Hyatt Regency Danang Resort and Spa (Da Nang, Vietnam) 4 Verified Reviews | Tablet Hotels

"There was a time when Da Nang, in central Vietnam, was sort of a neglected middle-sibling city between Hanoi and Ho Chi Minh. If the development of the city’s spectacular white-sand beaches, the addition of Hue and Hoi An to the list of essential Vietnamese cultural destinations, and a Greg Norman–designed golf course didn’t already do it, the Hyatt Regency — with its cornucopia of Vietnamese and international restaurants, full-service spa and 357 cool, modern rooms and suites — ought to put Da Nang on any reasonably detailed Vietnam itinerary." - Tablet Hotels

I had a truly delightful stay at Hyatt Danang. From the moment I arrived, the staff were consistently warm, friendly, and always ready to assist, which made me feel very welcome throughout my visit. The resort itself was beautiful and offered an overall experience that was both relaxing and memorable. Dining within the resort was another highlight. Not only was there a diverse selection of dishes, but each was crafted with remarkable quality and attention to detail. For a more unique experience, I would also recommend spending an evening at Le Petit Chef, which provides a truly special and memorable dining experience. Our children especially enjoyed the kids’ activities at Camp Hyatt, which made their stay as enjoyable as ours. Every part of our stay was wonderful, and we left with lasting memories. I would be delighted to return and highly recommend this resort to anyone seeking a perfect getaway in Danang.

This is a 5 star hotel so long as you get the room you paid for. Our room would best be described as ocean glimpses not views so that was disappointing. The check in was the worst experience I have ever encountered and the attitude of some staff left a lot to be desired. That being said the resort is a resort and I can see why others would give it 5 stars. The club lounge offering is well worth it.

I stayed at the Hyatt Regency Danang Resort and Spa for 3 nights in June and had a wonderful experience from start to finish. The room itself was beautifully designed—modern, clean, and comfortable. The resort has direct access to a gorgeous beach and a great pool area. There were many free activities available. I tried kayaking for the first time. While I didn’t have children with me, I noticed the resort was very kid-friendly with tons of options for families. There are three restaurants to choose from for breakfast, and I tried them all—each one had excellent food and variety. Dining was definitely a highlight. The only slight disappointment was the spa. While the setting was relaxing, the treatment itself felt average, especially considering the price. That aside, I highly recommend the Hyatt Regency Danang. The service, location, food, and overall atmosphere make it a fantastic place to stay, whether you're traveling solo, as a couple, or with family.

The room is nice and spacious. It is a very kids friendly hotel with a lot of pools and we could access the beach from the hotel, which was really nice. However we need to do a lot of walking since the hotel is huge! There’s no elevator so we had to climb up to third floor every time we get out. The buggy was always busy. Wish there are more beach activities available from the hotel.

We did not stay at the resort but we booked at their Le Petit Chef located at their resort. It was a girls trip and we were celebrating one of us who was turning 40😊. What any experience!! And what a wonderful evening we had at Le Petit Chef! The 3D animation experience was fun and unique with the tiny chef prepares in animated form. The dishes were beautifully presented and tasty. The food was delicious. The atmosphere was cosy and intimate, and the staff were lovely. It’s definitely a special dining experience, so I’d recommend booking in advance as seating is limited. A fun, memorable night out we had in Vietnam😊

What can I say, it’s a wonderful resort with excellent facilities. As great as everything was overall, the absolute highlight of our stay were the staff members. Every day we met new team members who were warm, thoughtful, and attentive, always greeting us with genuine smiles and often a great sense of humour. They consistently went above and beyond to deliver phenomenal service in every area.

A Perfect Start to My Vietnam Trip – Heartfelt Thanks to Lisa Nguyen I stayed at the Hyatt Regency Danang last May, and everything was perfect from the very beginning. As I walked up to the front desk to check in, Lisa Nguyen greeted me with a warm smile and kind eyes. She went above and beyond to suggest the best possible room upgrade for us, and I was truly touched by her thoughtful service. Thanks to her, my very first stay in Vietnam started on such a positive note that I ended up falling in love with the country. The entire resort was fantastic, with beautiful facilities and a relaxing atmosphere. What stood out the most for us was the Junior Program—it was well-designed, engaging, and my child had an amazing time participating in it. I'm writing this review mainly to say thank you to Lisa Nguyen. I didn’t know how else to express my gratitude, but I hope this message reaches her. She made our trip truly memorable, and I’ll always remember her kindness.

Spent two nights in a 2-bedroom residence and it did not disappoint. Set by a pristine white sand beach, we couldn't help but feel relaxed the minute we set foot on the premises. Our room was spacious and comfortable, though quite minimalist. The resort itself is packed with activities for kids and teens, and my kids loved the free games arcade. The onsite Vietnamese restaurant deserves special mention as everything we had - the banh mi especially - was delicious. The breakfast had loads of great options, and in-room dining was of a high quality too. The best part was prices were generally affordable. Attractions like the Marble Mountains are just 5 minutes away and Grab is easily available from the hotel. Can't wait to go back to this slice of paradise with my family.
