I recently had the pleasure of getting a massage and I cannot recommend the experience enough. My therapist, Emily, was exceptional. From the moment I arrived, she made me feel completely at ease with her warm and welcoming demeanor. The massage itself was one of the best I’ve ever had! She tailored the treatment to my needs, paying extra attention to my problem area, and the level of pressure was perfect throughout. I left feeling completely relaxed and rejuvenated. Thank you for an unforgettable experience I’ll definitely be back!

Our stay at the Hyatt Meikles Hotel in Harare this past December was nothing short of exceptional. Visiting during one of the hottest months of the year, I was initially concerned about how comfortable it would be, but the hotel exceeded my expectations in every way and we found it to be of very high standard.||Location and Atmosphere:|The hotel’s central location in Harare, right by Africa Unity Square, offers stunning views of the city and is conveniently close to major attractions, restaurants, and business hubs. Despite the heat outside, the hotel is a refreshing oasis within the Harare City, with perfectly maintained greenery, shaded areas and the amazing new Pool Deck on First Floor.||Rooms:|The room I stayed in was spacious, tastefully decorated, and immaculately clean. The air conditioning was a blessing, especially in the December heat, and maintained a comfortable temperature throughout my stay. The bed was incredibly comfortable, with high-quality linens that made resting after a long, sunny day feel like pure indulgence. We also appreciated the blackout curtains, which allowed me to sleep in even with the early morning sun. The views from my room were spectacular, offering a glimpse of the vibrant city and the lush greenery of the square.||Service:|The staff at Hyatt Meikles were absolutely world-class. From the moment we checked in, we were treated with warmth, professionalism and the service was consistently excellent. ||Dining:|Dining at the hotel was a highlight and both Breakfast & Dinner were exceptional in their own right. The breakfast buffet at The Kitchen restaurant was extensive, featuring both local Zimbabwean dishes and international options. With the heat outside, the fresh fruits and juices were incredibly refreshing, and the air-conditioned dining room provided a cool and pleasant dining environment. We also had dinner a few times at the The Kitchen, where I enjoyed a fantastic dinner. The menu had a great selection of both local and international dishes, and everything was prepared to perfection. Dinner highlight was the New Year’s Eve Dinner Buffet with a Live Band and the talented young DJ Thirst on decks seeing us into the new year.||Amenities:|The pool area was a wonderful retreat, especially in the hot weather and I have to say that we spent most of our time by the Pool Deck Bar area catching sunsets in Harare. It’s well-shaded with plenty of loungers and umbrellas, and the staff were quick to offer drinks or snacks. I did not get a chance to use The Gym but I did notice that The Gym is well-equipped with latest equipment and it’s air-conditioned.||Conclusion:|Overall, the new Hyatt Meikles Hotel in Harare is an exceptional place to stay, particularly in the hot summer months. The cool, luxurious environment inside contrasts beautifully with the sunny, warm climate outside, making it a perfect base for anyone visiting the city. Whether you're there for business or leisure, this hotel provides an outstanding balance of comfort, service, and convenience. I would highly recommend it to anyone visiting Harare and will certainly return on our next trip … of which we are already planning.

The restaurant …what can I even say about the food. Not for human consumption. I wish there was a nicer way to say it but we tried it twice and failed to finish our meals. I had to send a cocktail back. A cocktail? Apart form that we had one highlight …our waitress Daisy. She was the star of the show. The food too 2 hours to come. Then tasted like the bottom of our shoes. But Daisy would be the only reason we would come back. Her service was unmatched. Thank you Daisy. We hope that the kitchen improves so you can shine brighter than you already do

I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Hyatt Regency and opted for a imperial suite, and I must say it was an unforgettable experience. The suite was spacious, elegantly designed, and equipped with all the modern amenities one could ask for. The attention to detail in the room, from the luxurious linens to the stunning city views, made it feel like a home away from home. One of the highlights of our stay was the incredible massage I received at the hotel spa. Emily Nyasha, the massage therapist, was absolutely exceptional. Her technique was flawless, and she tailored the session perfectly to address all my tension points, leaving me feeling completely relaxed and rejuvenated. Emily’s skill and professionalism truly enhanced my experience, and I can recommend her enough. Overall, Hyatt Regency offered impeccable service, a beautiful environment, and a perfect blend of luxury and comfort. I will definitely return for another stay, and I highly recommend the spa services, especially with Emily Nyasha.

I've stayed in several occasions at this high class hotel and I must admit, it's always a pleasure to come back here and even more since this hotel have been recently renovated in a marvellous style. This hotel is located in the very heart of Zimbabwe's capital, and it's the perfect place not only to start your safari through the country but also for business meetings and events. Rooms of this hotel are quite huge, silent and furnished with all comforts. Food & beverage offer is delicious from cocktails selection to the room service menu. The restaurant on ground is so fresh and welcoming and offers a nice selection of international dishes with some interesting local options...meat quality is superlative and I must admit I've never imagined it was possible to prepare such a delicious dish with chicken livers 😋. The breakfast buffet is very hugh and offers a lot of options among savoury, sweet, and healthy alternatives. Leisure club hosts a very huge pool and a just renovated health club. The hotel concierge is available either to organise a very nice safari in the natural reserves close to Harare and also some city tours. Staff is very polite and welcoming, even if sometimes I had to prompt them for some orders I was waiting for. I hope to come back soon to see and enjoy this remarkable hotel once it will be fully renovated. Strongly recommended 👌

What a place that is very lovely to spend one of your weekends and days to chill with brothers, family members and friends at the very best cheap price and the staff is very reliable you can work with them really nice. They good and nice workers who can help you with any problem either you are sick or not. You can check in and out at any hour of the day as it is a 24 hour hotel and it is also one of the cheapest you don`t have to worry about anything as everything would be in control. It is one of a kind as one should consider it during holidays, business meetings and also vacations away from children for refreshment of the mind and also for pleasure.

Have always loved staying at the Meikles Hotel in Harare. The renovations and change to Hyatt has brought modernity and the lobby and dining area aesthetics are really awesome. The pool area and garden on the first floor is an absolute must see and must experience. There still works being done to renovate rooms, cannot wait to see what it will eventually look like. Service as usual is very attentive and personalised. One feels very welcome.
