Hyatt Regency Baku

We stayed four nights at this lovely hotel. The services were good. Breakfast spread was good. They are putting in effort to atleast offer two Indian dish for breakfast.|They have added an exclusive Indian Ala Carte’ Menu at the restaurant, not that we tried it. |Overall food was good and staff too was helpful and very courteous. |The F&B Manager Mr. Turun / Toran was very generous and went out of the way to assist us to enable a late check out. |Front desk Staff Ms. Ireda was smiling and helpful. |Would rate it as an excellent hotel.

The hotel is simply lovely, and very well planned. The outside pool is a great benefit and the gym facilities is simply superb. Although, the best part turned out to be the staff, everyone was very attentive, helpful and nice, starting from the front desk, to night manager, breakfast hostess and of course, an amazing house keeping. |We are very grateful. Baku is simply gorgeous, so much to see, if you plan your trip Hyatt is the place to pick. The location is close to all the land and walking distance to some great cafes and restaurants.

I left a piece of my heart in this hotel because of the incredible staff who are so welcoming and so well trained to handle guests with great hospitality, care and to resolve issues quickly.||We stayed 4 nights in this hotel on our first trip to Azerbaijan (which we fell in love with). ||The hotel is about half an hour from the airport. We arrived very early in the morning and they allowed us to get the room early (thanks to Sabir who checked us in). Our room was nice, clean with a very comfortable bed.|The hotel is about 20 min to the Old City. The hotel offers a shuttle but on a limited time schedule. We used it just once but found the Bolt app (similar to Uber) offered excellent service with a very low cost (use cash or Google pay as the credit card option won't work for most foreigners.|During our stay, every request we had was taken care of by the staff quickly and in an excellent manner. |The front desk personnel Ilkin and Seymur were so friendly and super helpful. |I have recovered from a foot issue (plantar fasciitis) and when my special shoes had an issue and needed to be glued, Seymur walked us to the shoe repair place near the hotel and when he found out it was closed he walked to so many places with us to find a shoe repair place on a Sunday. I've stayed in many hotels all around the world having traveled to 105 countries but no hotel staff has ever been so kind to drop their work as the front desk manager to walk all over the town to help one of his many guests! Absolutely outstanding!!| The breakfast staff were also all amazing and so so so friendly such as Turan, Samra (so lovely), Nijat & Rasim.||On our last day, we met Orkhan the general manager to tell him about our great experience at his hotel and within a few minutes of talking to him it was apparent to us as to why his staff was so outstanding. His attitude, his expertise and his leadership enabling his staff to do their best for the guests is evident everywhere in this Hyatt hotel. ||I highly recommend this hotel to others visiting Baku.

Stay was decent, the air conditioner of the room was an issue as it was maintained at a particular temperature. Being hot when visiting it was difficult to sleep at night and hotel had to provide a fan to keep room at the required temperature.staff is friendly and courteous. Location is a bit far from the main areas of the city. All facilities of the hotel are impeccable. Loved the pools,gym area and the lounge area

The relationship manager, a friendly gentleman, was extremely helpful and accommodating, ensuring that all our needs were met promptly. His assistance made our experience all the more pleasant. The overall experience at the hotel was great. The staff was courteous and supportive. Amenities, food and room service were up to the mark. ||||A special mention to the guest experience specialist Mr. Seymur who played a pivotal role in defining our overall experience of Baku. During my stay at the hotel, I stayed in a king-size room with club access. Lovely breakfast, great big room, bathroom with shower and very big bath tub. Tasty Italian restaurant inside called Mezzo. Lots of helpful staff, easy to book taxi. Clean and spacious. Amazing gym. Beautiful separate sauna/spa for men and women - nice locker room with showers and big lockers. Very nice indoor swimming pool. Close to supermarket, places to eat like KFC, local cafes, and parks nearby.
