Hyatt Regency Danang Resort and Spa

We stayed at several hotels in DaNang and in Saigon. This is by far our most favorite resort. It is not hotel is definitely a resort. The pool goes on forever is absolutely clean and well kept. The staff were young, courteous, professional, all spoke English. We happen to also be Global so or upgraded to in ocean view room. The breakfast at the club was fantastic. I think there was more variety and more food at the main restaurant but we thoroughly enjoyed the peace and quiet and eating in an air-conditioned building at the club. They also made ready to make eggs every morning, and there are plenty of hot options. The resort was impeccable, everything was cleaned daily, there’s no trash to be seen anywhere, the beach was just steps away. The location is remote from downtown DaNang so be prepared to take a grab if you want to eat offsite, but because of its location, it was only minute anytime we wanted to grab a car into the downtown area. My kids are asking that we only come back to this resort next time we’re in DaNang so spoiled for life.

I had an excellent experience in Hyatt Regency Danang.||- I was assisted by a lady named Rosie (Concierge Manager) - whatever I needed, I could just WhatsApp her. It was easy; I didn't need to go to my phone downstairs at the villa to make a call to her. I could even||- The beds are great; I had a good good sleep at the villa. The air cons were working very well. Everything was great; I couldn't pinpoint anything that I hated, and I came during the hot season (summer) which was fantastic; there was no rain. The pools were great; they were clean. Basically everything was clean for such a big villa.||- Everyone welcomed me; it was fantastic. Location is also good; I mean it was easy to get a Grab into the villa area (At Residence D). The nearest||- I also visited the gym to walk on the treadmills. Again, it was big; everything was there. The swimming pools had towels (3D). Even the guests were great. I can tell you that yeah, I would come again to Da Lang and I'll use Hyatt definitely.

The loveliest place with beautiful grounds and staff. It definitely helped we were upgraded from two bedroom to three bedroom residence. It’s so nice with ocean view. My kids begged to stay there for a week. We only had three nights booked and wished we could stay longer. Swimming pool is great with a slide. It’s Easy beach access, and the beach is absolutely beautiful there comparable to the best of Hawaii. We went in low season so I felt like we had the whole beach to ourselves. The water is warmer than Hawaii and absolutely no rocks, sea shells, or sea grass. It’s not the blue like in Hawaii it’s more green but it’s clean and beautiful in its own way . ||The resort is a bit away from the city but a cab ride gets you there. We definitely want to come back.

I absolutely loved my stay at the Hyatt Resort! The facilities and amenities were exceptional, making for a truly relaxing experience. The only downside was that some staff members could improve their English communication skills. Please have some training for communication skills. However, this did not overshadow the excellent service overall. I can't wait to return!

The property is great. Lovely beach. Three restaurants, gym, and great pool. What lets it down is the service. First food can take a very long time. Once it does arrive starters and mains all come out at different times. Over priced in the Ocean Restaurant. Coffee can take forever in the morning and be very inconsistent! It’s a pity as the place would be fantastic if they could get this right!

My stay at the Hyatt Regency Da Nang was incredible. As a Hyatt Explorist, I have been to many Hyatts and have my own expectations. I can say it's one of the best Hyatt Regency properties I've been to.||Service was outstanding. A big shout-out to Fani at the front desk for her amazing help detailing amenities and perks, and for the thoughtful arrangements that made our stay memorable.||The resort is new and well designed, with fantastic pools perfect for relax and chill. Food throughout was also excellent.

A very, very beautiful resort with spacious, well-designed rooms. I was lucky to stay in a room overlooking the beach, and it was such a wonderful experience. Club Lounge access gave us free breakfast till 10 am, all-day drinks and fruits, and light bites from 5–7 PM — technically, you have enough food and drinks to last the whole day! The resort offers so many amenities and facilities that you could easily spend a few days here without even leaving — perfect for a retreat-style vacation. I especially loved the outdoor movie night area. Don’t miss the Terrasse Bar — it’s stunning! The service was top-notch and truly on par with the international 5 star resorts I’ve stayed at. All staff were very friendly, helpful and professional. A big thank you to Ms. Vi Nguyen at the Club Lounge reception for helping me with all the arrangements I requested. Truly appreciated, and I look forward to coming back! My only suggestion: a thicker mattress might make the bed more comfortable, at least for my preference.

The Spa its self is so lovely and peaceful. I had Duy Pham as my masseur and was so good. Possibly even the best I have ever had. The products they use are also beautiful and leaves your skin feeling amazing. Would definitely come again. Make sure you give it a try and book Duy.
