The staff, location and rooms were great. I’m just a little upset because when I called to make a reservation, I was told that there were no rooms available, but when I went online, I was able to book. When we got the room the first thing we noticed, because I have my elderly parents, is that the TV wasn’t working. We let it slide for a couple hours and it still wasn’t working so we reported it. We were told that we were going be located to another room across the hall so we packed up everything and locked the door and that room only had one bed. I had to go downstairs two times because the new keys didn’t work and they put us on a new floor, mind you my parents are elderly and my dad is in a wheelchair. We are stuck in the hall for 10 to 15 minutes. When we checked in, they required a $50 deposit for the room that would be returned and when I got home, I noticed it on my bill. They said it is pending but they’re going to remove $10 for parking. That wouldn’t be a problem if I had been told that from the beginning.
