Had two club rooms 537 & 529, which were great. My kids had fun swimming. The breakfast spread was impressive & servers were attentive at sesame restaurant. Special shout out to Subash at the regency lounge who took good care of our group. I’m glad I’ve been able to check out this property every time I visit Nepal. Never disappoints..

I stayed for 3 days after my trekking and it was amazing. The rooms are big and comfortable. The bathroom really clean. Everything you would expect from a 5 star hotel. The staff was really nice and always help you with what you need. The breakfast is good (not amazing) and the dinner buffet is good price for what you get. It is real good value for the price you pay, highly recommend.

Hotel rooms are decent size.Huge place with good views. Very relaxing. |Food was excellent with different cuisines. Were looked after by the staff at Breakfast n Dinner. Prabha looked after really well at Dinner along with her team.

It was a Tuesday evening and we certainly didn’t expect there will be a buffet at the Hyatt but we were pleasantly surprised with not only a buffet but a huge selection of food. It was very enjoyable for our family. The waiter was super attentive.

From the moment we arrived, the place had a great vibe—calm, inviting, and just the right kind of cozy. ||Breakfast was one of the highlights. Everything was fresh and delicious, with a good variety to choose from. It was the perfect way to start the day.||I also want to give a big shoutout to Suraj, the bartender. He was incredibly sweet and friendly—always had a smile on his face and made us feel genuinely welcome.

Good location close to do tourist activities and airport. Very good service and breakfast buffet is good. Bar is a great to unwind in, and great pool. Rooms are good but a little aging (but likely no different anywhere else?).

We live in KTM and like to come for breakfast and a day by the pool. We love it. It’s definitely the best breakfast buffet in all of KTM and very affordable. The pool area is fantastic with kids and our favorite pool to hang out at in the city. The staff is great there and very welcoming. Will definitely come back over and over again. Only the pool menu could use an upgrade, lacks variety
