Hyatt Regency Addis Ababa

Fantastic location. Great cultural center, Fendika. Wonderful staff! Breakfast buffet and made to order items were delicious! Really enjoy the fresh juice, variety of honey. It's so amazing that the chef sources so many things for meals sustainably from the rooftop garden at the hotel!!

My family and I come here a lot. The rooms are very clean and comfy. breakfast at the kitchen is very delicious and brunch at the oriental is wow. The staff are very welcoming it feels like home away from home!! Adina and Yenenesh are very sweet and humble and treat us like family and always serve us the same!! The food is so good .. it’s fresh and healthy and love the music as well… we’ve celebrated many birthdays at the oriental and there’s nothing we would complain about it!!

Meron (Hostess) Was incredible! She attended all of my needs and went out of her way to||Make sure we were happy. She even booked a spa appointment for us and she works at the oriental! Lidetu was our server and was great too.. Helen from the morning buffet was very kind and helped us plan our day. Zelalem was incredibly helpful and always si||Surprising us with his kindness and willingness to make us happy. Overall, we really loved our stay and everyone at the front desk.. they were just amazing

We had brunch on Saturday, and it was nice and clean. So many great options, but still wish there were more options to be honest. It was good though.

The Hyatt Regency is unique in Ethiopia because of the level of comfort and personal service it provides to its guests--especially its regular customers. The rooms are spacious, beds are very comfortable along with a powerful shower head; you can't go wrong! The heated pool is always a plus especially on cold days. The breakfast spread is diverse and tasty. And you can get a good massage in the second floor spay. The Hyatt is still my favourite place to stay in Addis.

Excellent hotel, we had a wonderful stay for 3 nights to explore Addis Ababa. Great dining options, great bar scene in the hotel, and live jazz in the basement concert venue was very special. Genet from the Guest Experience team was very kind and helpful and made our experience very special.

I travel almost monthly for work, around the world, and have had the privilege of staying at several beautiful hotels, but the Hyatt Regency in Addis remains my favorite of all. The thoughtfulness, care and attention of the staff make it more of a home than a hotel, which is very much welcomed by those of us who travel regularly for business. The gym and spa are incredible, and the breakfast spread at The Kitchen is unparalleled. I've stayed here three years in a row and can't wait to return.
