We had a great time at Hyatt Lake Tahoe. The massage was so relaxing, Zakee did amazing! The wet and dry sauna were nice! We had a couple activities booked through the hotel that had to be canceled due to inclement weather, however Matt still made sure we had a great time on our hike when weather permitted! We also did the cocktail class with Alex that I would highly recommend! The only reason I gave a 4 star review and not a 5, was the quality and price of food available at the hotel.

This was our first time at this Hyatt property and we stayed as GOH, Hyatt discoverist. We had a standard room and was luckily upgraded to a family suite. This came with a bunk bed and a king. The kids loved the bunk bed and this room was very spacious for our family. We had plenty of room for our luggages and the bathroom was very spacious as well. The staffs were all wonderful and friendly. We did activities provided by the hotel as a family and due to it not being a busy time, we were the only ones in some of these classes, which was fun and we all enjoyed it. The hot tub and heated pool were nice after a day of snowboarding/being out in the cold. Things that can use some improvements would be breakfast and having a hotel restaurant/bar that stays open later. The food from the menu was good but the buffet was lacking. The bar at the hotel closes at 10p. The casino connected to the hotel is open late but it smells really bad inside. You can smell the cigarette smoke in the hotel lobby whenever that door opens.

Here’s a polished review for the Hyatt Lake Tahoe: My stay at the Hyatt Lake Tahoe was nothing short of refreshing. The resort wasn’t crowded at all, which made for a peaceful and relaxing vacation. The amenities were fantastic—especially the heated pool—and the variety of activities truly sets this place apart. From hiking to archery and so much more, there’s no shortage of things to do. I’m already planning to return in the summer to bring my child! Starting in February, the hotel’s private beach will be closed for two years, but that might actually be a bonus for guests since rates may go down. Regardless, this resort is absolutely worth visiting, with or without the beach. It’s the perfect getaway!

We had a really lovely stay at the Hyatt. Rooms were comfortable, service was awesome. We really enjoyed the hot tub and heated pool after several days of skiing. Also can’t beat the location to the prominent ski mountains (palisades, diamond, mt rose). Had a facial at the Stillwater spa which was excellent - the only thing that dampened the experience was that I saw they charged the $25 rescheduling fee. I would have understood if I cancelled the treatment but I just rescheduled to a different time. Overall would absolutely return.

To fully experience the beauty of Lake Tahoe in winter, our family planned a trip and decided to stay at this hotel. The hotel offers two accommodation options: rooms in the main building and cabins. Each cabin has four rooms—two on the second floor and two on the first floor. I highly recommend booking a room on the second floor, ideally with a view of the lake, so you can enjoy the stunning scenery. In winter, the fireplace adds extra warmth and coziness to your stay. If you're traveling with kids, the pool in the main building is a great option, and you can swim directly from indoors to outdoors. The location is also convenient, with Raley's and some local dining options nearby. I plan to visit again in the summer, as I believe there will be more lake activities to enjoy.

We chose the Hyatt Regency Lake Tahoe as our home base for our first family vacation. We were very much looking forward to relaxing at the hotel, but that really didn’t happen. Here’s why. Check in process was a complete disaster. When I booked the rooms over the phone with Hyatt directly, they asked me if I would like to take advantage of their early 11 AM check-in. I told them since we were driving all the way from Arizona and we really weren’t sure what time we would arrive that would be wonderful. When we arrived, the room was not ready and they told us that they “set it as a priority” and that it would be ready “shortly.” We waited for over two hours for the room to be ready! There was nowhere to go but the hotel lobby at that point and our toddler was all over the place. We kept checking in to see how long it would take to get the room ready and each time we were told it was “almost ready.” We couldn’t go gamble in the casino and spend money while waiting like other people because we had our child with us. When we finally got to our room, only 1/2 of the suite was ready, and we continued to wait for the bedroom. We were so exhausted by time the room was ready, we decided to order room service. Big mistake. They don’t actually have room service! Their “room service” is their downstairs grab and go shop which tastes like gas station food. Horrible. No plates, no utensils. Ate out of a box. We couldn’t believe that at a Hyatt Regency “luxury hotel” we were not able to have room service. The spa turned out to only be for massages. No nail services no hair services. There is literally no place for parents to go and relax at this destination. Having to eat out at the restaurants around the lake instead of having room service was all also very inconvenient with a small child certain days. The TVs didn’t work properly in the suite, the beds were horribly worn with valleys, and when we called management to discuss some of the issues we were never able to get a hold of someone. We left a message with the hotel manager and he never called us back. We ended up spending as much time as possible away from the hotel because it was such a bust, which is really disappointing when spending $700 a night on a suite. We’ve stayed at nice hotels all over the world and never have had this bad of an experience. 3 stars for cleanliness, the beauty of the property, and the awesome valet staff. That’s it. If you have a toddler, I don’t recommend staying here at all- you’ll be pulling your hair out instead of relaxing!

We stayed here 5 nights to ski at Diamond Peak! We loved our stay. They staff is great and takes good care of you! The hotel was clean and had plenty to keep your self from being bored on a snow day if you didn’t ski. The swim in/ out pool was a nice touch for super cold days when you still want to swim outside ( it’s heated really well). The partnership with diamond peak is amazing, you can get your rentals at the ski shop right at the hotel and return them there OR at the ski mountain. The shuttle service from the resort to the mountain to ski is also really nice! Also there are tons of great places to eat nearby the hotel that you can walk to ( less than a 4 min walk)

We stayed for a few days during the holiday season and had a wonderful stay. The resort was decorated and festive had a well rounded list of planned activities for adults and kids. One of the reasons for us choosing the hotel was its proximity to diamond peak with free shuttle service, but the real perk was the heated pool. While some hotels advertise their pools as being heated, this one was truly heated enough for comfort. Resort was packed because of the holidays which resulted in some long lines for breakfast and dinner but the hotel staff were all very patient and friendly, even though they were outnumbered by the sheer number of guests. Kids are already asking to go back, which is a win!

Yelp
Pros: - The main rooms are in the lobby/casino/restaurant and across the street is the cottage area with a great view of the lake + convenient parking. There are double bed rooms in the cottage (called cottage adjacent rooms) that are smaller but have a better view and more of the Tahoe cabin vibe. Love the variety and the accommodations - Superb service! From the front desk greeting you with a welcome drinks, prompt room service, and the available concierges giving great local tips! - Accommodations are very family friendly! They have events for kids all day with arcade, bounce houses, and movie nights! did not expect this from a hotel with a casino - Restaurants are excellent especially for breakfast (a bit on the pricey side) Cons: - Business center is really just a table with two computers... extra charge for printing but otherwise free. This hotel has so many conference rooms so you would expect more of a work room - Pool is year round at 90 degrees which is great, but only two showers per gender.. so if you go with a bigger group that could be a nightmare and a very long walk back to the room (especially if you're staying in the cottage!) - Diamond Peak Ski shop is located in the hotel so you can get your rentals early. Only problem is there are usually 2-3 people working so if you come with a big group it is going to be sloowww.. Took us over an hour for 12 people to get their rentals in order which made us late for the bus and almost miss our lessons at the resort. Also they highly encourage the returns be back (which closes at 4:30 so if you. miss the 4pm bus then you have to keep your skiis until next day when they open at 7:30am and before 9am (or they charge you an extra day). So much pressure! Would be better if they close at 5 or 5:30pm. Overall, we really enjoyed our time at the Hyatt Regency and would definitely come back again!

Yelp
We stayed at the Hyatt Regency using AMEX points. We received perks like $100 credit, free s'mores kit, room upgrade (if available), late check-out, a gift from the on-site store, $5 casino credits ,and the breakfast buffet. We did the self-park which is pretty straightforward, and we walked through the casino to get to the lobby. The casino is small, and a little smoky, as most casinos are. The staff was friendly, and did a great job at explaining the perks, and the amenities at the hotel and around the area. We checked in a little after 2pm and were granted early check-in as well. The room was fantastic. It was spacious with an uninterrupted view of the mountains and a double-shower in the bathroom. We were able to watch the sunset over the mountains at the large bay window seating in front of the window. We could also see the pools and the fire pit for s'mores. Some parts of the hotel were under construction for renovations, but the provisions store, gift shop, and Osteria Sierra fit all of our needs. We would definitely stay here again!

Yelp
I love this place! We stayed at a different hotel in Lake Tahoe for the first two nights of our trip, but then we came here--OMG, it's so much better! And surprisingly, the price was almost the same. 5 customer service 5 restaurants 5 to overall for this hotel. Thank you! Rooms5.0Service5.0Location5.0

Yelp
Summer Tahoe trip success! I had only been to Tahoe in the winters for snowboarding in the past, and while winters are awesome, summer is better! I had no idea Tahoe was THIS gorgeous! Hyatt Regency Lake Tahoe was also a perfect choice for this trip. It is a resort property, so they don't standardly honor late check outs for World of Hyatt status, but they were able to accommodate us this trip. The service at the front desk and activities was first class. Many hotels charge resort fees that give you barely anything extra (e.g. access to a sad gym). The resort fee here covered so much and was well worth more than the cost. There are activities daily to choose from. We took advantage of the archery, Monkey Rock hike, and kayak rental. First time doing archery, and it was fun and challenging at the same time. Alex was a great teacher and very patient with the group. Alex was also a great guide for our Monkey Rock hike. We were transported via the new and comfortable hotel van to the trailhead a few minutes away. We got some trail mix snacks to take with us along the way, hiked up with plenty of time to linger for sunset, then came back down right before it got dark. We were hoping to stand up paddleboard, but never woke up early enough for the lake to be calm enough for paddle boards. We went kayaking instead, and it was beautiful. The private beach is a short walk across the street. It is well stocked with towels and chairs for self service. Bring your own sunscreen and dry bags. This is definitely a family-friendly resort. If you're looking for a peaceful retreat, this is not it. There were constantly babies crying, and kids running around. Nonetheless, it wasn't too bothersome, and we still had a great time. Self parking was easy, and valet is available. There are a couple of shops within walking distance, or you can arrange for hotel van transportation as well. I recommend renting a car so that you can drive to different activities around the lake. There are other reviews commenting on how the hotel is dated. I didn't find it incredibly modern or new, but it certainly seemed like an intentional lived-in cabin vibe. I'm absolutely returning again for summer!

Yelp
My stay at the Hyatt in Lake Tahoe was absolutely incredible! From the stunning lake views to the luxurious rooms, everything exceeded my expectations. Booking through Amex Fine Hotels and Resorts made the experience even better with fantastic perks like room upgrades and late checkout. The on-site casino added a fun and lively vibe, perfect for unwinding after a day of exploring. The staff was attentive and friendly, the dining options were exceptional, and the location couldn't be better--steps from the lake and surrounded by natural beauty. I can't wait to return to this amazing destination!

Yelp
Hyatt Regency Lake Tahoe Resort is located in Incline Village, the ritzy part of Lake Tahoe. As we get closer to the hotel, we noticed the massive and beautiful houses in the area and endless tall trees. The November high elevation air is crisp and quiet. As you walk into the resort, we were greeted by this open and big lobby. Although they messed up our room by giving us a King bed, instead of two Queen beds, check in was quick. When they found out I was there to celebrate my birthday, we were given a complimentary bottle of sparking wine. I think they typically provide a complimentary drink at check in. That was nice. Also, we were Guest of Honor status. We requested a quiet room facing the garden with Freel Peak in the background. It's a bit of a walk from the front desk but worth it. The view was spectacular and perfect! We also had a private balcony. The room was clean and spacious with all the basic amenities plus more (Keurig machine, bathrobes and (my favorite) Hyatt Hotels Argan Oil Collection toiletries. The bed was comfortable and I had decent sleep. The only drawback is they no longer have a Regency Club Lounge. Hence, the 4 stars instead of 5 stars. The lounge was closed during the pandemic and I guess someone decided to get rid of it. Sigh - What a disappointment! The staffs are all friendly and courteous. Great location. Walking distance from Tahoe East Shore Trail and Ski Beach. Short drive to many good restaurants and trails. We didn't get to use the heated pool but I know it's a favorite during the summer months and the fire pit to make smores. I would stay here again whenever the opportunity arises.

Yelp
This was one of the best Hyatt hotels I have ever stayed at. The staff were friendly, welcome drinks upon arrival was nice as there is a resort fee here. However, the hotel main lobby needs a nice bar and restaurant. Glad to see it's going to get the renovation it deserves. Lobby breakfast was amazing, pool and hot tub were great. Lake Tahoe Is pricey so don't be shocked when you visit here!

Yelp
TL DR: An amazing place to stay in incline. Friendly courteous staff, many recreational activities to choose from, nice clean rooms, and close to many great food options. Price: 3/5 I was super lucky and had the opportunity to stay here for a conference. Disclaimer I did receive a discounted rate because it was a group conference. However, a quick Google search demonstrates that price is a little higher than competitors. But you're paying for exceptional quality, restful sleep, and amazing staff. Ambiance / Rooms: 5/5 Nice decor! Cute Christmas decor throughout. From the moment you walk in everything is themed so well together. The rooms are spotless. There is no dust anywhere not be found, nothing was sticky, and most importantly bedsheets and pillowcases were clean. No stains and very evident that everything was freshly laundered. Beds are super comfortable and I was able to sleep well without any issues. Amenities: 5/5 There are so many activities from hiking, smores, 2 different fitness centers, archery, dancing, hot tubs, pools, and of course the gorgeous Tahoe views. If you stop by the concierge/bell desk you will see everything going on for the day. Everyone was super friendly and answered any questions I had. Food: 4/5 Disclaimer I only had catered food at the hotel. There were a wide variety of options regarding gluten free, vegetarian, and vegan options for all of our meals. However, dinner was a little disappointing, the chicken was really dry. I would recommend checking out some of the restaurants at the hotel or venturing out to the incline area. The appetizers and desserts were great. Without question this is going to be my go to spot to stay while in Incline.

Yelp
Cannot say enough good things about this hotel and staff! Everyone is so warm and welcoming, always smiling. We felt at home as soon as we arrived and loved the welcome champagne! Cameron and Julie are phenomenal and offer so many fun activities for the whole family. We will definitely be back soon

Yelp
We decide to celebrate our anniversary at Hyatt Regency Lake Tahoe. My wife was recommend this place as a high end Hotel with Casino from our Las Vegas M resort, trying to make reservations through the Casino VIP person was almost impossible to get her on the phone she is not working Monday and Tuesdays, Finally somebody made our reservations to stay a couple of days, I requested lake view room, we we arrived they gave us parking lot and trash vin view, I called and requested to get us a different room with lake view, then we are told they have upgrade us with additional charge, we had no choice, our new room had good view of the lake, but dirty and stain (urine) carpet, the sofa was very dirty all over stains and smelly, broken faucets in the shower, the sliding glass door lock was broken and more...they need to remodel all units its very expensive for this condition. DO NOT STAY HERE

Yelp
Cancelling weddings that have been booked for months without warning - months before the ceremony is scheduled?? Anyone thinking of staying here should think about how they treat their guests and clients - is this the "hospitality" you want to support? Just terrible. https://www.sfgate.com/renotahoe/article/billionaires-tahoe-hotel-abruptly-cancels-weddings-20038267.php

Yelp
Well, we've never experienced a resort type place before... but what we experienced was AWESOME! Super friendly staff eager to help, easy valet and luggage service, welcome champagne, we even got a complimentary bottle of wine, glasses, & a hand-written congratulations card for our engagement from our room assistant, Lennon. Awesome mountain and resort pool view from our top floor room, pools are perfect temp. We participated in some dope included activities: yoga in the garden, (just wow. Gentle breeze, trees everywhere, gorgeous garden, water features, and an awesome instructor, Jess) private, super clean beach access, bar/restaurant right on the beach, relaxing chairs & loungers on the crystal-clear beach, dope outdoor archery class with a friendly and cool instructor, Chris, kayaking on the lake right from the private beach (which is like a 3 minute walk from the hotel) There are SO many more all-inclusive activities, even the paid ones are a great deal. Just need to check classes and sign up online at least a day before. The casino was fun with cool staff, our bed was soooo comfy! Gigantic tv with google chromecast, deliciously smelling body wash, shampoo, conditioner, lotion, a bunch of drawer/cabinet space, small fridge (no freezer) and they brought a microwave to our room at our kind request. Their buffet breakfast is $38 a person, I thought it was included but it's not just fyi. The selections of food & drinks were plentiful and exquisite. We only stayed for 1 night but WOW we got to experience so much & had a lot fun & relaxation. Definitely coming back!

Yelp
My husband and I loved this hotel. When you walk in, it most definitely gives you warm cabin vibes. They have grand fireplaces in the lobby and couches you can sit on. By booking through our American Express platinum benefits, we received a welcome drink as we checked in, credit to the Tahoe Provisions, a credit to the casino, and access to the breakfast buffet. Normally, I'd skip breakfast at hotels, but this was the best breakfast buffet at a hotel I've ever seen. They had an incredible selection, and the views from the restaurant were stunning. The staff was incredibly helpful and attentive. The concierge was able to get us reservations at the Lone Eagle Grill and once she heard we were celebrating our elopement, she had sent champagne and strawberries dipped in chocolate to our room with a nice note. Also, they have a car service at the hotel that will take you and pick you up pretty much anywhere in town, and it's included! 10/10 will be coming back again.

Yelp
Very friendly staff Quiet hours 10pm-7am so even though the place was packed, good nights sleep. Has a private beach area and although there is a resort fee, they actually provide useful services for the cost (example use of kayaks and paddle boards).

Yelp
I had a great experience with Hyatt's front desk team. I was working a wedding there as a vendor (hairstylist) and they were helpful with parking for me. I very much appreciate my experience and would recommend their front desk staff as helpful for others!

Yelp
LOVED our stay here! We did not want to be around the South Lake Tahoe casinos, so this location in beautiful Incline Village was perfect. The hotel lobby is dark, but it always smells fragrant. We got complimentary champagne when we checked in and even got refills after checking into our room. Our King Balcony room (346) was spacious and had an unusual hallway where we could leave our luggage in an out of the way space. Our balcony had a spectacular view of the mountains. The bed was comfy. The TV was huge. The people in the hotel are friendly and helpful. There is a casino on site, and we walked through and found it smoky and kind of depressing. Our bathroom was really tight - the door was just too large and the vanity is small. The staff is very generous with the fluffy white bath towels. The plumbing in the walls is pretty loud when someone around flushes or showers - so loud that it woke me up at night. The hot tub is huge and those jets are forceful! Loved that! There's a great snack bar for light breakfasts, and they have beer and wine, too.

Yelp
Absolutely horrible customer service here. I booked an extremely special suite for my kids and myself that we're supposed to be overlooking the Christmas area of the hotel for New Year's. This description was given to the Hyatt concierge multiple times then I found out later I was baited and switched. Later than that, I was offered a Christmas tree view without my suite level and within 30 minutes was email, that I no longer could have that either ..... I wasn't even given an hour of respond time and that was supposed room was gone. Because they can't offer what they are selling! . Don't bother booking here. If you're booking something special, they will definitely lie to you and tell you you're getting one level of a room and then when you get there and check in you'll be downgraded and given something completely different. there's so many other hotels to choose from here in Tahoe. Shame on Hyatt for giving the worst customer service, I think I've ever had. Horrible treatment and after reading the other reviews, It seems they are known for this.

Yelp
Very tricky to review this resort because I am afraid the better ratings they get, the higher category they're gonna become! You know what I mean WOH members! That sorta stinks.. We were able to redeem 25k points for Sun-Mon night the weekend after 4th of July and was super surprised we were upgraded to the presidential suite! The room was simply amazing. Thx GM for taking care of the globalists. Our 6th or 7th trip here certainly paid off. The staff were very friendly and attentive. We were pleasantly surprised to learn many of them are summer interns from Romania and Montenegro. It was nice chatting with them at the restaurant, pool side and lake side bar. The resort offered buffet breakfast this time. Hubby got that ($35/adult and kids under 12 pay according to their age. :)) and I got a la carte. Comp-ed for globalist including the 15% gratuity. How generous. Dinner at the Lone Eagle was delicious. Highly recommend the caesars salad, french onion soup, and short ribs. We had a 7:45pm reservation but didn't really get to see the sunset (~8:30pm) sitting indoors. The prices are on the high-end side, as well as the drinks at the poolside and lake side bar. Not surprised for its location! It's a splurge we all deserve, right? :) We are so glad to be back and can't wait to return again in near future.

Yelp
We had an unforgettable stay at Hyatt Regency Lake Tahoe! The personalized service made us feel truly valued. The location is unbeatable, offering a beautiful private beach, a heated pool, and three fantastic restaurants, including a convenient to-go option. Plus, their dog-friendly policy made our furry friends feel right at home. A perfect blend of luxury and warmth - we can't wait to return!

Yelp
I LOVED this hotel! I picked this hotel knowing this would be the splurge part of my trip and I loved every day spent here. To be completely honest, I picked this hotel because they were very dog friendly and I wanted to stay on the North Nevada side of Lake Tahoe, so this hotel checked both boxes. I feel check-in really sets the mood of how you'll stay will be. It was a bit overwhelming with the map, the parking, unloading of the car, bellhop asking what all needs to come out of the car, the vouchers, the beach, the smores kit, and as if they know I'm starting to get overwhelmed, they come and ask if I'd like champagne or local beer. Yes! It's still NOT the most dog-friendly hotel I've ever stayed at (the Pub didn't let us bring him in) BUT it was the most convenient setup for taking him to the restroom. My understanding is that there is the "dog-wing" where the majority of guests who have dogs stay in the same area. Well, our room was on the ground floor with a slider door that lead straight to the grassy area. If you've ever traveled with a dog, for me the most stressful part is if they have to go to the bathroom in the middle of the night. This hotel made the stay completely stress-free! As a side note, all the staff, especially the bellmen, were very polite and gave great advice on where to eat and what to do. We did take advantage of the hiking, hatchet throwing, archery and loved it all. We ate at Lone Eagle and it was nice, glad I did it, but probably would skip it next time. And also next time I want to enjoy the beach more since it's private to hotel guest, love that.

Yelp
Way too expensive for the level of room quality, amenities and overall quality of this hotel. This cost more than a sandals all inclusive resort in Jamaica. And it certainly wasn't all inclusive. No microwave in the room, AC would not maintain our temp. Too warm. Hotel room was like a Marriott, 3 start hotel. Should have included bathrobes. And everything onsite was inexcusably expensive. All the food, dinner, drinks were way overpriced. And the quality not up to par for that price point. Difficulty finding parking. The lot needs to be bigger or staff needs to park elsewhere. $50 corkage fee for a house restaurant with the ambience not much higher than IHOP? I don't think so. We paid $1300 a night for the cheapest small king bed room. $400-$500 max for the level of quality we experienced. 2.5 star rating if possible but I'm bumping it to 3 because most of the staff were nice.

Yelp
I loved everything about this resort! If you want to plan the ultimate Lake Tahoe vacation, Hyatt Regency Lake Tahoe is a perfect foundation. We stayed in a cabin suite right on the lake and the views were SPECTACULAR! We also indulged in some of the resort activities they offered including the Monkey Rock guided trail hike and archery. Both times Ryan was our guide/ instructor and he was phenomenal at giving us great background information and making the experiences so much fun! Every morning we had breakfast at the Sierra Cafe and loved the fantastic array of food, sweeping views of the mountains and the rad 80's music setting a positive and upbeat vibe to the day. It was my birthday, so on my birthday a lovely charcuterie board and wine showed up. It was so special and unexpected- so blown away by the attention to detail and thoughtfulness of the Hyatt Regency Team. Throughout our visit we were wowed by the high morale and happy vibe the staff at the hotel had. It was a lovely stay that far exceeded our expectations in every way, so no doubt in the future we will stay here again. It was as close to a perfect stay as one can get.

Yelp
Here for a business meeting. There is no room available and no business center. Been waiting for 2+ hours. Trying to find a place to work was a pain. Beautiful location but would not stay again. Got no sense anyone here cared.

Yelp
+ fun for families + the beach is awesome + the staff is friendly and helpful - the hotel is dated - they price gouge. Everything is very overpriced. - the food is terrible at the beach and extremely expensive

Yelp
Amazing service & beautiful property. The Overall Experience: We couldn't be more satisfied with our stay. The staff were all super friendly and accommodating. The facility was inviting and comfortable. The ambiance is just what you would expect in a mountain resort. Rustic but with all the modern conveniences. We stayed at a cottage (#275) in mid March 2023 when Tahoe just got slammed with about 8ft of snow. Considering the situation, the staff and management did a magnificent job with keeping the facility safe and clean. Checking in: Upon arrival, we were immediately greeted by the bellman, Brian, who greeted us and quickly took our luggage inside. Checking in, the front desk manager Alexys gave us a thorough run down on the hotel and made us feel incredibly welcomed. Our cottage was not in the main hotel but across the street towards the lake. Brian loaded our luggage in the Hyatt van and we followed him to the cottage. He saw us in the cottage and showed us where to find everything. Amazingly he carried 2 suitcases and 2 backpacks in one trip through the snow and up 2 flights of stairs. Brian also mentioned that the hotel had a shuttle service to local restaurants if we didn't want to drive in the snow. We never took them up on it but thought that was a very thoughtful service to provide. The Cottage: Huge space with high ceiling, a living room, bedroom, 1.5 baths, a gas fireplace, 2 huge TVs and a big balcony with lake view. Not much of a kitchen except for a thin galley space with a sink, microwave, small frig, coffee and coffee maker. Hey just give me enough counter space to store my wines and everything else is icing on the cake. The decor was rustic consistent of a mountain accommodations, but very clean. We were especially very happy to see that the carpet was in great condition considering the environment where guests are constantly trekking in the outside. Great water pressure and the water got hot quickly. The heater worked very well and the fireplace took about 2-3 minutes to go full throttle. The bed was firm and comfortable. Parking is directly in front of the cottage. Outside and towards the lake a big gas fireplace that seemed to be on all the time invites the guests to cozy up with s'mores and sit at one of the 6 chairs provided. Although it was cold and snowy, the fireplace actually kept us warm and comfortable. The Hotel: Super cozy lounge laden with natural wood , a good size fireplace and lots of comfortable couches and chairs. In the back, a coffee shop with snacks, the Cutthroat Lounge (bar), and Sierra Cafe where we had breakfast daily. The casino lies adjacent to the lounge and be be entered through the hotel lounge or its own separate entrance from the parking lot. The swimming pool, hot tub and fireplace are located straight through the back entrance opposite from the hotel entrance. Parking: Valet or self park. For self park, the lot is shared with visitors to the casino and is about a 2-3 minute walk to the lobby depending where in the lot you park. Will definitely stay here again. Happy Traveling!! Review 400!! Woo Hoo!!

Yelp
Nice, relaxing hotel. Stayed here for my birthday weekend. When you check in they offer a welcome drink (glass of champagne or apple cider, or a beer). The pool was really cool, you could get in from the inside. There are two hot tubs. There's multiple restaurants. They also offer you a smores kit where there are two different fire pits in the hotel. Overall, lots of amenities. My fave might have been the casino. Spent a good amount of time at the slots an it was a good time. Overall, the hotel is in kind of the middle of no where, so lots of nature things to do, but Incline Village not too far. So depending on the vibe you're looking for, could be a good spot for ya.

Yelp
My first Tahoe trip! I came for a quick weekend stay, and the Hyatt was the perfect place for me! The hotel itself is well maintained, stylishly appointed, and well laid out. Inside you have a cavernous lobby with lots of cozy seating, the casino, gift shop, sports shop, and three onsite eateries. Tahoe Provisions, and . Immediately upon checking in I was impressed. The hotel is just SMART! The amenities and details really make sense, for example my room had a ton of hooks, right inside the front door, in the main part of the room, and even in the bathroom. I made good use of nearly all of them with an my various jackets, scarves, masks and bags, and I appreciated not having to try to lump them all onto one chair while they were soaking wet/covered in snow. They have an area outside to check your skis/larger equipment, and There are multiple fire pits across the property to warm up in the snow, or toast your s'mores; available at Tahoe Provisions. A kids pool, main pool, and two hot tubs are all extremely heated to help keep off the chill of swimming in the snow! There is an indoor swim up area where you can change and get into the main pool without having to brave the actual outdoors- I loved this feature. Overall- I cant wait to go back.

Yelp
Perfect spot! Room was clean. The spa (pool area) was great. Staff were extremely helpful (please be generous and tip), they deserve it (they took the time to clean our room, help with our luggages). They made our experience just so pleasant.

Yelp
Am pretty disappointed with my stay at the property so far. I booked through American Express Fine Hotels and Resorts, having a high expectation based on my stays with previous Fine Hotels and Resorts properties multiple times. I will say the service is impeccable and the hotel amenities are good - pool, spa, fitness center, restaurants, and casino. I particularly love their "winter entrance" to the heated pool. My primary complaint it the facility itself. The place is dingy and dated. The rooms are spartan and lacking in any real soul. The bed literally had two pillows on it. No bread spread/duvet. The closets were missing robes and the bathroom products seem like they belong in a Motel 6. It's too bad because they have a good location but have evidently let it fall into some serious disrepair over the years. Upon check-in they informed us that they upgraded our room. After arriving to our room, however, we asked to be relocated back to a standard room. The "upgrade" was a larger room but consisted of a mish-mash of random furniture that was too big to fit in the space and located in a dark corner with a big view of some industrial cooling/heating equipment. The carpets throughout the property are worn and the design and decor just generally has a "cheap" feel to it.

Yelp
We checked in yesterday for a four night stay over Christmas. We received an upgraded unit because of our Hyatt loyalty status. The unit is a double Queen size beds unit, on the top floor of the building wing that flanks around the swimming pool and fire pit. It's a beautiful unit, as you can see from my photos. Enjoyed Lone Eagle Grill for a lunch and dinner yesterday. They were their typical superior dining experiences. My status also provides included breakfast at Sierra Cafe each morning, which was good so far this first morning. Staff has been very warm and welcoming, making us feel very comfortable. I especially want to acknowledge a young lady at the Front Desk that helped me resolve an issue with the internet. She was point on and the problem fixed. I am so appreciative for her assistance.

Yelp
When I arrived at the Hyatt Regency Valet, there was no valet attendant visible. After waiting nearly ten minutes, we went inside and found someone. We asked the Hyatt Regency valet attendant politely if we could use the charger as there were NO OTHER CARS charging in the FIVE available chargers, and the valet flatly told me no. We explained that we were guests at the Vacation Club next door, we had been told that we would be able to use the charger since the public EV Charger at Raley's was out of order, and the valet again flatly refused to allow us to charge for even a few hours. The man suggested to "try Raley's" again, even though I had told him the charger was down. There are no chargers available for hotel guests at the Hyatt Vacation Club and there are no public fast chargers available to non-Teslas in all of Incline Village. I understand that the EV chargers are for "guests" of the Hyatt Regency, however, we are guests of the Hyatt Vacation Club and as Hyatt guests we are supposed to have access to all of the amenities of the Hyatt Regency during our stay. How is it that we have access to all the amenities of the Hyatt Regency, EXCEPT the EV Charging? Make it make sense! When we called the Hyatt Regency directly to explain our frustration at this level of terrible customer service, we spoke with the "Acting Front Desk Manager" who then offered to allow us to charge for $50 as an overnight valet parking. As I only need a couple hours of charging to get to Carson City, this is unacceptable. Walking by the charging stations at the Regency to and from the Lake Tahoe Beach we noticed several times throughout the day that all five of the EV Chargers remained empty all day. We have come to expect much more from Hyatt and this level of indifference for their guests is simply unacceptable. Based simply on the principle and complete and utter disregard for their guests, we will never stay at either of these Hyatt properties again.

Yelp
My husband and our lil puppy monster had the best time here EVER! Easy check in and sweet check in surprise for my puppy! We stayed on the ground level and was thinking that the rooms with pets allowed section would be a mess. NOPE! Our room was super clean and I was able to rest assure with my pup! The one bedroom room was huge and was perfect for us. Although we couldn't take our dog to the restaurant we decided to order take out and enjoy our meal in our room. The food was all good! From pizzas to Salmon entree and oh yea! the Saloon Nacho..Oh my oh My! We decided to take a walk, the clean fresh air, the clean grass, and the beautiful scenic ... We did not want to leave! A Walk to the lake front was BEAUTIFUL and there really isn't a word to express it! The Casino was interesting. Dog are OK here and our baby was able to enjoy the Bonus games! LOL Will def be back...Keep it up Hyatt!!!!!

Yelp
For a casino this place is pretty good! Clean and well maintained. Easy parking. Lots of slot options. We would come back again to gamble.

Yelp
I am so glad that the conference I attended decided to go with this place. This hotel is incredible. Nestled in North Lake Tahoe about an hour away from Reno International Airport provides an escape from the reality of the city. You see trees all over and the majestic beauty of nature. From the moment you arrive to the hotel you are greeted with not only a warm lobby (it is freezing outside) but warm and welcoming hello. The front desk attendant are extremely friendly and accommodating and welcome you with a complementary beverage( soda, water, champagne or beer). The hotel has rooms that span on twelve floors as well as cottages that are located across the way that leads to a private beach at the lake. They also provide with a s'more kit to roast marshmallows at the on-site fire pits. There are two restaurants inside the hotel, a mini store and a casino. Beware of the casino if you are smoke sensitive. Overall the hospitality here is amazing and welcoming. You feel like royalty here from all people that work in this hotel.

Yelp
Beautiful 4 star hotel located in North Lake Tahoe that's dog friendly! We came here for a wedding and loved our stay. The rooms were nice, check-in was great with friendly service, and the amenities definitely made the fee worth it! Our room was available for early checkin 1pm on a Friday and were greeted with either beer, champagne, or a non-alcoholic drink. We opted for the self-park (waived if guests for a wedding) and got a bell hop to help with our luggage. He was friendly and showed us around the hotel while giving tips/advice along the way. Our room was located same level as lobby which made going back to the room so much more convenient. We also got a voucher to redeem complimentary smores kit from the cafe nearby. Although we didn't get time to use the smoke pit to make our smores, we picked up the kit and cooked it at home via air fryer. Our two double bed rooms were nice and spacious enough for the 3 of us. The bathroom and rooms looked clean, we got a nice view of the pool/hot tub area from our room. The gym had two parts to it, one with the tonal/mirror workout and the other room had equipment (e.g. peloton, treadmill, etc). Quite spacious with excellent equipment! I didn't get to take advantage of the gym due to wedding but wished I did. The pool area was amazing - had a bar where you can order a fat cocktail for $15 (could barely finish mines). Tons of beds available and there weren't that many folks on a Friday afternoon. The cafe downstairs had coffee and fresh bagels, as well as snacks to purchase. There was a restaurant next to it which we didn't get the chance to try. There was a casino attached to the hotel that craps table, roulette, blackjack, slots, etc. I'm not much of a gambler but my husband enjoyed his time there. The Halloween decorations were top knotch though in the casino! The wedding venue for the ceremony was beautiful with the view of the lake in the background. The reception area is a couple min walk away, and it also had views of the lake area as well. The foods were amazing during the wedding as well! The downside is not much to do nearby since most beach/park is private only. Quite pricey even with a wedding discount (~300$ per night including fees and tax), but well worth it if you have more than 3-4 folks to a room.

Yelp
Our stay here was magical. We went for our anniversary and were greeted with champagne at check in and in our room, what better way to start a trip?! Our room was gorgeous, super clean and stocked with everything we needed. The balcony was well worth it, having a water view to wake up to each morning made it immediately feel like vacation. We had parking very closeby, which took away some of the logistical stress too. We got breakfast each morning from the lobby restaurant - the food was good, a little inconsistent, but overall really positive. Their breakfast potatoes and fruit platter we're notably well done! The staff was also top notch - everyone we ran into was eager to help and they went above and beyond to add some special touches to make our anniversary really memorable. This hotel is definitely on our list of places we'd stay again!

Yelp
We've always had a fantastic stay at the Hyatt Regency Incline Village and this recent stay was no exception! My best friend and I went there to celebrate our 40th Friendaversary and had the best time during our 4-night stay there! The location is phenomenally beautiful, and the accommodations very nice. It was super convenient to grab some breakfast or lunch from the "Provisions" place and head out to enjoy the outdoors (hikiing, pool, hot tub, etc.) We ate at Cutthroats on two evenings, which was suprisingly good, and treated ourselves to dinner at the Lone Eagle Grill on the last night - always a treat. The entire staff were super friendly, helpful and professional. A big shout-out to Becky, Sophia, Khelsey (sp.), and the whole team for helping to make our stay memorable.

Yelp
We visited in the off season - it was cold, and snow was expected the next day. There didn't seem to be many guests at that time, but all staff we encountered were pleasant and helpful. Will be back after their planned renovation!

Yelp
It was my second time to visit this lovely resort. Their limitless amenities, friendly personnel, and beautiful grounds have earned my highest praise. In addition to the beautiful vistas and water views one would anticipate from Lake Tahoe's magnificent setting, the pool and the tastefully appointed gardens that bridge over the lakefront drive and flow to the edge of Lake Tahoe will never grow old. Even though I had a hard week when I last saw them, I will be eternally grateful for their upbeat attitude. They went above and above to ensure that my business trip was a restful and rejuvenating break from my regular routine. Staff members showed consideration and attentiveness. Room were very confortable, though rather small but its understandable since we do not need to do much in the room. We spent most of our time in their backyard and balcony anyway :) Nowadays, it's nearly impossible to find someone who isn't more interested in their phone than in the people and places around them. The Hyatt Regency Lake Tahoe is a fantastic place, and I look forward to returning there with my partner. All of you are wonderful, and I appreciate your help very much.

Yelp
Clean rooms, decent size, and great restaurants. They have a private beach just a five-minute walk from the hotel. The staff is very friendly and helpful. We had one glitch with one employee at one of the restaurants, near closing time, where apparently, we turned invisible and got no service. Frightening right? Imagine being there. The assistant manager of food and beverage was outstanding when she was informed. We did not report a problem, we had just made a crack to another employee about 'thank you for saying hello'. She asked a couple of questions and the next morning we had a text from a manager asking to follow up with us. That is freaking amazing customer service. Did I mention clean? The number one complaint you see about casinos is rooms being old, musty, unkempt, but none of that here. We had a great time and would come back here in a flat second. Actually, planning to return in the spring / summer.

Yelp
Not everything was bad but wow, the front desk registration system was awful. we requested early check in days in advance and yet our room wasn't even ready at 4 in the afternoon. They were not full just unorganized. Also, they don't recycle and use single use disposable plastic water bottles that overfill all the garbage bags

Yelp
Just got done here for my sisters wedding. The place was great however the dealers at the casino were being a little stingy...except for my girl SUZIE at the roulette table. The energy from this lady was out of this world. Now let's move on to the service. If we're talking commitment, speed, and overall professionalism --- look no further than my man Jack(Jakob) over at the bellhop station. I've never seen a man break his back for the love of the game like this before. Shuttles? Next question. Conversation? Stories for days. Bags? He's already got em. Guy put on an absolute clinic this weekend. 5 Stars. Great job Jack.

Yelp
We've been coming to this hotel for years, but frankly it has lost it's way. The Lone Eagle Grill use to be a great spot for lunch, dinner or afternoon cocktails by the lake. Now it is dead, and the food is average at best in spite of very high prices. Staff throughout the hotel seem uninspired and edgy. It is obvious there is no on hand management leading an inspired vision. It is very sad to see the decline in one of our favorite destinations over the years.

Yelp
Such a great experience! Beautiful hotel & resort! Great service, clean, rooms are great, there are so many activity options. Restruants on site are great! You can even rent bikes from the hotel. We came here for our honeymoon, the resort was reccomended to us & we were so happy with our time there. Its amazing that a resort has an activity calendar and adventure guides! All of the activites were amazing!! Such great service! Thank you for offering these to your guests it makes it so much easier for those of us who are not familiar with the area. Ive even checked their calendar and theyve added more fun activites! Cant wait to come back & visit! Happy New Year!

Yelp
From the minute you walk into the dark main lobby it makes you wonder what your stay is going to be like. The lobby is reminiscent of Disney's Frontier Land and the crowds just as thick. The hallways to the rooms are long and lightless. This place tries to cater to too many: casino and family friendly, active resort with a zen twist? Hyatt what you are thinking?
