with all the families going to the parks. I like that Starbucks is next door and lots of great dinner options a short walk away. Much better price point than the Disney hotels nearby... will be my new go to for Disneyland for sure!

Yelp
You guy's!! My ASD 7 year old daughter & i were traveling alone. We stayed 2 nights here. The Staff & Quality at this hotel was Amazing. From the clean atmosphere, decent comfortable beds. Amazing breakfast. Denise & Alex (the bartender) made our visit So Special for my daughter & I. They went above & beyond. Made Special relationships with my daughter. Treated us both with so much love & kindness. I spoke with Joey Sevilla the Manager & he was just as nice and appropriated my time off giving Positive feedback. I thought I'd share our Experience here. And YES y'all- We went to Disneyland. Just a hop skip & a jump away. Enjoy Your Stay!!

Yelp
A tale of 2 reviews here, I'm going to have my overall review reflect more about the room than about anything else so we'll get to the other things later. Wife and I stayed here during our Disney trip last weekend as it was within walking distance and we've had good experiences with other Hyatt locations in the past. We called around noon to check on our room and they said they could have a room available for us in 20 minutes, we were looking to take a small break as we drove 3 hours to Disneyland early that morning and had been at the park since opening. The room itself was nice, it was clean, the bed was comfortable, the shower was quite nice and everything was comfortable enough for a 2 night stay for us. I saw a review that stated they had bed bugs so I did a very thorough inspection of the bed and nearby area before putting any of our stuff down, didn't find anything so I felt some sense of peace about that. Now a couple reasons for the loss of stars. -The walls are made of paper it seems. We could every every word, every step, everything going on in the rooms on either side of us and the people above us it made for some noisy mornings and early evenings. -While waiting to check in Angel seemed far more interested in having a conversation with the person he was talking to at the counter than he was in helping other waiting customers. They talked about the weather, college and other things until another staff member came from the back, took a phone call at the desk and finally helped me. Angel was still chatting away about life with the same person by the time I checked in and headed upstairs. He could have cared less about the other customers waiting. -Check out was a confusing cluster. The night before I asked the lady at the desk if I could leave my car in the garage after check out since we would be at the park all day. She told me that was fine, I had until midnight. Just press the call button on the box at the gate and they would open the garage arm for me to leave. When I checked out the next morning a different staff person told me to keep my room key, I would need it to get out of the garage, a complete contradiction to what the other person told me the night before, she told me to put my key in the bucket when I left in the morning. As it turned out my key wouldn't open the garage later that day and after 3 attempts using the call button no one answered. My wife had to go inside and get the security guard to let us out, it was a mess. Room is fine, good enough for the short durations we were there away from the park but the staff leaves a lot to be desired and it's noisy.

Yelp
The hotel wasn't too far from Disney and they had free breakfast. It was also close by to a few stores and restaurants. Our room was not the cleanest, it was just ok. We stayed here a week and on the last day Friday morning at 5 am we were woken up by someone outside with a very loud leaf blower. It went on for 2 whole hours.. all of us including our baby were woken up by the noise and could not go back to sleep. We ended up going back to sleep once this crazy person was done blowing leaves in the dark which made us late to Disney that day. It really pissed me off and I hope the hotel tells that guy he shouldn't be blowing leaves when guests are sleeping! No one should be doing that sort of work before 8 am.

Yelp
Chose to stay here due to the Disney Run. Check was easy peasy. Parking was great...they have their own underground, gated lot. The lobby is large and welcoming. The breakfast buffet bar was well thought out. They have a large room where they have 2 identical bars, so good if there is a bunch of little kids just loitering around as they can't sit still eating breakfast. (Sorry, not sorry Parents...if you are eating, it's time to all sit together, not chase your kids around with food or let them walk and eat. I parented 6 kids. I have the authority to speak.) The food is the same as the rest of the other hotels out here. The only stand out would be their eggs. Usually hotels use that powdered egg stuff. Not here. Our floor unfortunately had a bunch of rowdy ass kids at 11p- 1230a. I called security and it stopped after 10 minutes. But then another group or same groups of kids were frolicking/ sprinting un and down the hallway. (While they were running some kid fell...he is ok. But good for you. It's a hotel hallway, not a 100m track.) This property is at the corner of Harbor and Katella. It's busy. People walking and dumbasses revving their slow ass Dodges. Get some ear plugs. That should fix the situation. There is a Starbucks, Walgreens, Lucious Dumping and Blaze Pizza that are on property. Yee for that. Bed was not lumpy. Probably needs more pillows. El Baño was clean. I'd probably stay here again. *it was cold so I didn't check the pool or the gym.

Yelp
Our experience was great! The staff is so friendly, this hotel was so clean and inviting! The breakfast options were an amazing variety to choose from. We left our hotel today to go home and realized we forgot our dirty laundry bag with all of our clothes!!! I called the hotel and spoke to Bella, she went above and beyond for us and found our lost items and stayed on the phone with me to assist me with the shipping process to have our items returned. She was fantastic! 10/10 customer service and she truly went above and beyond for us! She took the extra step to go and look for our items. I am so grateful! Bella, thank you so much!

Yelp
First let me say my husband and I stayed at this Hyatt House location for our anniversary in Jan 2020 and we enjoyed it thoroughly hence why we went back for my husbands 50th just two weeks ago. Our stay this time was 100% different. We paid extra for a one bedroom view to watch fireworks from Disney. Arrived July 31 departed Aug 1. Room was $300 + parking. We knew something was off when the carpeting in the main floor hallways was buckling in the middle and the walls were dirty. The room stays halls were also hot as soon as you exit the elevator. It was 93 outside. No reason a hotel should be hot. Upon arriving to our room I noticed the filthy door frames first and then the food splatters on the walls. Further inspection led me to notice the dirty finger prints on the refrigerator door, paint spray on the floor in the kitchenette, dirty walls and an unknown clearish jelly like substance on the tv console in the sitting area. I can't imagine the bedding was actually clean but I didn't have a black light handy. I wasn't going to ask for another room because I can't imagine any would of been cleaner and the hotel was booked, we ended up with double queens. We arrived late in the day after having said goodbye to my Father forever on the Saturday prior to our stay. We went back and forth about celebrating at all but knew my dad would want us to. We recently renewed our Disneyland passes and it seemed like the simplest thing to do. We made the 90min drive out from Banning and much to our chagrin, this was the condition of our room. We went to Disney for a couple hours around 8pm, returned and as we tried to go to sleep there were littles in the room/floor above us jumping and stomping until 130am. Yea this is a good neighbor hotel I've just never experienced that before.. and it would be great if the hotel had some sort of disclaimer lol.. It's also advertised "sound proof" being by the street and it was not at all. Needless to say we didn't get any sleep. Went to Disney to celebrate the 50th then checked out and went home. Lacking the wherewithal to go to the front desk to complain I phoned the day after. The man I spoke with said he was taking notes and would credit me 20%. I wanted the whole room comped and no I am not an entitled person. It wasn't just a bad stay it was clearly unclean and in an era where you can't even shake someone's hand anymore Id expect far more from hospitality. To make things worse the employee lied and did not credit nor take notes. I phoned today as follow up and there was no notes. They're supposed to call me this evening but I'm doubtful. I would NOT recommend this hotel to anyone be they with children or not. If I could leave zero stars I would. I would be embarrassed to manage this place of so called hospitality. It was more like staying in a public restroom. Just gross..

Yelp
This made me rethink my Hyatt loyalty program!! But luckily, this is a one off. As in never have I ever had such bad experience in Hyatt hotel before. But luckily, first one this bad. I spent a week at Disneyland recently with family: post Covid trip and on Presidents' Day weekend/ week. I guess kids are on winter break perhaps? Disneyland was sold out, as well as the hotel. Even the Hyatt Orange County down the block was sold out. Came here: which wasn't cheap. It was around $350-$380 a night for a Hyatt house. Booked 2 nights, I left. I wanted to leave the same night I checked in but hotels in the area were sold out. Check in/ as a globalist, I get early check in and 4 pm check out. Came around 2 pm and still had a wait. The lobby smells bad. The elevators smell like sewage. Also, as a globalist, we usually get upgraded but no upgrades here since the front desk said everyone booked "Months ahead" unlike me! Rude rude. The room was warm, regular and nothing special. Hyatt Orange County down the street: you can get a nice suite for the same price. I left the next morning! Breakfast was included but I didn't need to spend more time here. Even though, I personally went and drop the key, checked out with the front desk, they didn't mark me check out till the next day. They were that busy. Also, it was already paid for so they didn't care too much. The only reason I booked here was because they were walking distance to the gate: overrated. And you can see fireworks from the room ( Not! You have to book it MONTHS ahead). It's a Hyatt house.. Really not all that but bad service, terrible upkeep and lack of anything makes this the worst Hyatt experience. Ever!

Yelp
Hands down the best Hyatt property for Disneyland visits and honestly, perhaps in OC. On check in we were helped by Yanelli. She was so pleasant and welcoming. We arrived at 6:30am and she immediately found us a great room and went out of her way to make us comfortable. It is outstanding people like Yanelli that convince me of the value of Hyatt's Globalist program and keep me coming home to Hyatt every time. Overall, this is a new hotel in a fantastic location. You can walk to Disneyland. It is spotlessly clean and the staff are great. Also, this property, hands down has the best breakfast of all the Hyatt places and houses in the OC-LA area. (I know because i have stayed at all of them). Highly recommend.

Yelp
We stayed here for Disneyland. The location is perfect as its walking distance to our destination. Front desk (Drea) was very welcoming and courteous. The room was spacious and clean. Thank you Hyatt housekeeping team for their hard work and dedication.

Yelp
If I could give zero stars I would. This hotel is horrible. First day we arrive the plus side room was ready early the down side it smelled musty in the room with the air tuning literally all night. Second night we moved to another room and for some reason I have an assessable room even though my reservation stated 2 queen standard room. The room again has a musty smell, there was ants all over the bathroom but I just didn't want to deal with the staff downstairs. Third night breakfast was crappy waffles soggy, apple juice had white film at the top.. the room wasn't cleaned until we hunted down the maid and asked for at least the garbage to be taken and that was at 5pm. When we were leaving back to Disneyland I had asked for waters because the day before we got them no questions asked but today the lady said that we couldn't. Said I wasn't a member even though I had the number to show her I was. Made no sense. This is a one and done hotel aka more like a motel. Very disappointing. Never again.

Yelp
We have been on the hunt for a great hotel in walking distance of the Disneyland parks. I'm so happy to report on our last vacation, we found it. The Hyatt house is spectacular! It offered everything we needed to make our stay flawless. The hotel is clean and well maintained. They offer ample parking, free breakfast, two bottles of water a day and so much more. Our room was clean, welcoming and offered tons of space to make our stay comfortable. The staff at this location was phenomenal. All of the staff were kind, knowledgeable and welcoming. Bella in particular was spectacular. She went above and beyond to ensure that our trip was absolutely perfect. She truly was amazing. My son was so over the moon grateful for all the extra touches she added to make our stay a trip of a lifetime. We were celebrating a birthday during our visit and Bella took the time to make sure that it didn't go unnoticed. The Hyatt house is very lucky to have such a wonderful staff member be a part of their front of house team. She is absolutely the person I would hire to represent a business. We are so over the moon grateful. We had the very best time. Parking was easy, walking to and from to the parks was a breeze, the breakfast was delicious and filling with all that they had to offer, the rooms were comfortable, clean and spacious and the staff was delightful. We are looking forward to many more stays in the future. Thank you Hyatt house for all of our vacation memories.

Yelp
We stayed here on a Friday night because needed to use a free night before it expired. Overall had a good stay and I would stay here again. Parking: There's a lot of parking outside of the doors but there is also a parking structure. Cost was $28 overnight. Hospitality: The staff was friendly. We were checked in by a younger gentleman and my only complaint was that he spoke to fast so I had to ask him to repeat a couple things. He was friendly and had plenty of smiles so good job there. Room: We got a room with a king size bed. It also had a small fridge and a microwave. Coffee maker, smaller TV but good size. There was a couch in the room which has a pull out bed if you need it. We didn't use it so not sure how comfortable it is. Nice view of the boulevard and we could hear the fireworks coming from Disneyland at night. Bathroom was spacious and modern but nothing fancy. I did particularly enjoy that the towels were in the shower. There was enough room so that they don't get wet.

Yelp
It's a great location if you're in town visiting Disneyland Resorts. It's a nice walk, but you can also use the buses in Toy Story lot to get to the parks. Walking will take about 20 minutes to get to security, while it's about 10 minutes to Toy Story. The hotel itself is clean. There aren't any conveniently place trash receptacle other than the lobby and by the elevators so trash was left outside of numerous rooms. Also, because of their precautions, there aren't any maid service during your stay unless you're there for at least 5 day, I believe. Don't quote me on that part since I didn't stay that long. You can mobile check-in, but will still need a physical hotel room key to get in and out of their parking garage if need be. Parking isn't free. There's a daily rate to it for members and non-members. Members get a small discount. I was told 2 bottles of water are included in each room and is complimentary as long as you're a Hyatt member. They also mentioned we get 2 bottles of water daily for free, but when I got to our room, they weren't there. They did say if the water wasn't in the room, they'll be happy to hand us room temperature water. I didn't ask for it since I brought my own. There's also a Walgreens a few steps away and CVS across the street in case you want to grab extra stuff. The pool area was spacious. We enjoyed this amenity a lot. Towels were supplied and there's an outdoor shower to wash off the chlorine once you're finished with your swim. TVs needed to be link to our Netflix/HBO Max/etc (whatever you have) for use. Their blackout curtains were a lifesaver! Would definitely consider staying here again.

Yelp
Free breakfast, is your standard hotel breakfast staples: pork sausage, eggs, yogurt, fruits, pancakes, etc. Their staff is also pretty nice and attending. Rooms are pretty simple and minimalistic but that's fine. No housekeeping until the 3rd day of your stay and you have to request it. BEWARE there's been history of people's rooms getting broken into and people being followed at this hotel! (Other reviews also mention breaking in/stolen items) A male guest residing on my floor FOLLOWED me and my mom to our hotel room one night when we were coming back from disneyland. He was trying to get inside our hotel room but when he saw us he walked a couple doors down and went back to his room. Having my privacy invaded like that by someone staying a few rooms down totally RUINED my vacation for me. I brought this up to management and they offered to move me to another room however didn't have rooms available so i'd have to wait. Or offered for early checkout. Obviously nothing is being done about the guy. I tried emailing the head manager with my concerns that this could happen to another guest staying there but no response back ‍If certain guests are creating misconduct they should be investigated and reprimanded... But anyways, me and my mom checked out, ending our vacation a couple days short. We could not FATHOM staying on the same floor as a creep. I would never go here again and my views of Hyatt hotels are definitely ruined now.

Yelp
Started writing this at 2 AM after yet another night of fitful sleep. Melatonin + magnesium + sound machine? No matter.. i have three sound machines going and still after a travel day or a day at Disneyland, exhaustion won't be able to keep you asleep in these rooms where every room door shutting on your hall (or on the floor above you!) will make it seem like someone is dropping a bowling ball inside your room. One star for free breakfast and for the sliding door that separates the kids room but you better also have sound machines in there because the street traffic is loud and the windows don't block it out. When the noise finally stops from all the doors opening and shutting, you might get two hours sleep before you hear the 5 AMers slamming their doors (but really there's no other option than a loud shut) and running by your door. Got a collective 5 hours of sleep over a two night stay. Brutal. Parking is $30+ a night but it is a close-ish walk to the theme parks if you are an adult and have a stroller for your littles. Alas, will never stay here again.

Yelp
Compared to the nearest competition just north of the Katella, this Hyatt is both newer and only somewhat more expensive in exchange for a very respectable complimentary breakfast spread. Beds were comfortable. We never were able to figure out how to cast YouTube from our phones to the Televisions, which aren't themselves Smart TV's like those at the nearby Residence Inn for example. Housekeeping was by request only, or after a certain length of stay. Thee pool area was nice and clean, when not in heavy use, but gets very busy naturally once families return midday from the resort.

Yelp
Angel was very condescending and made no real attempt to make things right. Working hospitality is what it is, but when customers get screwed by hotel issues and make promises to a customer but not withhold it . That's bad business I was scammed.

Yelp
Stayed a single night here and check in was a breeze. Beautiful location and amenities. Staff very friendly. Has a pool and breakfast and fast wifi. If you are staying here for Disney, it's super close! Will be staying here again.

Yelp
Love staying here for our Disney trips! The hotel is nice and clean, Walgreens next door, Starbucks, pizza and dumpling place down stairs. This place has complimentary breakfast as well! The walk from this hotel to the front entrance of Disneyland isn't bad, approximately 1 mile. We've stayed here 2x already and friendly service has been consistent. The kids enjoy the pool and I enjoy the little gym they have. Overall great place to stay for good price

Yelp
Wow! Our stay was short but very nice! Friendly staff, especially Margarita working the breakfast area! She was welcoming, helpful -not just to us but to everyone! She is a true asset. Hyatt House has everything, we were so impressed, a little store, well lit parking, the whole place was clean, did I mention the staff was friendly & helpful?!?! Our room was terrific! I loved the frig, microwave and coffee in room! Bed and pillows were comfy cozy. I slept like a baby! The room was laid out very well, and was clean and fully stocked. My husband &I tried hard to come up with a negative- it would be no bacon or donuts at breakfast, but they have EVERYTHING else! We recommend Hyatt House for Disneyland stays and Convention Ctr stays-like WonderCon! Great location!

Yelp
We recently stayed here so we can go to the Disneyland parks. I'm gonna break down our visit and why I took away two stars Overall the stay was great, the hotel room was very clean, we had a one bedroom suite with views of Disneyland. That was pretty awesome! The size of the kitchen was great, the common living area was also really big, and the bedroom was a good size. We also love that I was right next to a Walgreen so if we needed some thing we can just go right next-door to get it OK here are why I took away the two stars. When we arrived and checked and they did not welcome me as a Hyatt member, she was going to charge me $22 for parking which as a member I get $15 for parking. On their Instagram page they said that Hyatt members receive a special bad, they didn't even offer that to me I had to ask for it. another negative, the breakfast "to go" was a disaster! we went downstairs, they had one lady working the "to go" station, we had to wait a long time for the coffee to be made, we got half a bagel which took a long time to get toasted, one yogurt and one muffin. Now I have traveled many times to a lot of Hyatt hotels in the years and when they did breakfast to go, it was literally a bag already ready to go and would grab it and go ! it wasn't somebody creating a bag as you were waiting for it to be created. I think it was really really bad service and they've had a year and a half to figure this out for pandemic times and I was really disappointed! The other slight negative, was that our toilet actually broke down three times and we had to fix it ourselves only because my son was sleeping and we didn't want someone coming into our hotel room. Also the shower the parts of the tile where you have to pull up for the shower to turn on came off and we had to actually fix that ourselves as well. Again we didn't want someone coming into a hotel room since my son was sleeping. But I would probably stay at this property again just because it was so close to the Disneyland Park, but I would say they need to improve their breakfast to go until they can bring the hot breakfast back. And also they need to train their front desk to welcome the hyatt members!

Yelp
Great location within walking distance to Disneyland. They do charge $28 for parking, but really nice that they had tons of shops and restaurants below/nearby for all your needs so no need to drive around much. Rooms were nice and big and clean! We didn't get to check out the pool but it looks really nice. Breakfast area was huge and lots of good options. Definitely will stay here again for our next Disney trip. Our room (222) was facing the park which was really cool!

Yelp
Horrible Place to stay after a fun Day at Disney I stayed at this place from 12/23-12/24 1 night to sleep after a disney adventure. This one night is a complete epic failure as the room assigned to me wasnt fully prepped even though I arrived at 11pm. I waited for the staff to assist me however after hours of waiting I was told that the electronic lock key wasnt working and that I couldnt get it. The staff assisting me doesn't have enought common sense that instead of giving me another room after waiting on the floor of 4th floor, he accompanied me to go back to reception just to have me check in to another room. I was reassisgned to the 5th Floor where strong smell of chemical in the room that triggers my asthma attack. I was waiting for the Hyatt email to provide this feedback but I'm suprised that I didn't receive one. Following morning of my stay I learned that I was assigned to a room that wasnt ready for guest. Horrible management, Horrible staff. Go to other Hyatt Hotel were you can receive great service. Definitely Dont go at this place!

Yelp
I've stayed at Hyatt hotels all around the US. This location is horrible. It's the year 2023 they still only clean rooms ONCE on a four day stay. Repeat once. We've actually stayed at this location probably ten times atleast over the years as we come to Disneyland 9-10 a year. It has gotten worse though year after year. Before 2020, breakfast daily was great, room cleaned daily, staff was great and kind. Now? We've had prescription drugs stolen out of our room. Apple headphones stolen when we called they said didn't have them but did find my headphones and showed was in their office. As I stated rooms don't get cleaned. Breakfast although brought back is about as cheap and gross as you can get. Only one elevator so get ready to walk about 70 rooms in either direction after a long day at park. Don't fall for the Hyatt name. This isn't your regular Hyatt this is hotel ran by scum bags

Yelp
I have been a World of Hyatt status member for many years, and this is probably the best check in experience I've had of any Hyatt-affiliated hotel. A big shout out and thank you to Cecelia for the amazing customer service!

Yelp
Truly one of the worst big chain hotels I can remember staying in. Super disappointed. Got 2 stars only because of the very nice staff and free breakfast. But that's it. Water pressure is terrible, but the biggest reason you shouldn't stay there is the noise. I know it's a Disney spot for kids but the hotel wasn't built with that in mind. Paper thin walls and you can hear actual low level conversations. Kids pounding on the floors above. Zero sleep. Do not stay here.

Yelp
Buyer BEWARE! Came here early June with my family. My mom came to help with the kids. Headed back to the room one night to get some rest. When she got to our suite. There was a man in the room dressed in "janitors" clothes with a 5 gallon bucket in his hand. Lights were out. Mom grabbed a knife from the kitchenette and called the front desk. Dude never said a word, just took off. APD and sheriffs office show up. No one knows a thing. Next day, hotel manager calls and says service guy had the wrong room. Gave her a 2 night voucher. Fast forward. Decided to bring kids to Disney for Christmas.. tried to use the voucher, said ok. Got to the hotel to check in, "sorry sir" can't use it now. Nowhere else to go, paid for the reservation last min. My son texts, says dad I'm in the lobby just got back from the park, come get me. It was about 10-10:30pm. As I'm walking to the lobby, I see a security guy with a security jacket on rattling everyone door handles in the hallway. Thought, to myself, that's weird.. next am go to the park, come back to change for evening clothes and someone stole all the prescription drugs my mom takes from the bathroom and all her makeup. Called the front desk, got the same run around as before.. said they would investigate and get back to us. 2x here.. both were bad news!!! Think twice before booking.. trust me!!

Yelp
A great lodging option near the Disneyland resort. The Hyatt House is about a 10-15 min walk from the Harbor Boulevard entrance. Staff/service during our short 1 night stay were very pleasant. The room was quite big and had a full kitchen and partial living room area. We choose to stay here for one night so we could get an early start at the parks the following day/check out. Originally, I was going to move my car and park at the Disneyland lots, but the staff let me know that the paid night for parking covers the full day so I only had to pay for one night of parking and came back around 10 pm the day that I checked out and was able to get my car out of the garage. Most of the hotel's parking is located in a basement level that requires keycard/gate access. However, some of the parking is located on the ground level behind the shopfronts. For those with EVs, the Hyatt House has a few Tesla L2 and standard L2 chargers - I couldn't find any chargers in the lower level garage. Parking was $28 per day and charging was free. The hotel has some restaurants/cafes and a Walgreens on the ground floor fronting Katella. There is a Starbucks on the ground floor, but it has very odd hours (closed in the afternoon). The breakfast here was good - there's plenty of seating and lots of spots to grab your food. Overall, I'd definitely stay here again on a trip to the Disney resorts.

Yelp
Our car was broken into. Our stay was great. The room was great and the staff was nice and welcoming. However, I have to give such low rating due to the fact that the lack of security on the property lead to our car being broken into. If this incident didn't happen I would probably give the hotel 5 stars and would love to go back on my next trip but now we don't feel safe enough to book here again. We assumed this thief was on foot because you can only enter with a car after going through a toll. Overall take this as a reminder to never leave valuables in your car. Even with nothing in plain sight, our car still got broken into and all that was stolen was a charger. Maybe we would be back in the future if the hotel provided security. Side note: We are not blaming the staff for this incident whatsoever, they were great. Just the hotel overall for not having any security.

Yelp
My friend and I stayed here Fri-Mon for a Disney trip. this hotel is conveniently walking distance to Disney and also the Anaheim Gardenwalk. They gave us complimentary 2 water bottles PER DAY, free breakfast, and maps for the park that we could even write on!!! service was super friendly and everything was so clean and wonderful. Everything was very comfortable and we really enjoyed our stay. Definitely recommend to come here. Next time you go to Disneyland.
