Had an amazing experience at Hyatt Regency Danang – truly one of the best family resorts I’ve ever stayed at! Special mention to Rachel Nguyu from the fitness center — she was absolutely fantastic! I did a HIIT cardio session with her, and it was super energizing and fun. She’s professional, motivating, and really knows her stuff. Also a big thanks to Mr. Sanjay Kumar, the Indian chef — hands down the best cook! The live dosa counter at the breakfast buffet was a highlight every morning — so delicious and authentic. The resort offers plenty of in-house activities and a beautiful, relaxing atmosphere perfect for families. Highly recommend staying here — you’ll love every bit of it! 🌴✨

I’ve just returned from a truly delightful stay at the Hyatt Regency Danang, and it was everything i could have wanted for a family vacation and more. The staff set the tone immediately with their genuinely warm and welcoming attitude, making my family feel right at home. My kids were in heaven with the massive, resort-style pool - it was easily one of the highlights of their trip. The hotel's thoughtful amenities for families are exceptional. The farm was a daily favorite, where the kids loved feeding the friendly animals and getting their hands dirty planting their own seeds. It was such a unique and educational touch. For dining, we appreciated the variety. While the breakfast offerings at the different restaurants had some overlap, each one had its own unique menu items, which kept our morning meals interesting. However, the crown jewel of our culinary experience was undoubtedly Le Petit Chef. This immersive dining experience is a must-do! It’s not just a meal; it’s a captivating animated adventure that had us all mesmerized and completely charmed by the world's smallest chef. A truly magical night. We cannot recommend the Hyatt Regency Danang highly enough for families seeking a fun, relaxing, and memorable holiday.

I really like the whole place and experience. Tried a few restaurants and honestly, all the food I ordered came out great! Amenities was really amazing, peaceful and clean. Highly recommend the spritz & grill bbq night at Osteria. There was live music with alfresco dining, food and ambience was great! Spa experience was really calm and soothing. If you're here to unwind and relax, i highly recommend trying their spa! Service was decent, but i feel they may have a lack of staff during check in. There was quite a big crowd and amidst the chaos, felt like they had 'forgotten' us. All in all, i really enjoyed my stay here and would recommend others to try!

Really pretty resort, stayed for 6 nights Especially love the free recreational classes. We went for Boxing with Bevis, Kickboxing with Hieu Ha, and HIIT Cardio with Harry - they were super professional and really friendly. Each of them spent time to lead us through proper warm-ups and explained in detail all the forms, and even spent time doing one on ones with each of us to practice the moves and guide and fix our forms! They were super enjoyable, wish there were more of such classes (especially in this rainy season) Special shout out as well to Olivia (trainee) - saw her almost every morning at our buffet breakfast and she was so so friendly, as well as Iris at the front desk for helping us out with our bookings (we had two separate bookings as we had extended our stay due to the Hoi an flooding)

Upon arrival, I was warmly welcomed by the bellman and guided to the check in counter. I was pleasantly upgraded to a beautifully designed suite.The gesture was highly appreciated and set a positive tone for the stay. Smiling Miss Tani explained me in detail the resort facilities and activities taken place. The room at the Hyatt Regency Danang is very well equipped, impeccably clean, and all facilities are functioning perfectly, contributing to a most comfortable and pleasant stay.||The breakfast food and beverage offerings are of a high standard and add genuine value to the overall guest experience. The staff’s efforts to maintain cleanliness and order, even during periods of high occupancy, are commendable and reflect a strong commitment to service quality.

Family Vacation - Room F201 & F202 King-sized bed ocean view with club access - 3 nights - Oct 2025 We really enjoyed our stay overall! It was lovely watching the gardeners at work — the lawns, plants, and flowers are so beautifully maintained. A few notes for future guests: 1. There are 02 check-in/check-out lobbies: one for regular reservations and another for Club Access guests. 2. Although it’s a beach resort, there are no beach flip-flops provided, only indoor slippers. (We asked the room service personnel whether they’re placed in the rooms but the answer was No.) 3. The LG TV screens in both rooms were in poor quality. Also there were no welcome notes, fruits, or greetings messages in the rooms. 4. For Club Access reservations, guests can enjoy the Regency Lounge, which offers juices, pastries, wine, cocktails, and a continental breakfast. However, the buffet breakfast is not included and costs 400,000 VND per person per day. In-room minibar items are also charged separately, even for Club Access rooms. 5. The staffs are very friendly, chatty, and helpful — a real highlight of our stay. 6. The “king-sized” bed in our room (F201) was actually two single beds joined together. Overall, it was a pleasant experience with beautiful surroundings , good foods and nice staffs .

Hyatt Regency Da Nang Resort & Spa is the best stay I’ve ever had at a Hyatt property! Why? The staff and the hospitality and service they extend at this resort is second to none! Their sincere desire is that each guest enjoys a remarkable stay and their execution in this regard doesn’t disappoint. My partner and I enjoyed two weeks at Hyatt Regency Da Nang Resort & Spa and everyone made us feel valued and welcomed during our stay. We interacted regularly with the staff and the conversations that we had with them was among the highlights of our stay. We thank the following individuals for treating us with such kindness: Tram Le, Suzy, Zoe, Fani, Alex, James, Hoa, Doris, Lynn, Dat, Luna, Maxime, Harry Le, and Charlie Nguyen. There are many staff members whose names I didn’t mention who made our stay memorable. We extend a hearty “Thank You!” to each of you. Overall, I highly recommend a stay at the Hyatt Regency Da Nang Resort & Spa. This beachfront property is beautifully designed, offers wonderful amenities and facilities, and its location provides quick, easy access to central Da Nang city and Hoi An. Again, the staff and their level of service is EXCELLENT! And, generous and sincere hospitality and service, in my opinion, is what makes any stay noteworthy.
