Nice spacious rooms. Nice outdoor area with fire pit. Launch viewing room for the shuttle launch was super cool but you need to reserve it. It was in a good area with quite a few things around, but yet not too busy, which was nice. Believe it or not, we ran out of hot water for our shower. First time ever that’s happened in all my travels. The shower pressure was terrible. I still gave it four stars because it was a nice hotel. We stayed at a Hyatt in Orlando for a couple nights and that one was really nice too so we really like the Hyatt brand. We like what they’re doing with the Hyatt brand and making them really feel like Home and I like that.

Stayed 6 nights here. All the people I met here are very nice and helpful. The hotel room layout are well designed, convenient for family with kid. I like Hyatt toiletries, we stayed in a Hyatt hotel in another country last year and the smell from the toiletries made my memories came back. The only issue during my stay was that the housekeeper didn’t consistently come to remove the trash or replace towels on some days, and I had to call front desk several times to request service.

I stay at Hyatts all over the country, and the Hyatt Place Titusville is easily one of the better ones I've visited. From the moment I arrived, the staff was warm, friendly, and genuinely welcoming. The room was spacious, exceptionally clean, and well-maintained which is exactly what I hope for after a long day of travel. The amenities are great, and the overall atmosphere of the hotel is both relaxing and professional. I’ll definitely be staying here again the next time I’m in the area. Highly recommend!

This is our 2nd stay in 2025. It is an ideal location for visiting Kennedy Space Center and you can even view rocket launches from their 5th floor viewing lobby. Breakfast is timely (often early) and standard Hyatt Place fare. meaning there are healthy choices and a few indulgences. Dedicated handicap tables were appreciated (though not always honored by other guests). Dinner menu was great to have after a tiring day at KSC. Rooms are comfortable and spacious with a mini-fridge. Pantry had fresh-baked cookies for sale. Housekeeping is not daily even when requested. Front desk and manager staff had excellent suggestions for restaurants and sightseeing, and were attentive. Pool towels were not always available.

Overall just ok. Was in a nice area. Breakfast was very slow. Food was not being filled and replaced quickly on buffet compared to the amount of people that were there. The floor was very sticky and lots of dirty tables. We also requested an extra blanket to our room and no one brought us one. For the amount of money we paid, it was definitely just average and possibly lower that average.

Google
Great stay to visit the KSC. This hotel is super close to the space center and lots of good restaurants. The bed was super comfortable and the included breakfast was one of the best we’ve had in this hotel chain (including the coffee). The staff is very nice and helpful. Safe location with a great amount of parking. The hotel is on a busy road, so you do hear road noise in the morning if you’re on that side of the hotel. We would definitely stay here again.

Google
EVERY staff person I interacted with was warm and competent. I especially want to call out Jessica from the front desk who made us feel so welcome. 10 minute drive to the visitor complex. Decent views of the launches from the property. The room was spacious and clean. The free breakfast was as good as any other I've had.

Google
Positive: It's extremely helpful for us that they have a room option with places for 6 people to sleep. The pull out sofa bed allows our family to be able to rest comfortably which is extremely helpful Negative: the room had an odd smell. The front desk staff was not particularly friendly

Yelp
I cannot express enough gratitude towards this hotel. We evacuated Tampa and stayed here during Hurricane Milton. They were overly accommodating. They waived the pet deposits to help us out and made sure breakfast was there in the morning. They went as far as to put out sandwiches for lunch as well. The hotel was super clean and comfortable as well. The flexibility and kindness was more than I would ever expect. If I could give them more stars I would.

Yelp
Overall slightly below average hotel. Room could have been cleaner and there was mold around tub in the bathroom. Breakfast was good and free parking was nice.

Yelp
The facilities are very well put together and clean. There is a pool outside which was great for the kids when the weather allowed. The workout room had a lot of options and high quality work out equipment. Staff was very friendly and helpful. We found the space themed decor in both the lobby and the rooms to be very entertaining and well themed. Our room had a very modern bathroom that was quite beautiful. The water pressure was quite low in the shower though. It had a very large TV, and the laundry was conveniently located near our room. The only thing we did not like was the excessively high cost per night, as is with most places now a days. I would recommend if looking to stay near the space center.

Yelp
Shower head clogged - no pressure Reported showerhead to front desk - nothing was done No Towels at the pool Pool water stank and was yellow Sign said Pool water recycled - don't know what that means, but the water stank Multiple Towel racks falling off wall Towels threadbare Only 1 washing machine

Yelp
Extremely new and clean hotel very close to Kennedy Space Center (13 minutes). The people here are very accommodating. I booked a King bedroom reward night and called and they changed me to a double queen with launch view. Pro tip: Save $155/night by paying with Hyatt points. If you pay with cash the price of this hotel is about $250/night after taxes and fees but I paid with Hyatt Points which basically cost me about $95, since it came out to be only 9500 points. I used my Chase Ultimate Reward points from my Chase Sapphire Credit Card to transfer 9500 Chase UR points to 9500 Hyatt points.

Yelp
We stayed here for one night before going on a cruise out of port canaveral. Check in was easy and we were given a room on the ground floor per our request. Unfortunately the room wasn't the cleanest. There was visible hairs in the bathroom and on the bed. Air conditioning and tv worked well. The complimentary breakfast was actually substantial with corned beef hash, scrambled eggs, hardboiled eggs, oatmeal, cereal, bagels and toast, individually wrapped muffins and danishes, fruit, yogurt, coffee, juice and hot water for tea. There was a staff member who was constantly restocking items and I noticed the buffet was still available until 10:30 even though it was advertised as ending at 10am. A-okay place to stay.

Yelp
Stayed here for a night while I was in the area. Plenty of parking. Rooms were clean and bed and pillows where comfortable. Stayed in a suite style room that had a sofa, desk, and fridge. Shower is separate from sink, which is nice. Offer free breakfast in the morning. Pretty decent breakfast food and some items you are able to grab and go. Always a nice stay at Hyatt place.

Yelp
My family and I stayed here in April 2022 for two nights when we visited the Kennedy Space Center. It was not clean at all. The room was smelly and dirty. Looks like the shower was never cleaned. There were hair on the floor in the shower, stains on towels and bathroom. The table cleaning not clean with marks, etc. We notified the hotel (with 11 pictures) and all they said was sorry and they noted our comments. Thanked us for the feedback and wished we will come back one day. As a pretty high Hyatt Tier member, I elevated it and contacted Hyatt customer service. They made it right and credited us back. I used reward points for the stay and was credited back the entire amount. From Hyatt after the hotel did nothing to make it right (no changing rooms during our stay, etc). We will not be staying here ever again.

Ken R.

Yelp
Comon areas not clean. Breakfast bar was not well maintained. Rooms were clean. The location was spectacular for observing launch.

Rait M.

Yelp
The receptionist was super nice and helpful. The place was clean, the TV was big. The bathroom door lock was broken. There was a washing machine and a dryer. Breakfast was alright, waffles weren't any good unfortunately .

Yelp
Very clean, nice rooms, and great staff! Ebony, the front desk person was so very helpful to me and definitely deserves a raise! We will definitely stay here the next time we go on a cruise.

Yelp
During intermittent Covid lockdowns, many of our travel plans have been adversely affected. I booked this room six months in advance, thinking Although we only stayed overnight, it was a pleasure. Our room was clean (we checked under beds and behind dressers), well-appointed and a welcome respite for a weary traveler. After a nice long hot shower, it was off to bed for us. The next morning we went downstairs to seek out the complimentary breakfast. This was quite an upgrade to some of the typical 'continental' fare offered. There were hot scrambled eggs and sausage, hard-cooked eggs, individual portions of cold and hot cereals, as well as a selection of cold milks/juices, coffees, and teas. I don't know the age of the hotel, but it is in good repair and the front desk personnel were gracious and accommodating both in the middle of the night and first thing in the morning. You could certainly do worse than Hyatt Place while you're on the road. Do drop in!

Yelp
We spent 3 nights there recently. It's a new hotel (3 years old), so the interior design is modern and beautiful. Rooms were clean and the shower had grab bars. We were not there for the Space X launch, but they have a nice designated observation deck in the hotel. The free breakfast buffet was awesome: muffins and other pastries, fresh fruit, scrambled eggs, bread, cereals, oatmeal every day. Other items rotate on other days (bagels, French toast, bacon, breakfast potatoes). The staff does an admirable job of restocking food, which is no easy feat when the crowd is reminiscent of cruise ship lines at the buffet. They had a fancy toaster, but I recommend a cheaper, "normal" pop up toaster, because it only really heated when the heat was turned up, but people kept turning it down, so bread came out cold. The pool is open and handicapped accessible with a chair that puts you in the pool--very impressive! The gym is nice to have. The front desk personnel are helpful and friendly. The bar/cafe downstairs that should not be overlooked. The chicken Caesar salad was HUGE and the chicken bacon sandwich was delicious! Everything is cooked after you order, so the chicken was hot and the veggies were fresh. Go there (dine in or take back to your room) on your check in day (opens at 4:30 pm) and you will not regret it! No microwave oven in the room (only suites have them), but there is one available downstairs, so not a big deal.

Yelp
Business trip for 1. (Globalist) - Location (5/5) Cool spot across from Cape Canaveral. Convenient to a lot of things. - Check-in / Service (3/5) When I checked in, the network was down, so I was unable to get a key. I was surprised that in addition to 2 waters, Globalists also got a bag of chips and a candy bar. Nice perk. The front desk lady kindly gave me a bag (this never happens and it's awkward to carry two bottles of water), and walked with me to my room and let me in with her key, then walked the key back to my room when it was ready. So, in a way, I would've given this a 5/5 for a great recovery, but then when I later requested 4pm late checkout from someone else, which is guaranteed for Globalists, I was given 3pm only. - Room (4/5) Remarkably spacious as Hyatt Places go. - Bathroom (2/5) Pretty standard Hyatt Place bathroom, though I found the mismatching shampoo/conditioner odd. It was some sort of motel looking off brand shampoo. - Wifi (5/5) No issues and very fast. - Heat/Air (4/5) Steady and not too noisy. - Breakfast (N/A) It looked about standard, though I had a late night and didn't get to eat. - Value (3/5) I suppose it derives its value from being close to Cape Canaveral. When I tried to book early, the price was astronomical. Someone local told me that people book speculatively to coincide with potential space launches. So, check back closer to your date of travel if needed. - Final Word It served my purpose, which for a Hyatt Place means a quiet place to sleep and feel refreshed for the meeting next day. Service could get ironed out a bit.

Yelp
Stayed here a few nights. Very nice rooms. The staff is awesome and accommodating. The pool was very clean. Hotel is pretty quiet which we liked and they are pet friendly.

Yelp
What a Hyatt should be . My second time staying here. After my first experience in 2021 there was no doubt where I needed to stay ! Super clean. Staff i challenge you to find a friendlier staff they are just kind and happy! Rooms are spotless. The bed was so comfy I didn't wanna get out ! Breakfast was good plenty of choices. Coffee, tea, juices and of course milks. Highly recommend this Hyatt for any stay in this area

Yelp
Reportedly just 1.5 yrs young as of this writing, Hyatt Place Titusville seems to have it all: a view of things heading to space from the top floor East facing rooms, plenty of space in the lobby and bar area for socializing, enjoying a bite and sip, spacious enough rooms, a high standard of cleanliness, quiet rooms and whisper quiet A/C, plenty of parking, just far enough from the freeway to not be affected by highway noise yet close enough to local businesses. The friendly, forthcoming and professional staff appear to make this a perfect launch pad for a trip further north or south. Reasonable rates, pet friendly and non-smoking.

Shin M.

Yelp
This place was very modern and clean! I didn't get a room with a view of the water or even on a high floor (highest is 5th floor) but I was happy with my room. It was very quiet which was nice. There is a complimentary breakfast with some danishes, yogurt, cereal, breakfast sandwiches, etc. it was nice to have that! The 5th floor has a launch viewing deck overlooking the water. That was pretty cool, I got to see space x launch the falcon 9 with 16 STARLINK satellites at 11:44pm. Very cool place to watch a night launch! I would stay here again but my only complaint would be the internet was absolute garbage - and my ATT and Verizon cell phone service were absolutely terrible as well! They need to upgrade their WiFi to be stronger if they want more guests!

Barb D.

Yelp
This seems to be the best hotel in the Titusville area! Aside from this I could only find a lot of smaller, less glamorous motels.. Apparently they have only been open about a year and you can definitely tell that it is a newer, more modern property. I'm not sure what they might charge during peak season, but I was very happy with my room for around $130 a night (total with taxes). It was very spacious with a king bed and sleeper sofa. I so appreciate that they don't charge extra for parking or resort fees. While you can't really see the water, you could pay a little more to be on the back side of the building which would give you a view of rocket launches from the KSC. I enjoyed their pool area. While it is on the back corner of the building it does get sun during the day. It was a decent size and had nice furniture. Another amenity that is always a perk for me is free breakfast. I would be curious to see what they offer post-COVID.. They have a really nice set up and it seems like they could have a lot of items. Due to the pandemic they currently have more grab and go things such as pre-packaged danishes and muffins, oatmeal cups, fruit, etc. Know that the hotel is on a stretch of road with not much else; like you can't walk anywhere. That being said it is on the main road that runs right through town, so nothing is that far away. There's a big, popular brewery less than 2 miles away and you can get to other restaurants/fast food in less than 10 minutes. I'll definitely be staying here again.

Tim A.

Yelp
Nice facility but beware-- the train track rumbles every hour or so, while you try to sleep. They accept pets, and small dogs have loud barks that carry through paper thin doors, while you try to sleep. A little rain causes their TV system to fail, which is odd they chose it vs the broadband carrier since WiFi is decent. Yes, I spoke with the manager, Grace, and all she seemed to respond with was head nods and looking up in the air. Won't ever be back. PS this is at least five lines and seven stop lights from downtown.

Jane M.

Yelp
My name is Jane, my 3 sisters and I stayed here at the Hyatt while we were visiting our friend who retired. We stayed for 5 days and 4 nights.. we had the best time, service and accommodations. The staff is truly the wonderful, helpful always going out if their way to help us by answering our questions and giving us great recommendations. We want to personally thank Laura, Derek and Ernest and of course all the rest of the wonderful staff sorry we did not get your names. Bravo to all of you and we will be back!!

Michelle A.

Yelp
Stayed here during Hurricane Ian. The entire staff was super friendly, from Tom, who always has dog treats, to Kimberly, who served drinks with a smile. Hotel was close to the Space Center. The rooms were clean and spacious. Will definitely stay again (hopefully under better circumstances)

Lori P.

Yelp
We only stayed here once a night we enjoyed our stay. The room was clean, service was great and the breakfast was good as well. We would definitely come back if we were in the area.

Megan K.

Yelp
We were very happy with this hotel during our trip to Kennedy Space Center. The hotel was immaculately clean, our room was fresh and large enough to sleep 5 of us with two queen beds and a sleeper sofa (nice that there was divider for the sofa area and the sofa was a medium size sectional. The fitness center had all you'd need for a low key vacay sweat, and the cable machine had lots of attachments which I appreciated. The pool was lackluster though...basic pool. However, it did the trick to kill some time with the kids. We we fortunate to be there at the time of a launch, and the front desk was helpful in providing recommendations as to where to view. The hotel has a viewing room, however we opted to leave the hotel and drive into town to see it. Pretty amazing to see in person! Breakfast was great. Staff was friendly and restaurant was clean.

Brett J.

Yelp
This is a brand new hotel with 24 hr dining options. Our stay was very nice. We will be back! Right off US 1 and near the KSC launch site with views.

Ryan V.

Yelp
Very clean, well priced, and extremely nice people working there. Was one of the best hotel visits this year. The place is brand new (they said only 3 months) and still has the new place smell. We stayed here to go see the bioluminescence in Titusville and got to use the gym in the morning and they provide breakfast for us. Breakfast during Covid-19 is hard but this was one of the better options we have seen. Very happy with our stay.

Kris B.

Yelp
I loved staying here. The room was clean and comfortable. The pool was open ( many were not during Covid) and I really enjoyed being able to take a dip to cool off in the clean and relaxing atmosphere . Breakfast was laid out beautifully so you could take items to eat on the go. The Staff was super friendly and helpful.

Brian C.

Yelp
Hello, I just came back with my family from our mini-vacation and stayed at your resort for 2 days. First, I will like to say that this is the only nicest hotel you are going to find right by the KSC. With that being said, I will like to start with the good things about our stay. Our stay, was very mellow, quiet and relaxing. The hotel staff was really friendly and very kind which to me is a always a big plus! so thank you. I also like the location of the resort the KSC is literally down the road from the hotel. The hotel lobby/eating area was very clean during our visit, enjoyed the included breakfast, our room was big and the beds were comfortable. Now here are the cons about our stay. When we got to our room it smelled like someone smoked a cigarette in the room 24 hours before we got there and that is not good when you have a 1 year old son staying in the room. Please clean air of those smells and change the A/C air filters. It was kind of bad to the point I had to spray Lysol. I'm not sure if this was AAA fault since I book the reservation through them or the Hotel's Staff but I will assume it was AAA. Our room was advertised that we will get a spacious room (which we did) but only because it was a handicap accessible room which was not stated through AAA or in our confirmation of our reservations. Overall, compared to other Hotels in Titusville this is probably the best one.

Matthew P.

Yelp
Ok. So I struggle to leave three stars. I went back and forth on 1 vs 2. The reason I'm going with two is because it is clean. It is modern. The beds were not bad. But it ends there. For starters there is a boil water notice in the city of Titusville. You may ask if this was the contributor to the two stars. No. It's not. I get that the city is in control of the amount of fecal matter in the water not Hyatt. However. They gave no warning. No email. No heads up until we checked in that we couldn't brush our teeth with the tap water and had to use bottled water. No big deal. I've been to countries. Where I've had to do this. However, the kicker is they provided us with two bottles. TWO. We have kids. And two adults. We called them to ask for more and wanted to charge us THREE DOLLARS PER BOTTLE!!! As a globalist member of Hyatt this is normally complimentary. After having to finally complain to the actual GM she offered us 3 extra bottles. The refrigerator would not get cold. At all. The internet is super slow. I mean my 1 bar with LTE is faster than the wifi. Lastly. We had a small storm. Nothing crazy. This is Florida. A small storm and the cable went out for HOURS. It's a rough situation when you have young children with internet that can't support an iPad or cable. The customer service was very poor. Outside of the GM. The front desk staff was less than helpful and felt like they didn't want to be here. Needless to say we probably won't be returning to this Hyatt anytime soon.
