I recently stayed at Hayatt Chennai, and my experience was a mix of highs and lows. While the hotel offered some delightful moments, there were areas that needed improvement.
The breakfast buffet was a highlight, with a wide variety of dishes to choose from. The food was fresh, flavorful, and satisfying. I particularly enjoyed the local specialties and the attentive service during breakfast.
Another standout experience was the spa massage, which was absolutely fantastic. The masseuse was so skilled, and the ambiance was relaxing, probably one of the best massages I’ve ever had.
However, the check-in process was disappointing. The staff seemed overwhelmed and struggled to accommodate our requests, which set a negative tone for our stay. Furthermore, our room felt somewhat outdated and felt like it needed some maintenance.
