Hotel is great for concerts in the area. The bathrooms could’ve been designed better as the shower doesn’t really keep water in and there is no bathroom fans. The rooms are spacious with great views of downtown. Heads up parking is $38 a night. You will pay upfront including a room deposit. For 2 nights it was $153 in total for parking and room deposit on top of the nightly room fee. Free breakfast with a nice bar and restaurant across from the lobby.

I have always stayed downtown when visiting Nashville. I was lured away from the downtown area by an exceptional "Travelzoo" package. I am a Travelzoo Member and this package included many extra benefits as well as an exceptional rate. I was willing to give this hotel a try based upon "the deal". I was rewarded with a better than average hotel stay in a very safe, quiet and convenient neighborhood. This hotel is literally a block from Vanderbilt University. The surrounding neighborhood is beautiful and filled with youthful energy without the "noise" of the city. The staff were all personable and accommodating. The amenities more than met my expectations. Restaurants nearby were plentiful, varied and the ones I frequented provided terrific service and delicious meals.

The receptionist that booked us in late at night was amazing. Her sense of humor turned my night around and she handled the mix up on our reservation (on our end, not theirs) with ease and made it stress free. The bartender the next day had just started and she is an absolute gem of a person. I'll go back hopefully to see her even when we aren't staying over night. Great place!

Loved our stay, first time in Nashville. Great location, even though your room window view may be disappointing from the first glance), perfect housekeeping, they changed towels and did light cleaning everyday from our 3 (!) days of stay, yummy continental breakfast. Highly recommend, great job of management and personnel

My wife and I were in the Nashville area celebrating after getting married on 9/2/25 Our stay was nice for the most part, however on 9/5/25 we went down to the bar at 9:15 to grab a drink. As soon as we approached the bar the bartender immediately checked his watch and let out a sigh. We continued to take our seats where instead of being greeted the bartender proceeded to toss a bar menu in our direction where if I hadn’t been stopped by my body it would have landed on the ground. There was probably a good 6 or 8 people already at the bar and it wasn’t near closing time so I’m not sure what the man’s issue was. If you can’t be respectful you have no business working in customer service. My wife and I got up and walked away without ordering.

The hotel itself was wonderful once you could find where to check in. (Apparently multiple hotels share the same building.) I appreciated the healthy breakfast options such as overnight oats and chia seed pudding. However, parking was a nightmare. The hotel has nothing to do with parking and you must pay separately. The men working valet parking were not very friendly or knowledgeable. Since the app wouldn’t work with the ticket code the valet provided, we were also unable to have our car sent up via the app the following morning and had quite a long wait as they fetched the car when we went downstairs. In addition, we paid the valet due to the fact that we couldn’t use the app, but nobody could tell us how we could access a receipt for reimbursement through my employer. Unfortunately, I will not be staying here again due to the parking issues.

There was pee seeping up through the sheets when I checked in meaning they just put new sheets over a pee stain expecting it to be ok. I contacted them and they moved me rooms. I was ok with that and asked a manager to give me a call expecting some sort of drink coupon or something for the inconvenience. No contact. I asked again the next day. No contact. By the time I was checking out I was frustrated but mangers done work on Sundays so they said they would call/email me on Monday. No contact on Monday so I called on Tuesday and I was upset by then wanting one of my nights refunded. They would not do that and offered 1,500 points. Then offered 2,500 points. I told them that was a slap in the face and they offered 5,000.

This hotel overall is fantastic. The area is great, can't walk to downtown but a short drive. The rooms are great and comfortable so no complaints there. The only issue I have is that when you call to make the reservation they are not up front about the fact that there is a $38 charge for parking each night so I drove 4 and 1/2 hours just to have an additional $83 that I wasn't accounting for on the trip. (It is listed on their website if you look hard enough but not told over the phone directly with the total, no, it's not included in the room price). With that also, do not pull into their parking garage until you check in and get your key card that is used to enter. Otherwise, you may end up getting charged more than once for the little ticket that is provided for parking if you're not a guest.
