From the first moment, we were welcomed with warmth and care. ||Every interaction with the hotel staff was incredibly friendly and genuine. Nothing was any trouble and everyone seemed to be focused on ensuring we had a good experience. I’ve staying in a lot of hotels around the world and the authenticity of the staff really stood out here. ||The room was spacious and incredibly clean. The restaurant was excellent for both breakfast and dinner and the bar was a lovely place to unwind. ||The gym and pool were really great - again, supported by super friendly staff. The nearby “Marcus” 47th floor restaurant allows us to charge back to the hotel too. ||Thank you so much!

I recently stayed at Hyatt Regency, Addis Ababa for 10 nights and had a fantastic experience! The hotel's location was perfect, close to office and easily walkable to other attractions. The room was very clean and well-maintained, and the staff were extremely friendly and helpful, always going the extra mile to assist guests. The breakfast buffet was delicious and offered a wide variety of options. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel and would definitely stay here again.

A Thoughtful and Memorable Birthday at Hyatt Regency! I had the pleasure of celebrating my friend’s birthday at The Oriental in Hyatt Regency, and despite arriving very late, the experience was nothing short of perfect, all thanks to the incredibly thoughtful team. Beforehand, I had quickly mentioned over the phone that it was my friend’s birthday, and to my surprise, they didn’t forget! Even though I wasn’t there on time, the staff made sure she felt celebrated with a lovely surprise that truly touched us both. A special thank you to Yeneesh, the team leader at The Oriental, whose kindness and attention to detail made all the difference, and to Asmamaw, our wonderful waiter, who was so warm, attentive, and genuine throughout the evening. Their hospitality made the night feel personal and unforgettable. Thank you, Hyatt Regency, for turning a simple brunch into a beautiful memory. I’ll definitely be back.... and recommending you to everyone I know!

First I like to congratulate you on the very deserving Michelin Guide recognition and for becoming the first hotel in Ethiopia to be included in the best of what a hotel can offer in this world. With that being said, I did visit you place few times and it is just magnificent and well built. For customers who are enjoying themselves on the terrace - watch out for the birds as they will definetly eat as much food as they can (especially if you are a solo diner) with no one to watch out for your plates.

Luxury with stunning views and a super relaxing vibe. The pool and chill area are top-tier, perfect for unwinding. Coffee is great, and the whole place feels high-end. Food is just okay, but the overall experience and scenery definitely make up for it. Would stay again for sure

Friendly staff. Very clean room with a huge bed and the most comfortable pillows. Breakfast buffet had a huge variety. Head chef was the most friendly and helpful. Varied choice of restaurants, with local entertainment in one of them every evening.
