Hyatt Regency Casablanca

One of My Favorite Hyatt Stays! As soon as I arrived I was welcomed by sir thank you for being world of Hyatt Discoverist member. I absolutely love staying at Hyatt properties, and the Hyatt Regency Casablanca has quickly become one of my favorites. From the moment I arrived, the staff went out of their way to ensure a smooth and welcoming experience. Everyone — from the front desk to the concierge and housekeeping — was friendly, professional, and genuinely caring. The hotel itself is elegant and well-maintained, with beautiful design touches and a warm, inviting atmosphere. My room was comfortable, spotless, and offered everything I needed for a relaxing stay. I also really enjoyed the breakfast options and enjoyed going to lounge for happy hours. Pastries were so delicious. A big thank you to the hotel management for maintaining such a high standard of service. It’s always a pleasure to stay at a Hyatt, but this one truly stands out. Looking forward to my next visit!

This is one of the best hotels I’ve stayed in worldwide. From check-in to the Club Lounge to checkout, the service was impeccable — we were treated like VIPs at every stage.||||The location is perfect, the facilities are well maintained, and being upgraded to a Club Access room was a lovely surprise. We especially appreciated the thoughtful pack-and-go breakfast at checkout, since we had to leave early (6 a.m.).||||What really sets Hyatt Regency Casablanca apart is the staff — their professionalism, warmth, and attention to detail truly went above and beyond. Everyone was clearly well-trained and genuinely cared about our experience.||||We’ve stayed at many top-tier hotels globally, and this one is right near the top of the list. If you want outstanding service and a flawless stay in Casablanca, this is the place.

This is the worst Hyatt experience I’ve ever had (I’m a member of World of Hyatt loyalty program). I travel a lot for business and personal, so I can compare with both luxury and mid price hotels around the world. Main value of the hotel for me is a comfortable and clean room. The hotel is old and needs renovation, but that would be not a problem, if it would be clean and tidy. The room was terribly dirty and further within my 4 day stay was not properly cleaned even once (just towels change and making the bed). I attach the pictures of hairs in bathroom and dirt (excrements, not mine though, as I just checked in) in the toilet…). Haven’t seen such low cleaning room service quite for a long time (since my scholarship, when I stayed in shitty hostel). Even elevators are not being cleaned regularly. Shame on you, Hyatt. I have to highlight that the staff in the lobby and restaurant were very friendly. And the food for breakfast and dinner was tasty. Maybe one day Hyatt team will establish a proper control over the quality and standards. Maybe not (

I recently stayed at the Hyatt Regency Casablanca and was impressed by its fantastic location. While the hotel has an old charm, it is exceptionally well maintained, making for a comfortable and enjoyable experience. Highly recommend for anyone visiting Casablanca!

I have stayed in many Hyatt properties, but this is one of the nicest. The hotel is very luxurious and the pool area is a dream in the hot city. It is very near a market and great restaurants. Definitely can't go wrong staying here!

The location is good--walkable distance to the mosque, medina, restaurants, and train station (Casa Port). The hotel felt like an island with foreigners with the proximity to the medina. We appreciated the sweets upon arrival. We could not use the pool due to some repair going on. The room was rather small and dated. There was a night club in the hotel, which led to some noise in the night. On check out, we asked for a taxi to the Casa Voyageurs station and was told the fare would be around 15 dirhams. The taxi driver charged us 100 dirhams and threatened to take us back to the hotel if we did not pay the amount. This, of course, is not Hyatt Regency's fault but wish there was a way to confirm the amount before taking the taxi.

Excellent location next to Madina, walking street, food options, tram station, taxi stand.||Clean beds, courteous and helpful staff. We had early checkout and staff prepared takeaway boxes and hot coffee, the gesture was remarkable||The let-downs were not having any vegetarian hot breakfast choice, poor room carpet, poor window soundproofing, space in toilet, poor bidet
