Hyatt Regency Danang Resort and Spa

First time to Da Nang and we stayed in this resort. Chose one of the villas which was suitable for multigenerational families. However one of the rooms is isolated outside of the main villa building - suitable for grandparents but not ideal as it’s not attached to the man building making it slightly inconvenient. The rooms and toilets were spacious with a generous living area. Breakfast spread in the mornings were extensive. The beachfront was good for kids as the sand was suitable for playing. The waves were on the stronger side so swimming was not advisable. Well stocked kids club for the younger kids and another section for the older kids though some of the arcade games were faulty when we were there. There is a little farm experience which was nice for the kids to enjoy and a good effort by the hotel to create something different. No complaints on service.

We had a very pleasant and comfortable stay at Hyatt Regency Danang, and overall, the service and hospitality were of a very high standard. The team was attentive, professional, and consistently warm, making us feel well taken care of throughout our stay. A special mention goes to Mr Duy, the Trainee Breakfast Buffet Server, whose hard work, politeness, and positive attitude truly stood out. Despite being in training, he was attentive, proactive, and always served with a genuine smile, making our breakfast experience especially enjoyable. We would also like to share some constructive feedback for consideration. The quality of the beds, which were not as comfortable as expected, and the in-room television, which appeared to be from an older generation, are areas that could benefit from review and revision to further enhance the guest experience. Other than these points, the hotel’s service standards were impeccable, and the overall experience was highly enjoyable. We would certainly consider returning again and again should the opportunity present itself.

We had a great stay at Hyatt Regency Danang Resort and Spa. The resort is beautiful, calm, and very well organized. It’s also excellent for children — everything runs on time and feels well managed. The staff were very, very attentive without being intrusive. Pools and beach areas were clean and easy to enjoy, and the rooms were comfortable and quiet. Overall, it felt very, very luxurious, with amazing service throughout. We’d happily return.

The resort is beautifully maintained, offering expansive grounds, multiple pools, and a pristine beachfront that creates an immediate sense of calm. Our room was spacious, elegantly designed, and thoughtfully equipped, with serene views and excellent amenities, including a luxurious bathroom and generous wardrobe space. Service throughout the property was warm, attentive, and consistently professional. The team went out of their way to ensure a comfortable and memorable stay. There was no shortage of activities — from the water slide and lagoon-style pools to the football field and children’s play areas, making it ideal for both families and leisure travellers. Food options were plentiful and well executed. Breakfast was a daily highlight, with diverse choices and high-quality dishes across multiple stations. Overall, a superb resort that delivers on comfort, hospitality, and experience. Highly recommended for a relaxing and enjoyable stay in Danang.

Hyatt We spent 5 nights. At first, we were booked a three-bedroom apartment which was a bit far from the beach where we stayed for 2 nights. We then upgraded our stay and moved to another apartment that was closer to the beach with a sublime view of the sea (see pictures). The master room was spacious with a walk-in closet and its own bathroom. There was a small kitchen with a fridge, a microwave, an oven, plates, and utensils. The transportation throughout the resort was convenient using the golf cart which would arrive to your place of stay within 5-10 min. The resort offers a wide variety of activities fir different age groups almost every day. You can find the details of these activities in a directory nest to the phone on your room. The main public swimming pool located by the ocean was very large and has a fun slide. Overall,the service was excellent and our stay was enjoyable.

Service was top-notch. Everything was very smooth. Only issue is that the resort is quite a distance from everything else in Da Nang. But, this is easily overcome considering how cheap Grab rides are. The room was huge and very comfortable. with more than enough space for a family of 4 or 5. The view is fantastic. Waking up to the sun rising over the ocean is a core memory for sure. Lots for kids to do with the kids club and arcade. Breakfast was amazing! The gym was decent but a bit small but the whole fitness area with plunge pool was lovely. Easy to book a buggy ride if you are too lazy to walk. Spa was reasonably priced for a hotel of this standard! Overall, a fantastic stay and will definitely do it again!

We had a truly enjoyable family stay at Hyatt Regency Danang Resort & Spa, and I would like to commend the team for their excellent hospitality and overall experience.||From the moment we arrived, the welcome service stood out. The staff were warm, attentive, and genuinely caring, making us feel at home right away. A huge shout out to Mr. Thinh; the welcoming attitude continued throughout our stay and really set the tone for a relaxing holiday.||A special highlight for us was the Kids Club. The facilities were well designed, safe, and engaging, and the team running the activities were friendly and patient. Our child thoroughly enjoyed the programs, which allowed us to relax knowing they were in good hands. It’s clear the hotel places real emphasis on family-friendly experiences.||One small area for improvement relates to communication around the full-board program. While the value was good overall, there was a bit of confusion during our stay regarding what was included, as different teams seemed to have slightly different interpretations. Better alignment and clearer communication across the hotel would help ensure guests fully enjoy the value of what they’ve paid for, without any uncertainty.||That said, this was a minor hiccup in an otherwise excellent stay. We truly appreciated the hospitality, the family-focused facilities, and the beautiful setting, and we would happily return again.||Thank you to the team for taking such good care of us — we look forward to visiting again in the future.

Nice resort to relax with plenty of amenities and things to do. You have everything you need at the resort, but if you do want to explore other areas you'll need to get a taxi. I found service inconsistent. It was generally good, however fluctuated dependant on the day. Sometimes you get greated, sometimes you don't. Sometimes the staff gives you a menu at the lounge and sometimes they don't. Don't get me wrong, none of this impacted the trip, it was still an awesome time and I don't regret staying at Hyatt Regency - I do wish for more consistent levels of service that I am used to at other resorts I've stayed at.
