Hyatt Regency Kyiv

If I’m paying over $500 for two nights in the hotel it should be amazing — but the Hyatt was just okay. Beautiful location but the room seems more outdated in person, the whole premises in need of a modern touch up. The mini bar fridge in my room was never filled, the pancakes I ordered for breakfast brought by room service one morning were cold and clearly from a microwaveable packet. Cocktail was weak, sushi was just average. I was really looking forward to my stay but for such costs vs quality I definitely won’t stay here again.

My first stay with the Hyatt over a month ago was disappointing, but I have to say, first impressions aren't evertyhing. The staff did everything they could to incentivize me to give Hyatt another try during my next trip to Kyiv, and so I did. I was truly humbled by how much they spoiled me. I enjoyed my second stay very much and will definitely make Hyatt my home away from home when I travel to Kyiv.

Stayed 2 nights while on business. The hotel and staff are top notch. Given the country is at war, they do a wonderful job and despite air raid warning you wouldn't know you were in a war zone. The location is perfect and central to all the city has to offer.||||What I liked: ||1. Service was good||2. Room was comfortable with a mini fridge and kettle||3. Bed was comfortable ||4. Wifi consistent ||5. View from room was beautiful ||6. Have their own air raid shelter designed for extended stays-- unfortunately. ||7. Great breakfast ||||What i did not like.||Nothing. Everything was in order and the spirits of everyone I met was good. Would recommend and stay again.

Brilliant staff, location and facilities. Gym and pool particularly good. Excellent rooms - well cleaned daily. Strong protocol and secure shelter for air raid alerts.

A frequent visitor to this amazing hotel.||Staff are of the highest professional standard, the quality of service is the best I’ve experienced for a longe while.||||I am still at the hotel on this stay, they are busy transforming the lobby into a Christmas winter wonderland, all with a view to making it feel like a home from home on the run up to the festive season…||||Keep up the good work HRK!! ||Thank you||John

I always return for the exceptional staff and service. The rooms are top notch, and the food is also excellent. It’s perfect location allows easy access to all parts of Kyiv.

The hotel facilities are first-rate. Recently redecorated rooms, excellent food (and wonderful views of city from indoor/outdoor restaurant on 8th floor), and pleasant and helpful staff all with good English. But most importantly, they were all responsible and reassuring during a visit that overlapped with several attacks on the city by Russian forces. If one's business takes one to Kyiv before the war ends, there is no better or safer place to stay,
