Hyatt Regency Danang Resort and Spa

"Visitors can choose between guest rooms, private villas, or residences at this modern Hyatt resort near Marble Mountain. Easily accessible from Danang airport, this secluded location has ocean views that make even the most stressed-out traveler wistful. It’s also kid-friendly with babysitting services, camp packages for little ones, and fun activities like a water slide and pony rides."

I stayed at the Hyatt Regency Danang Resort and Spa for 3 nights in June and had a wonderful experience from start to finish. The room itself was beautifully designed—modern, clean, and comfortable. The resort has direct access to a gorgeous beach and a great pool area. There were many free activities available. I tried kayaking for the first time. While I didn’t have children with me, I noticed the resort was very kid-friendly with tons of options for families. There are three restaurants to choose from for breakfast, and I tried them all—each one had excellent food and variety. Dining was definitely a highlight. The only slight disappointment was the spa. While the setting was relaxing, the treatment itself felt average, especially considering the price. That aside, I highly recommend the Hyatt Regency Danang. The service, location, food, and overall atmosphere make it a fantastic place to stay, whether you're traveling solo, as a couple, or with family.

We did not stay at the resort but we booked at their Le Petit Chef located at their resort. It was a girls trip and we were celebrating one of us who was turning 40😊. What any experience!! And what a wonderful evening we had at Le Petit Chef! The 3D animation experience was fun and unique with the tiny chef prepares in animated form. The dishes were beautifully presented and tasty. The food was delicious. The atmosphere was cosy and intimate, and the staff were lovely. It’s definitely a special dining experience, so I’d recommend booking in advance as seating is limited. A fun, memorable night out we had in Vietnam😊

Very beautiful resort, but could use some updates.||||Room is very spacious, but can be in better condition. TV quality is grainy and outdated. Outlet plugs were not all properly working (no USB-C). Our toilet seat was lopsided. Plus side is daily housekeeping with new towels and toiletry replaced as needed. ||||Lots of activities for everyone that is offered from the resort. There were 2 restaurants we tried out for breakfast, both of which offers a lot of food options. Multiple swimming pools throughout the resort and the private beach was very nice. The fitness center was good enough for a resort with several equipment.||||Customer service is good, but we had one unexpected incident where I asked to borrow a conical hat for a quick photo, but was told to go the local market to buy it there as it was inexpensive. ||||Overall, not a terrible place, but can be improved. Great for family in terms of room size and resort offerings. From my own experience, I will consider other options for my next visit to Da Nang.

A Perfect Start to My Vietnam Trip – Heartfelt Thanks to Lisa Nguyen I stayed at the Hyatt Regency Danang last May, and everything was perfect from the very beginning. As I walked up to the front desk to check in, Lisa Nguyen greeted me with a warm smile and kind eyes. She went above and beyond to suggest the best possible room upgrade for us, and I was truly touched by her thoughtful service. Thanks to her, my very first stay in Vietnam started on such a positive note that I ended up falling in love with the country. The entire resort was fantastic, with beautiful facilities and a relaxing atmosphere. What stood out the most for us was the Junior Program—it was well-designed, engaging, and my child had an amazing time participating in it. I'm writing this review mainly to say thank you to Lisa Nguyen. I didn’t know how else to express my gratitude, but I hope this message reaches her. She made our trip truly memorable, and I’ll always remember her kindness.

It’s a big family friendly resort. We had a two bedroom room which was very big with a full kitchen and a balcony. The showers were huge and great for young kids. The pool and beach facility was another level, they offered everything for free- sand toys for the kids, surf boards, kayaking, table tennis, basketball, a really good kids club, soft play, outdoor play ground and more. Everything is part of hotel amenities for all guests. They have kids pool with sand, lazy river connecting to the main pool and another pool with challenge inflatable for older kids. Their international buffet is one of the best we had in Vietnam.

I absolutely loved my stay at the Hyatt Resort! The facilities and amenities were exceptional, making for a truly relaxing experience. The only downside was that some staff members could improve their English communication skills. Please have some training for communication skills. However, this did not overshadow the excellent service overall. I can't wait to return!

Nice and spacious, but our room showed signs of wear and tear. Avoid rooms near noisy elevators. We stayed during a storm and thought that was the cause of the clanging we heard all night, but it was actually the elevator mechanism. Breakfast was solid; good job, team! Pizza and wine in the evening were good. Beautiful grounds and many pools, but they should've been better maintained. Location is a bit too remote, as is the issue with most Danang beach resorts, as is beach erosion. A good choice for young families.

We stayed at the 3 bed residence. Location of the hotel is great. The beach was amazing! The rooms were good, however we encountered issues with hot water and also a lot of noise from other rooms. This has been an ongoing issue. A lot of disturbance from the room above ours. People were dragging furniture at all hours! The hotel was overpacked! Not enough sunloungers on poolside or the beach. Which was really disappointing. Staff at the bar, poolside, breakfast weren’t very attentive. I really don’t think it’s a 5* resort.
