Hyatt Regency Kolkata

Stayed the Hyatt Regency, Kolkata during a recent visit to the city. They stay was fantastic, the Hotel staff are very friendly and attentive. The rooms are spacious, clean and we'll designed. The breakfast spread was one of the best I have seen both in India and outside the country. A huge applause for the f&b team and chefs for curating it. This hotel would be my first choice to stay whenever I visit Calcutta in the future. Keep up the good work.

If you are looking for a best hotel in kolkata this is the one. I just had a recent stay here It is a wonderful hotel the staff are very polite and quite helpful. The rooms are very clean and amenities are very nice The food quality is best. This was the best stay I ever had in kolkata This hotel deserves a 10/5 stars. Wonderful Stay at Hyatt Regency Kolkata Had a fantastic stay. The comfort, cleanliness, and service were top-notch. Special thanks to Aroop at the restaurant for his warm hospitality—he made our meals truly enjoyable. Housekeeping kept the room spotless, and the reception staff were polite and helpful throughout. Overall, a smooth and relaxing experience. Highly recommended!

Experience of Hyatt Kolkata was like body with soul. Small yet important missed at the front desk like wrong update of email ID, false confirmation by front desk about updating the GST details. Ultimately it took 30 minutes while checking out due to getting corrections of email, GST, membership number etc. Be prepared to miss breakfast if you are checking out during morning hours. They kept only one desk operational even at the peak time of 8:00 to 8:30 am. No one listened to the request of getting packed breakfast addes to high degree of discomfort. Lot more to done to correct the casual working of front desk.

Recently visited the Hyatt regency l. The service at the bar was awesome specially mentioning Pramananda, designated as an associate, as the perfect host to visit. Anyone wish visiting Hyatt regency must contact this person l. He is the perfect host.

In one word to say The Luxury meet Elegance..!! From start to finish the experience here is always perfect.We're stayed for two nights with our family and it was our second visit to Hyatt Regency Kolkata. The view of the room absolutely stunning with metro City view. Absolutely welcoming to receptionist Ms. Perna from FO soo kind and sincere to make fulfilled your request. Mr. Subhendu Asst. HK Manager and his teams ( Akash & Upendra) was superb regarding our taking care of our room cleanesss to every pinch required. Breakfast was so amazing every staffs was soo attended. A wonderful, well-maintained property in excellent condition. I only stayed for one night but had no complaints overall. The evening hors d'oeuvres at the club lounge were fantastic with a great quality and selection. For whatever reason, I was unable to use a Club Access Certificate but the lounge is open. However, the service in the lounge could have been better. I ordered a drink from one of the waiters who said he’d take care of it, but he never returned, and I eventually left without it. The breakfast buffet had multiple live stations and had a varied selection. I didn't eat much as I wasn't feeling well, but my son loved the French Toast and everything looked great. The hotel is also conveniently located, not too far from the airport. A must stay.
