This is a perfect hotel for a one night stay before or after a flight. Check-in was quick and efficient. Our room on the 5th floor ticked all the boxes - comfortable beds, decent shower (wall-mounted head only), good AC and WiFi. 4 bottles of complementary water were provided.||Sound-proofing is excellent. Although guests arrive and leave 24 hours a day, we heard no noise from the corridor or adjoining rooms.||The ground floor bar is comfortable and a good spot for people-watching. There was a decent singer playing acoustic guitar which was a nice touch. Our meal in the restaurant was good (you have the option of a la carte or buffet). The buffet breakfast was equally good with an extensive selection for all tastes and nationalities.||A free shuttle bus runs to and from Bangkok Airport. Officially it runs every 10 mins but when we checked out at 08.30 hours buses were more frequent.

I don't understand the poor reviews. This place is an OASIS and a perfect way to end the chaos of Thailand and Bangkok before flying home. Yes, the hotel is not brand new but it's a beautiful building and well maintained. The pool area is lovely and relaxing and with sun, shade, food and drink has everything to chill outside. The service is excellent, the rooms are well appointed and the food although a bit pricey was very good. Yes it's a bit expensive but very and nice and SO convenient to the airport. In fact my 4AM shuttle van was literally at the front door and had me and my luggage at the airport in 8 minutes. Check in was smooth so I was there WAY too early for my 8am flight but that's ok I did some shopping.

Excellent experience. Very convenient airport shuttle to and from the terminal, and early check-in was a big plus after a long flight. All staff were extremely friendly and helpful. I also had a great experience with the housekeeping team — after I accidentally left my phone in the room, they found it quickly and arranged delivery with great care and professionalism. The pool area is beautiful, the gym is large and well equipped, and overall it’s a very comfortable place to rest between connections. The room had everything needed, with a large and very comfortable bed. Highly recommended for transit stays in Bangkok.

We have been using this hotel for years, and I love the convenience. The hotel is a bit old, but the rooms are very spacious and very clean, and above all the staff is first rate. The negatives are few, but we were not satisfied with the a la carte food and the price of a small bottle of domestic beer was almost $10 US which in my opinion is outrages, granted it did include the 17% VAT and service charge, but still not satisfactory. The buffet seems to be a much better deal if you are hungry enough for the food, we have both eaten at the breakfast buffet and the dinner buffet and both are very good, much better than the a la carte menu. BTW the ambiance of the bar across from the restaurant is first class, the waiters are great and it is always a very pleasurable experience.

This hotel has great proximity to the airport, but you actually have to walk quite far from arrivals to get there. Being able to check in at any time was extremely convenient. These reasons were the main reasons we stayed here. Our room thankfully did not smell musty or have visible mold like other reviews mentioned, but we were definitely concerned about that. We did not use the bath as it looked a bit old and dirty. My partner HATED the shower. It looks spacious in pictures, but standing inside, the shape makes it smaller and the shower head is at fixed height and force so it was very uncomfortable showering in it. The hair dryer was very weak. Another thing, there are only outlet plugs on ONE side of the bed which is an inconvenience. We had club access but when we visited, there wasn't the best selection of foods. Service was very nice and check in and out were smooth. We had access to the breakfast buffet (opens at 3am!) but didn't get to eat before our flight. Overall, for a one night / few hour stay, this hotel is worth it on points. For cash, it's very expensive for what you get.

Stayed here a few weeks ago. Very convenient and fast shuttle service from terminal to lobby. Check in is always efficient and rooms are always clean and comfortable. Multiple restaurants to choose from so there is something for everyone to be had. Didn’t have time to use the pool but was spotless and very inviting. Would definitely stay again.

Location is very good for staying and free shuttle every 5 min. to the airport. Excellent service and room is clean and quiet. Refreshing for travelers. Excellent buffet breakfast, lots of hot food and different varieties which starts from 3am. It is very good for the travellers like us.

You need to go through immigration and head to Exit #4 for their shuttle service. Getting to and from the hotel was very easy, as the shuttle runs every 10 minutes. The staff were very friendly, and I appreciated the complimentary drinks at the check-in counter, including infused water, chamomile tea, and green tea. The room was comfortable and my bed was great. However, I was disappointed that they didn’t provide a crib for my 7-month-old, especially considering the price of the stay. The bathroom had shampoo, conditioner, body wash, lotion, and small amenities like a toothbrush and shower cap. I was excited to use the bathtub for my baby, but unfortunately there was quite a bit of mold on the wall, so I ended up bathing her in the shower instead. The fridge was stocked with alcohol and sodas for purchase, but they also offered a free tea and coffee station. Room service is available 24 hours and covers breakfast, lunch, and dinner, which is convenient. I also appreciated that check-in and check-out are based on a full 24-hour stay rather than the standard 11 AM checkout time. Overall, the convenience and service were great, but the lack of a crib and the bathroom mold were disappointing for the price.
