The hotel was great overall. We managed to get connecting room which was great since I was travelling with my 3 kids. Never tried the breakfast thou. Checking in and out was smooth. The only downside is that we need to get onto 2 different tramps to go to the city center as theres is no direct tramp. Alternatively, travelling by Metro is an another option.||

The rooms were slightly on the smaller side but hotel and service were awesome otherwise..located amazingly well close to metro and tram stops. Easy to get to and explore the city of Amsterdam from. The breakfast was included and it more than hit the spot. The chef is accommodating of dietary restrictions. Sometimes though getting hold of a server can be tough at breakfast service. Rooms are well stocked. Sauna and steam rooms were nice and clean and were a great recovery after long walking days in city. 10/10 would come stay here again. Regency club access was nice with small snacks and decent happy hour with food and drinks.

Great location, we travelled for business and needed good daily access to the Rai conference center. ||This hotel is beautifully presented, rooms are modern and well kept . Super comfortable beds and spacious rooms. Delicious breakfast selection . Really helpful and tentative staff . We look forward to booking again.

Honestly, the best part of my trip to Amsterdam was staying at the Hyatt Regency. Beyond having excellent amenities, the rooms were spotless, and the decor throughout the hotel was both refreshing and refined. The staff was incredibly courteous and responsive to any needs. The price was very reasonable. As for dining, I went to the restaurant for an Indonesian style dinner and was blown away by how excellent it was. I also tried their standard menu and found it was varied and delicious as well. Additionally, the morning breakfast is exceptional and I would highly recommend it. Lastly, I went for a massage one day, and Kana was probably the best masseuse I've ever had, can't recommend her enough. The spa is kind of on the smaller side, but the service they provided was excellent! Overall, if you are coming to Amsterdam, I would highly recommend staying here. Next time I'm in Amsterdam, I'll know I'll be staying here!

Not my favorite property. Being welcomed by name was a nice touch from the manager, but the rest of the stay was downhill. No upgrade given despite asking when multiple suites were available on the website for booking, I found multiple bugs in the bathroom in the middle of the night, woke up to a lady barging into the room to drop off a welcome letter, they entered the room and cleaned every day despite me specifically asking for no room service and putting the sign outside the door (and each day the sign was back on the inside of the door after I came back). The only major positive I have is the breakfast buffet and the alcohol included in the club on evenings

Staff were helpful, food was good and room was lovely. A little further out of the city centre than we realised, but public transport is just outside. Our room was at the front of the hotel and on the first floor with trams passed every few minutes. It wasn’t overly noisy.

This place has all the creature comforts, and even nice views of the Single Gracht canal - except it's not on the old-town. But if you want great traffic connectivity to the center (tram and metro, 15 to Dam , 10 min to Rijks- or van Gogh museum), spacious comfortable stylish rooms, nice gym and spa, fabulous breakfast and feel like you're in the bustling student university area (art cinema around the corner), and want your rooms to be affordable, this is a great place to be. Staff was exceptionally friendly and responsive. Comfy mattresses on the firmer side. Great breakfast buffet. Only minus: Terrible orange juice. Nice Indonesian restaurant in the hotel. Parking on side (for a feee).

A beautiful hotel in a quiet location with the subway/train a 2 minute walk and trams outside the door making access to the city easy and quick. Parking on site was good (€50 per night, which seems to be the the going rate). We enjoyed the club lounge. Only downside was that there aren’t many restaurants in the area (always need to go to town) but I suppose that’s why it is a quiet area. Would definitely recommend .
