Hyatt Place Fresno

I had a fantastic stay at Hyatt Place! The staff truly made the experience memorable with their friendly, attentive service. Special shout-out to Sam, who went above and beyond to make sure everything was just right. The hospitality was top-notch. You can tell the team here genuinely cares about their guests. Highly recommend for anyone looking for comfort, cleanliness, and a welcoming atmosphere!

This Hyatt location has declined since our last visits. We are accustomed to clean rooms and clean halls. First thing we noticed when exiting the elevator was a dirty carpet as if it had not been vacuumed for days. Our room’s sheets looked as if they were not changed from the previous occupant. The sheets were stained and looked “slept on”. The floors were dirty as if they were not mopped. We used a towel to wipe a 1’ x 1’ section of floor and the towel turned bark brown. The room had a dirty odor. We expect more from Hyatt. We got the feeling that short cuts are taking place - sacrificing quality for quantity. Probably asking staff to do more with less. We will not be staying at this location in the future.

We stayed at this hotel every time we visited Fresno. We had very good time during our last visit in Feb before the new management change. This time, the pet fee increased from $75 to $100. The complimentary breakfast is also gone. We got charged $11/per person without being informed of the change, only found out when we checked out. My puppy has been going there all the time and felt welcomed. Not this time, not a pet friendly place at all. Room is smelly and muddy. Very disappointed

The dining room attendant Taylor is the sweetest. She anticipated us needing a high chair and put it at a table for us. That's a good feeling when someone knows the struggle of eating with a 2 yr old. The room was not the best for what we paid. The floor was dirty. In our room, the AC sounded like a helicopter was taking off right outside our room. I know the hotel can't help this but I swear there was an elephant above us pacing the floor from 9 pm to 1 am. The food at breakfast was good a wonderful variety of juice and they had oat milk. The indoor pool was a plus but it was hot. Front desk was accommodating as well.

Very sad experience. Got to my room, toilet doesnt flush, call reception, they switch me rooms, had to repack and move, get to the new room, TV and phone do not work. No ice in the ice machine, SUPER noisy on the highway side.

10/10 recommend friendly staff. Clean rooms Soft beds Great breakfast Bar is a plus after a long drive or flight in Indoor private pool. Family friendly. Outdoor fire seating next to fire pit

Not the quality expected from a Hyatt. Upon arrival staff too busy attending bar to help with checkin and then another staff ignored me waiting to checkin to go on break. First room given was a mess, second room AC didn’t cool room below 71. In the morning breakfast wasn’t out on time and manager promised to compensate in someway with award points, but still waiting. Stay elsewhere in Fresno.

Checked in at 11:15 pm. Front desk attendee threatened to tow my vehicle if placard wasn’t placed on windshield. The parking lot had plenty of spaces. What? Checked into the room. Bed was clean but mattress needs replacing as it had a huge valley down one side. No remote for the TV in room. Called front desk, she couldn’t find batteries for one she had as a replacement for entire hotel. So tv is completely unusable. I told her that’s incompetence and the front desk person “hung up” on me! Great customer service! Avoid this hotel. Front desk Staff is horrible.
