Hyatt Hyderabad Gachibowli

I had a very disappointing experience at the Hyatt Hotel on March 7, 2026. I slipped and fell because the floor was wet, and there were no warning signs or caution boards placed to alert guests about the slippery surface. This is a serious safety concern that could have easily been prevented with proper signage. The absence of any caution symbol or staff guidance reflects poor safety management. Hotels should prioritize guest safety, and basic precautions like placing a “Wet Floor” sign are essential. I hope the management takes this matter seriously and ensures such incidents do not happen to other guests in the future.

Acceptable service for the people around Hitech City/Gachibowli because if we look for the name and book it's not worthy. Starts with price of the services: Expensive as expected. Service to price: A bit improvement required Parking: not a big deal (Valet available) Ambience & Atmosphere: kind a rush place Food : Nothing extraordinary or unique to the flow

Pathetic experience and extremely poor hospitality. Compared to other five-star hotels, this property barely qualifies as a one-star, considering the attitude and conduct of the reception staff, the manner of communication, and the overall room quality. Throughout the night, the room door produced disturbing sounds every 10 minutes, making it impossible to rest. When this issue was reported to Ms. Meghna next day, her response was highly displeasing and completely below the standards expected from a hotel of this category. She simply said the hotel was built years back, it’s under renovation and I can come back after 2-3 years for a better experience. Lol, a basic sorry is expected, also she was checking her phone when we were talking to her. Basic etiquette is missing for the reception staff. While the breakfast was excellent and the restaurants were impressive, the stay itself was extremely disappointing. We paid ₹14,000 for a single night for a very compact room (approximately 11’ × 12’), with poor interiors and no soundproofing whatsoever. Good food, but definitely not recommended for stays.

Rooms were clean, modern, hardwood floors throughout. Bathroom was also clean, but on the small side with no tub. Desk lamp still worked, but appeared to be rusty and has seen better days. Service was impeccable. I'd like to thank Nitish for being so hospitable, quick and responsive for my housekeeping requests. The room was spotless after he was done.

Great hotel in the heart of Hi-Tech city Hyderabad. The accommodations are good, the staff are very friendly and helpful, and the food at the various restaurants is excellent with a wide variety of options. You could eat in the hotel for your entire trip and not get bored. I will definitely stay here for my next trip to Hyderabad.

Out of all the 5star hotels we stayed at, Hyatt Gachibowli is the BEST for us. Their food is 🤌🤌 Service is EXCELLENT. They accomodated every request of ours. Extremely impressed with all the staff and In house restaurants. We will defintely stay here in our next visit. ❤️❤️❤️

their rooms are so small, you would be shocked for what you get for the money you just paid.|it really is shocking!|their in-house restaurants are AWFUL - with capital letters.|The hotel is probably 2-star quality, if you think US standards. Just a shade better than Motel-6 in US. I bet you, once you go to to the room, your emotions will hit the roof and you will want to harm the person that recommended this hotel to. you.|IT IS THE WORST value for the exorbitant money you pay for this closet called "room"

We had an excellent stay at this Hyatt property. The staff was especially helpful and considerate. The location is great and the choices for dining are varied. The rooms are well maintained and modern. All in all, a memorable experience.
