Hyatt Regency Frisco - Dallas

This was a really nice place to stay for a work trip. Service was good throughout and all the bartenders were great. Food at the restaurant and bar was really good - loved the tacos. Breakfast buffet had tons of options, though one day they only had egg whites vs the reg eggs which was a bummer. The reg eggs were amazing. Rooms were clean, spacious and super quiet. Mattress was way too soft for me as a stomach and side sleeper but the pillows were cozy. Gym was nice, not much for outdoor running except the mall parking lot but it worked. Unlike most hotels now days, they clean your room daily which I wasn't expecting - just use the do not disturb sign if you don't want them in there. Overall good experience, I'd definitely stay again.

Beautiful room that's well kept and abnormally spacious! The multiple mirrors are helpful, plenty of indoor (lamps) and natural lighting (floor to ceiling window). The view from the 8th floor is lovely. T.V. is larger than usual! Black-out curtains did an awesome job of keeping out the morning light. You need your room key to access your floor via elevator, so there's that added sense of security. Front desk is VERY helpful and informative, and there is a private entrance to the mall that leads directly to the food court, maybe about a 100 yard walk! Overall, maybe the best 4-star hotel I've stayed in so far!

As expected, THE high star hotel with amazing clean rooms, ambience and decorum. Restaurant staff were pleasant and most accommodating! I love the spacious rooms and amazing view capture from the 16th floor. Reception management team were polite, an authentic reverence and honoring experience is always appreciated. Overall a memorable experience through the past couple of rainy Texas weather!

Heavy desk chair cut my toe…sliced it pretty bad! Room service line was down & had to order through front desk. Food delivered was missing items listed on menu. Suggest easier access to elevator before check-in when parking in covered parking. Suggest better signage guiding you to hotel entrance from covered parking.

Very nice hotel only downside is to be prepared to not get back items left behind! Left behind some brand new Adidas Sambas. Made a report the night we left and were told that there was nothing in the room. I hope housekeeping is enjoying their new shoes!!

Frequently visit this property and the bartender Smiley is the absolute best. His welcoming friendly smile & personality makes everyone feel at home. Top notch drinks & his creative drink specials are awesome. Customers constantly request & return to see Smiley. Hyatt is lucky to have him!

One complaint, no microwaves in rooms. Maybe because they have a restaurant. Wonderful place to stay! Pool is great, the work out room is amazing, it faces the pool and has a lot of equipment, very clean. I highly recommend staying here. Staff was also amazing.

Clean, spacious, beautiful views, and very conveniently located. Enjoyed our stay here, having a freshly clean room everyday and our views from the 16th floor were immaculate. Joshua at the breakfast buffet was very pleasant aswell.
