The staff at the reception desk on the 1st floor and the fitness desk on the 4th floor were very kind and professional.
Blonde Anna was very friendly and gave me a good first impression of the hotel when I checked in,
Dark-haired Anna was very good at English and there was no problem in communication at all,
When there was a small problem in the room(the shower was broken), the feedback from the reception desk, ''handsome bearded male staff'' was quick and accurate.
Security guard in front gate made me feel this hotel is safe.
The other staff i did not mentioned were all kind as well.
I really appreciate.
I stayed 1week, but the housekeeping team missed one thing almost every day, except 1day,, 14th Jan, 2025.
This day everything was perfect, so i want to say thank you to staff who cleaned room 619 that day.
But the other days,,, One day they forgot to put out towels, the other day forgot to empty the used capsules in the coffee machine,
and another day they forgot to refill the toilet paper,
or they forgot to refill the tissues.
I thought they were blatantly asking for a tip, so one day I gave someone a thousand rubles and asked them to do the cleaning well, but exact that day they missed one thing again,
so it seems like it wasn't intentional.
Ofcourse the staff could be inexperienced,
but definetely it seems like management and supervision procedures need to be strengthened.
Still everyone was kind and maintained smiling face.
