The property maintains a spotless cleanliness, both inside and out, with exceptional room cleaning and housekeeping services. The WiFi has improved, and the morning breakfast is a delightful treat. They also offer an evening full buffet for guests to savor.||Don’t hesitate to reach out if you need anything; they’ll do their utmost to accommodate your requests. The in-room TV has improved, and the pool is a refreshing addition to the property. There are multiple entrances and exits, including some shortcut routes for convenience.||I highly recommend this hotel to anyone planning a visit to Nepal. This was, without a doubt, one of the best hotels we’ve ever stayed at. The rooms were spacious, comfortable, and thoughtfully designed, creating a cozy and relaxing atmosphere from the very beginning. The hotel grounds were lush and beautifully maintained, with a large, clean swimming pool surrounded by greenery — a perfect place to unwind and recharge.A special mention goes to the team at the main restaurant- Urmila and Jhapad. The staff were incredibly attentive, friendly, and genuinely caring. Every meal felt like a special experience thanks to their warm hospitality and flawless service. And the food — absolutely delicious! Always fresh, flavorful, and beautifully prepared. The chef Dhiraj is truly talented, and you can taste the passion in every dish.This hotel was a true gem and left us with the warmest memories. Highly recommended for anyone who values comfort, beauty, and exceptional service.

This is by far one of the best places I have stayed at in the past couple of years. The food and hospitality are amazing, and the ambience of the hotel, including the outdoor spaces, is very well maintained. The location is also convenient for travelers, as the famous Pashupatinath Temple is within walking distance. I truly enjoyed my stay here

Hyatt Kathmandu is a gorgeous property ! The architecture is very beautiful and it’s a sprawling property spread over many acres so there is no dearth of place to walk around and chill on the property itself . The staff are very prompt and nice - morning breakfast buffet is a large spread of global and local cuisine with live counters ! The chef makes a great Tiramisu . The reservation desk is also very helpful, in particular Prajwol Shrestha was very accommodative with our booking and stay. The property also close to some key attractions which is a plus point .

I had a truly delightful experience at Hyatt Regency, Kathmandu. The staff and overall service were excellent. A special mention goes to Anjilla Bastola at the front desk, who was an absolute pleasure to interact with. She went above and beyond to ensure our stay was comfortable and memorable—right from arranging a beautifully decorated room for my mother’s birthday, to promptly changing the cake when I realized I had forgotten to mention her allergy to chocolate, to arranging transport and handling every other request with ease. Her attention to detail and dedication to guest satisfaction truly stood out.||||The ambience, food, and services were all outstanding, making our stay even more enjoyable. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Kathmandu, and it will definitely be my first choice on future visits. Kudos to the entire team for the wonderful hospitality!

Beautiful place with friendly staff and quick service. Food and drinks are good but expensive. Beautiful pool for swimming. Close to airport and temples. But far from Thamel. Recommend it if you want a luxury stay in Kathmandu.

The staff is like the rooms and the Stupa surroundings: true gems 🤍 I heard some other clients complain about the quality of the internet connection: surroujded by so many trees, no wonder! Just take a break from the digital and admire the beautiful views 🥰
