Pathetic experience and extremely poor hospitality.
Compared to other five-star hotels, this property barely qualifies as a one-star, considering the attitude and conduct of the reception staff, the manner of communication, and the overall room quality.
Throughout the night, the room door produced disturbing sounds every 10 minutes, making it impossible to rest. When this issue was reported to Ms. Meghna next day, her response was highly displeasing and completely below the standards expected from a hotel of this category. She simply said the hotel was built years back, it’s under renovation and I can come back after 2-3 years for a better experience. Lol, a basic sorry is expected, also she was checking her phone when we were talking to her. Basic etiquette is missing for the reception staff.
While the breakfast was excellent and the restaurants were impressive, the stay itself was extremely disappointing. We paid ₹14,000 for a single night for a very compact room (approximately 11’ × 12’), with poor interiors and no soundproofing whatsoever.
Good food, but definitely not recommended for stays.
