Just stayed here for the Orlando Salsa Congress. I was honestly expecting way more from a Hyatt on one of the most popular strips in Florida. Our room was so stuffy, it smelt like mold. Things were so outdated. One bathroom door knob was silver while the other side of the door had a gold knob for example. The sink took forever to drain, had to flush toilet multiple times due to low pressure. We had four guest in our room and they knew this and still only supplied us with initial amenities for three guests. They had an odd number of pillows on each bed (3). Typically there are four, two for each guest, just found that odd. The floor we were on was incredibly hot, so the AC had poor output. The lobby is pretty, the staff was friendly and B Line diner and the Market had great food. Those things were the saving grace for this place. For the prices, I would have rather stayed somewhere else.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Loved my stay at the Hyatt Regency Orlando! The hotel is clean, modern, and very comfortable. The service was excellent—everyone was friendly and helpful. The convention center was well-organized and easy to navigate, which made attending events a breeze. I also really enjoyed the beautiful pool areas—a perfect place to relax after a long day. Great location on International Drive too. Highly recommend and would definitely stay again!

Great hotel and location. The room was very clean and quiet. I love the rooms and the pool area, and the property is very family-friendly. However, take a look at this (see attached picture) – you charged $225 for pool towels? I understand that sometimes technology may fail to register towel returns, but $225? I could probably buy 10 towels and bring them with me for that price. How is this charge even justified? To be fair, the front desk lady was very helpful and refunded me right away, and I truly appreciate her assistance. But the initial charge itself was shocking and leaves a bad impression.

A very stunning hotel! I was there for a salsa dance conference and the layout made everything easy to find. I appreciate the front desk staff for accommodating a last minute change to my arrival due to a missed flight. It helped save me money. I would definitely stay here again. Room was clean and well stocked. I loved the store downstairs for snacks and extras I needed at the last minute

Very comfortable stay. Nice big tub , lovely comfortable clean bed , nice cold air conditioner ( extremely important in Orlando in July! ) Very friendly helpful staff. Staff in Starbucks market and gift shop also very friendly . Housekeeping very kind and accommodating , Front desk very helpful and on point. Location is close proximity to lots of food and stores , plenty to do . Uber and Lyft very close by. Wonderful swimming pool ( if it's not closed due to lightning) The Grotto at the pool is great!

Great place to stay. Rooms are very clean and spacious. The staff is extremely helpful and accomidating. Catherine at the front desk was extremely skilled, positive, and very personable. She could probably teach a class in customer service! A+

We just checked into the Hyatt Regency Orlando tonight. It’s a nice large room with access to the club lounge below. We always stay here when we come to|Orlando and we really look forward to it.|We’ve been coming since our kids were very little when this hotel was called the Peabody. The hotel is still lovely but today when we came up to the room, it reeked of smell of cigarettes. Also I found a hairball on the bathroom counter that was just disgusting. Please see attached. I went out to buy Lysol and wet wipes at the nearby Walgreens. I picked up the hairball with a wet wipes and threw it in the bathroom bin and sprayed with Lysol throughout the room to mask the nauseating cigarette smell. It is an undeniable scent that has left us feeling to gag. I just sprayed more lavender Lysol because the scent isn’t going away. I also know that spraying that much Lysol in this closed room is probably not very good for our health but we can’t stay in this room without trying to do something. ||I really can’t believe this is my beloved Hyatt Regency Orlando. Standards have always been so high but to even think this room is bookable and acceptable is beyond me and not the standards of the hotel we love. My husband and I got off of a cruise today and were delayed into getting into Orlando and we are exhausted. We just don’t have it in us to complain on this trip. With a few days left in our holiday, we’re hoping to be spend more time out of the room just to forget about this mess.

The overall experience was great. Perfect location. The onsite restaurants are great. Food provided at conference events were very good. Room is spacious and comfortable. Staff did an exceptional job on a day with a multitude of check outs and check ins.

Yelp
From the easy, friendly check-in to the restaurants on the premises and the proximity to the Orlando conference Center. This is a great location! The rooms are large. Plenty of charging stations in the room. The gym had plenty of machines, elliptical, rowing, treadmills etc. Also a room with only Peloton equipment. Love this place. You will easy make 10,000 steps just checking the place out!

Yelp
Apparently I originally "checked in" on here at the wrong hotel. Cuz there's one inside the airport. So glad I wasn't confused when I actually got here! The room was nice and clean. AC worked great. Good food options (but pricey!) onsite and close by. The staff were friendly and helpful. Convention center is attached so convenient for eventing. The first morning I was there my alarm clock went off at six. Which I had not set. And the second morning I was there, the neighboring room alarm clock went off at five something, and there was no one in that room so it just kept going until it worked itself out. Other than that, it was a great stay!

Yelp
Everything went well!!!!! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!! Coming off a cruise and was completely wiped out, stayed at a spot in Cocoa Beach and was highly disappointed (hotel was completely ran down). Had a few nerves b4 staying here and not anymore!!! The room was so modern, decor was so nice and bathroom was gorge! Not only that, the restaurant downstairs was amazing and so was the service!!! One of the hostesses were a bit lazy like but the service made up for her. Love this hotel!!!

Yelp
Okay, so I liked this hotel, don't get me wrong, but I also feel like I would have been happier staying elsewhere. The room was clean and spacious, the cleaning staff were nice and accommodating. And I used the room service option, but the food was ridiculously over priced, and I'm not just talking the room service prices, going down to the quick service option was also crazy, I picked up a water bottle for $8. $8 for water is crazy. I think for nationals next year I'm going to stay somewhere else . Though a little birdy did tell me that the outdoor pool is heated, so who knows, we'll see what happens.
google avatar

Molly S.

Yelp
Highly recommend!! Rooms seemed to keep quiet and the shades were great for keeping the sun out. The gym was way above average. Several different rooms in the gym and an entire room dedicated to peloton they also had peloton rowers! Pool was great and several options for food.

Yelp
Wow! This is the 3rd Hyatt I've stayed at and I am always left pleased with the stay. This was the first place my boyfriend looked up when we planned our trip to Orlando and I'm so glad he did. There is tons to do at this location, from fine dining to shopping (affordable prices I might add) to poolside fun, there is literally something for everyone. The location is great too, it's less than a mile from "The Pointe" and a little over a mile to "Icon Park" two must-do's in the area. Uber's are reasonably priced to and from this location and the staff are extremely helpful. Can't wait to come back and create more memories here!

Yelp
Amazing staff. Great proximity to many restaurants and attractions. Comfy beds. Clean tub. The best gym. We are absolutely staying here again.

Yelp
I was in Orlando for business and my company booked us rooms and conference space in this hotel. It is near the convention center, which is huge by the way. The check-in lobby is spacious and has some neat art behind it. Be sure you check what tower you are in before getting on an elevator. They also have restaurants and bars, although our group at out at a nearby establishment. My room was clean and relatively quiet despite the size of the hotel and the number of guests staying there. This is a good option if you want to walk over to the Orange County Convention Center. There were other amenities like a pool and workout area, but we didn't really have time to use those. I did use the business office to mail a small package home. The clerk was a little rude at first when I approached and she was on the phone, but she eventually acknowledged me and took care of the shipment.

Yelp
Expensive, kind of strange space, but not without its charm and views. We came here for the National K-12 Scholastic Chess Tournament and stayed for two nights. We had to book late and were staying as a family of four, so wound up getting a very expensive room which had two queens in one room with an adjoining huge living room with a Murphy bed. The space was incredibly nice with a kitchenette and living area and dining room and fantastic views. It was a bit strange though as there was no even microwave in the kitchenette space, which made it hard to quite leverage the living room space for generally existing as you might like, e.g., reheating leftovers. The ability to eat carry out or delivery food in the room with a stunning view was great. Check in wasn't perfect where I first only got access to the bedroom and had to go back down to the front desk again to get keys for both rooms. The hotel complex is huge with a convention center and at least 4 restaurants, which is bewildering and crazy. The Italian steakhouse was nice, but the "market" was crazed every morning. It made what could have been convenient co-location of food a bit of a chore.

Yelp
I was very excited about our Memorial Day weekend getaway as I usually do not go out during Memorial Day weekend as I know Orlando is crazy. However we booked a room and decided to stay at the hotel thinking that everyone would be at a park and that we could enjoy the pool. To my dismay, the Grotto pool where the restaurants and bars are along with the slides and fun waterfalls are, was beyond packed. .. so much so that we couldn't find one chair to put our stuff down. We ended up having to go to the other pool which didn't offer any amenities... no wait staff to serve drinks and still only had a couple umbrellas. I was not thrilled with our experience for the amount of money we spent.

Yelp
My wife and I stayed here May 24-27 for the Knights of Columbus Florida State Convention, the hotel and staff were amazing. We were treated like royalty, I lost my money clip and someone actually returned it to Security. It's great to know there are still honest people in this world. Thanks for a great time. Highly recommend.

Yelp
Overall, I had a great stay at Hyatt during the conference I attended. It was conveniently attached (via Sky Bridge) to both buildings of the OCCC. It has the Market/Starbucks downstairs, which was useful when I had an early start and nearby restaurants weren't yet open for breakfast. The room and the bathroom were spacious and clean. The bathroom had wrap around mirrors which is helpful for blind people like me do their makeup without having to repeatedly remove then put back on glasses. I could get very close to the mirror to see properly. The bathroom also had military time on the mirror that I used as a nightlight, and great water pressure from the shower. The bedroom itself had large windows. I was on the 17th floor of the second tower and it was quiet for the most part. No one woke me up in the middle of the night, which was nice for once. Of course with the good there tend to be a few challenges. What inconvenienced me the most was getting food delivered. I typically don't rent cars and when attending shows and conferences I rely on food delivery services. Checking in I was told I could have food delivered and the driver can drop it off at my room, but with the first delivery service I ordered valet wouldn't let the driver out of his car, let alone allow him to walk into the hotel. Another driver was able to wait in the lobby, but couldn't go further. A separate driver was able to make it to the elevators, and a few additional drivers I just met outside to save us both time from being denied entry. Taking a shower was confusing. The shower knob had C and H transcribed on it, but to get hot water I had to turn the knob towards C, and to get cooler water the knob had to go in the direction of H. The sink drained very slow and the toilet paper was cheap. Like most hotels, the plumbing overall was very loud and touchy. The least of my worries were the bed sheets that were stiff, but I still slept well. I think this is a good hotel to stay if you are attending an event at OCCC. It's comfortable and a convenient 10-minute walk. There weren't any restaurants that were within a walkable distance - or what I would consider walkable in 90°. The staff was professional and happy to answer any questions I had. I didn't see a speck of dirt anywhere. This may be one of the best choices to stay in Orlando.

Yelp
This is one of my favorite hotels in Orlando. I've stayed here at least 3 times. Very clean, WONDERFUL beds, beautiful pool and the housekeeping is fantastic too. They have extra touches like nice fluffy bath rugs. This hotel has a HUGE conference center and is located within walking distance of many places to eat. The restaurants are all very good. They have literally everything you need there at the resort. There's a 24 hour shop where you can get just about anything when it comes to snacks, meals or drinks.

Yelp
Was here for Megaplex, we stayed for the weekend. Place is massive! Two pools; one for the party aminals and one for the relax or sport swimmers. I cannot rate the pool. I stayed at the convention most of my time. I was gonna but but? I was having to much fun lol. No regerts! Pool look really nice from outside lol it has access to its own bar and also the 21 something bar. Both had decent looking menus but , Dear god! The prices though!!!! Even the "cheapest" food place "the market" has uber expensive items. If you have kids? U will destroy! Like demolish your wallet! Most people were surviving on delivery food. The grocery store downstairs? Same issue. Ok that out of the way? The room was big, cleaned and hella comfy. Decent size shower. The ac was ice cold! The little one in my room thinks he's a goddamn polar bear lol blankets were comfy but did nothing for the cold. Nice hoodie on me n i was out cold. Shower comes with soap, mouth stuff, shampoo, conditioner and more soap. The mini kitchen area? It had the coffee maker kurig style. A nice wine cooler with a window. And ... noo microwave!!? It bother the crap outa me that there was no microwave! Especially when the food downstairs was uber expensive. Not mentioned the Italian stake house. I was interested n then i was like naw. Don't get me wrong the menu looks great! Food looks amazing. But no way at the moment. The hotel connects directly to all the convention buildings. The one literally in property is hugemongus! it took ne a couple hours to get used to how tall the damn roof is. I kept loosing my balance n had this weird sensation i was gonna fall upwards lol vertigo was kicking in! This area was super clean, ac was on high so even though theres alot of people n we jumping around like wild beasts? Never felt hot all day. They had water fountains for us and a mini bar for the adult juice. Plenty of places to drop down and chill. Would definitely recommend the restaurant. The food drama? Easy fix. You are on international road there's endless options for that. Theres always dd n uber eats. Parking is off set from resort and again no biggie. I had a great visit and plan on coming back for other cons. Oh yeah staff was amazing to.

Yelp
This is an absolutely amazing hotel. This place is massive. 1641 hotel rooms. The rooms are very clean and comfortable. My room was tidied up daily. I was here as part of a convention. The walk to the convention center is not too bad. We also had several meetings inside of the hotel. The hotel has its own convention center. All of the service that I received here was amazing. I would definitely stay here for personal travel.
google avatar

Adam D.

Yelp
I stayed here for 3 nights. The place is massive. Over 20 floors, several bars and restaurants on site and just a short walk down the street for more. Check in was smooth. The room was very tidy and came equipped with a safe, an ironing board and a Keurig. Housekeeping was provided daily without having to ask. Express check out is available if you want to drop your key. If you are here for work, give yourself about 15-20 minutes just to "commute" on foot to the attached convention center. I reiterate: the place is massive.

Yelp
I don't think I can say enough great things about this hotel. It was just AMAZING! We were there for the Fan Boy Convention. The room was extremely clean. Every nook and cranny was clean. The best sleep I've had has been on the mattress. So much that I called and asked about their mattresses. They are exclusively made for Hyatts. They have a 24 hr mart. They have everything there. The bars were great. The bartenders were all fantastic. They have check in/out through the app. They also have the virtual key. It is a little walk to the self parking .We are dying to go back.

Yelp
We were so excited to finally stay at the hotel inside the airport on a recent trip to Orlando! The facility itself is lovely, with indoor fountains, benches, and greenery. The hotel restaurant is also quite tasty. I enjoyed the soup and bread at lunch and airline chicken at dinner. The pool was closed for several hours due to an accident, and there was no sign posted, leading to confusion when guests couldn't open the pool door. But the staff did invite us to watch a SpaceX launch from the roof, which was neat. We also loved the convenience of quickly catching our early flight the next day.

Yelp
The Hyatt Regency Orlando is your standard convention hotel. It's large to the point of being excessive. It has two towers, plus two pools and a large lobby to handle the masses. It's a good location if you're in Orlando for any type of conferences since it's walking distance to the convention center. It's also a good location if you're in Orlando to access multiple theme parks. It's centralized so you're close to Disney World, Universal and Sea World, however by car. We were upgraded to a theme park view room which gave us a nice view of the fireworks at Magic Kingdom and Epcot. However, because it was the Citrus Bowl weekend, we did not get upgraded to a suite. The room however was fairly large with a king size bed and a sofa. We did have access to the Regency Club and because we were on a club floor we had floor to ceiling windows. The Regency Club was large in most ways, but because of the size of the property it filled up quickly. The buffet area offered standard fair, but free food is hard to complain about. The hotel had an extra large gym that had all the equipment necessary, plus a spa area with outdoor hot tubs separate from the swimming pool complex. The swimming pool complex was impressive with an zero entry pool, plus a water slide. There was also a quiet pool in the other tower plus an extra large outdoor hot tub. There was also a full size tennis court outside the other tower, which was equally impressive. Parking is either valet or via a lot. There were plenty of parking spaces, but they do charge for both valet and self. We were staying on an Hyatt awards night so that was covered. A benefit of the property's parking is they offered free EV charging for guests so that was a big plus. Overall, if you go into this place with the correct expectation then you'll leave satisfied. This is a Hyatt Regency by the convention center. If you're looking for more theming, but don't want to pay for the premium, my suggestion would be to try the Hyatt Regency Grand Cypress or the Walt Disney World Dolphin, Swan or Swan Reserve. Those will give you that without the theme park premium.

Yelp
I stayed in this hotel during a conference. The hotel is phenomenal!!! It is huge and has a lot of entertainment activities. During my stay, I had to order room service/to-go since there are too many people during lunch time. The ordering process was okay but how to get the link is trick. You have to scan the bar code on the TV to get into the website. The To-go service does not a lot of options. For two days, I tried the Korean bowl and the Salmon bowl. Overall, the food is okay, but a little overpriced. The Korean bowl is a bit salty, but very tasty. The salmon bowl is a little bit too sour. If you like sour food, that should be your goto. The pick up process is easy and quick. The market is very convenient.

Yelp
This was my first time staying at the Hyatt in Orlando and I must say I was pleasantly pleased. Walking in I was greeted and offered to have help with my luggage. Concierge was very nice and kept smiles on their faces the entire time. They were all willing to help in any way. Check in was smooth and quick. I went to my room and I had a few issues. I told manager Wayne about my issues and he instantly was happy to help and make my stay better. I do appreciate the quick service and them willing to help out to make me comfortable. The rooms are very clean and modern and there are a few restaurants in the hotel. They have a market, Starbucks, gift shops, etc. They pretty much have everything! The pool is amazing! There is one on the lower level and they also have a rooftop pool. The next time I'm in Orlando I will most definitely book with Hyatt.

Yelp
When I first time lived in this hotel. This hotel was called Peabody Hotel. Only had one building. But now, it's changed a lot since then. Let me find the picture of my father ( took by me long time ago) My parents were passed away. But they will always live in my heart forever. ‍ For many years, I've lived in this hotel for more than 6 months if add it up. I called this hotel is my Shelter. Because for some reason I have no place to go.

Kenny S.

Yelp
Great value for the money. Rooms were clean and updated. Pool area is large and a lot of fun. Resort is on international drive and close to lots of activities and resteraunts. Resort has an in house Italian resteraunt which was fantastic.
google avatar

Yelp
Beautiful hotel in a very nice, green area. The hotel is about 15 minutes from the airport which makes the location convenient. The pool area is awesome and with all of the space, you don't feel like you are on top of everyone. There are tons of dining options onsite ( these are very pricey) and near by! Staff are friendly and professional. They will do what they can to accommodate guests requests.
google avatar

Marah H.

Yelp
I have stayed at several Hyatt Regnecy locations across the country and this location really missed the mark. The staff was the best thing about this hotel... everything else was just meh. The Rocks is extremely expensive even for a hotel bar. The hotel itself is huge and the rooms are spacious. Our double queen room was comfortable but the bathroom was not well layed out or functional at all. You can count on the beds to be just about as comfortable as any mid-range hotel and the TVs are massive if you're into watching tv (I'm not). This hotel appears to be mostly frequented by business men and women given its close proximity to the convention center across the street.

Yelp
Had the opportunity to visit the spa here. The masseuse were awesome. Well at least mine was. She stretched my shoulders really well and focused on the areas I had issues on. The massage went way too quick! Did 60 minutes but felt like 15 minutes lol I guess I enjoyed it that much. Why I gave this 4 stars? When we purchased it said we would get complimentary champagne and such. We never received that. If we didn't ask about Valet we would have never gotten it complimentary. I feel like the front desk staff in the spa could have done a better job at relaying information to customers. Also, in the spa there isn't a specifically quiet place to relax outside of the women's/men's locker room nor is there a machine to dry your wet clothes. Tip: upon leaving ask for validating your valet and a plastic bag for your wet swimsuit.

Yelp
This Hyatt is in such a great location, so many dining options within half a mile, very walkable. The main pool with slide and waterfall was always busy so while we enjoyed the amenities especially Coconuts bar/grill, for swimming and sunbathing, we went to the other pool in Tower 2, 4th floor. The room was clean, though there were some worn areas. We did not use housekeeping services, I usually just caught the attendant outside for needed supplies (fresh towels, etc). Since it's connected to the convention center, the entire time we were there vacationing, there were multiple business conferences and meetings going on.

Yelp
Ok, so I'm here for a SKO ( Sales Kick Off). 2k people, Global Event = low expectations. Guess what? Room is way better then expected. Nice updated bathroom! Cottonelle TP!! Comfy bed Solid AC! Late night dining limited food options but good quality & quick delivery! Got the Salmon and veggies. Great bars! Good event location and accommodations for our SKO. Would recommend this hotel!

Yelp
I stayed here for a conference at the end of a hot summer. I often find hotels to be slightly stuffy or bone chillingly cold. This property managed to hit the sweet spot - cool with moving air. As a result, I slept exceedingly well both nights of my stay. That's a rare luxury. My king room overlooked the pool and was spacious. I liked the partial wall blocking the room door and bathroom. This kept extraneous hall lights from keeping me partially awake at night. Top this off with very quiet hallways and you have a perfect combo for rest. The property is massive. Plan your time accordingly to walk to the conference portion. My room was in Tower 1 and it was still a good 7-10 min walk. It's more if you're staying in Tower 2. Acoustics in the meeting rooms can be challenging. A lot of echoing. That being said, the property tech team were top notch and made presenting stress free.

Yelp
Five days here and everything has been great. From checkin to checkout, this staff knows what it means to provide first rate hospitality. The hotel is well maintained. Beds are comfortable, not something I say very often. Make sure you get a corner room if you can. Two windows and great views. Thank you @Hyatt for a great stay looking forward to coming back my next time in Orlando.

Yelp
Great stay at Hyatt Regency Orlando for a conference. The hotel is modern, clean, and offers many amenities. The Orange County Convention Center is located across the street and can easily be accessed via the two pedestrian sky bridges that connect to the hotel. There is an upscale bar, at least two restaurants, a coffee shop and market, gift shop, large 24/7 complimentary gym, spa, and pool offerings. The standard room includes your standard features such as an ironing board, refrigerator, coffee maker and safe. I did notice that housekeeping visits a little later in the day, for me between 2pm and 4pm, but did a great job. The Pointe complex is just a few blocks down the street, less than a 10 minute walk, for evening dining and entertainment. Very pleased with my entire experience and would recommend.

Yelp
My daughter and I stayed here during MegaCon. We were first given a room that seemed like it was being worked on and unclean. We went down and requested another room. Customer service was excellent. The new room was a handicap room, as I assume there were no other rooms available for our stay because of all the events going on that weekend. The new room was fine, spacious and clean. The only thing I would like to tell the Hyatt is that your closet areas are designed so poorly. I checked out the closets of both rooms. They were the same. There is basically no space to hang a dress or even a mens suit, without having it get wrinkled by laying halfway on shelves, or dragging on the floor. There is two hanging poles. One that is high, but right underneath it is shelves for the iron, hairdryer and room safe. A dress or suit would not be able to hang freely straight without laying on the shelves. The other pole is halfway down and the pole faces out underneath the shelving. If you hang anything here, it will be facing you, and clothes will be one right in back of another, so you can't see them easily. They will also be dragging on the floor. Who wants their clothes dragging on the floor of a hotel? Not me. So a businessman on a trip would have trouble hanging suits, without it being wrinkled or dragging on the floor. My advice would be to redesign your closets! It's not necessary to have all that shelving for the iron, the hairdryer or the room safe. We need to be able to hang clothes freely without it laying on a shelf or dragging on the floor/carpet.

Yelp
Stayed here again for MegaCon so we didn't have to drive. Unfortunately for us the Level Up Conference and the Nation School Board Association along with other MegaCon-ers were all staying here at the same time so you can imagine how busy it was. So busy that I had to retrieve my own luggage from Bell Services downstairs. Luckily I requested a "Quiet Room" which meant that we got a room on the 11th floor at one extreme end. They were kidding about it being really quiet. I don't think anyone was around us. The queen room's window was facing Icon Park and Downtown Orlando however there wasn't much to see. The rooms were nice with the Electric Mirror with the time in it and the Large LG Google Chromecast TV. The Market's food was pretty good. We had their Pasta & Meatballs (beef & pork meatballs, house marinara, mozzarella) and Citrus Herb Salmon (mixed grains, roasted veggies, citrus sauce) He liked the pasta and I liked the salmon, although it didn't like me back. Nothing on the Market, I think it was just my stomach. At B-Line Diner we tried their 8" Pizza, one with all meats and one with all veggies. Both were really good and we were really full. Both places slice cake slices and I had their Vanilla Funfetti Cake and their Lemon Blueberry Cake. The Lemon Blueberry was better than the Funfetti one. We checked out their Grotto Pool with the waterfall and the water slide but left not long after as their were alot of kids splashing about. It was a nice area, just not our vibe. That's when we went up to the Terrace Pool. Very few people and much quieter. No kids around. This place is still a really nice hotel.

Yelp
Bo The dictionary should have his name as the meaning of hospitality at this resort Period Felt extremely welcomed and taken care of by him . The pools beautiful. Calling the front desk not such a good idea , but going and speaking to someone at the front desk different story. Room looked really clean , but it was odd the tissue box holder in our bathroom had a think chunk of dust......like it hadn't been cleaned in a very long time . I washed it . Food was good at the b line diner. Would definitely stay again and again .

Yelp
Hotel overall is gorgeous! Love the pool area & the lobby. Rooms could use some updates for the price. I also dealt with terrible customer service at the front desk from josephina who was very rude!

Yelp
I was here for a conference. So I did not pick this hotel. But I sure would! Great huge hotel with tons of amenities. Amazing Gym and pool. The restaurants we tried were really good. Great store and market too. The Bar was always packed. The room was very nice and clean. 2 refrigerators! Huge TV by the bed. Great soap and stuff for the shower. And the housekeeping staff actually showed up and cleaned the room every day! That is rare nowadays. Was not cheap but was worth the price. Great location. Great service and great property.

Yelp
Such a wonderful hotel that has transformed from the Peabody! Attended this past weekend for a wedding, was there almost 3 years ago as well for my own wedding. The room was clean, our room had floor to ceiling windows which was beautiful at night and was very clean. Of course, I still clean my own room upon arrival, but I did not need much. I was very impressed with how they were dealing with the cleanliness of the rooms. The remotes are in plastic bags which are great. I took one star off because they did request masks for vaccinated guests, and require for unvaccinated guests. Unfortunately, I really saw no one with masks on. There was no one there enforcing it as well, I take into consideration the shortage of staff. I got called down to the concierge for a couple of items and they brought it up promptly. Overall, wonderful and clean hotel, one of the best ones that we have here in Orlando, in my opinion. Love the valet people as well, they are always so helpful and wonderful, we got the same valet guy that we had when we were there for our wedding.

Yelp
Nicely maintained hotel with a lot of restaurants and a 24 hour market. Room was clean but a little dated. Good location fairly close to airport.

Yelp
This was our second stay here at the Hyatt Regency and again, we really enjoyed our stay. It was completely fabulous. The King rooms with pool view are very comfortably laid out with a excellent view of the resort style grotto pool. Room Desk & chair very comfortable. The bed & linens are also very good quality and comfortable. The tub is extra large & deep, I took a long hot soak in the tub during my visit, it was very relaxing indeed. The housekeeping is wonderful, they clean the rooms impeccably every day & the service is top notch with a smile. I called down for a blanket & a down comforter was brought up within 5 mins. It was perfect, we slept like babies. The Hotel itself is very beautiful, I love architecture & have a thing for atriums so I really love the atriums in this hotel & all the natural light that it produces at the most desirable places, like the "Market" cafe. There is kinda a secret beautifully situated seating arrangements under the atriums with perfect natural lighting next to the lovely "Market" cafe inside the hotel. You can grab a coffee, they do serve Starbucks coffee, and any type of breakfast or lunch foods and snacks right there from the "Market." You must grab a seat under the atrium & have brekkie lunch or just a coffee or snack, it's really that beautiful a space. The food and service is just wonderful, I had one of the best Sough-dough cheddar grilled cheeses I have ever had in my life I will never forget there during my visit. A must try while your there. The B-line diner is also A-Ok perfect for a quick simple breakfast or Lunch or "take away" to your room, which we did. The steakhouse inside the hotel is sublime, offering snake river beef, pricy but worth it. Of course the ginormous chandeliers lingering here & there are also very beautiful, as some of the ceilings are 30 plus feet tall with majestic towering columns of marble, bold, floor to ceiling marble water features dotted with lovely luxury super comfortable seating areas throughout the hotel. As you enter, there are super chic art installations & seating areas in the entryway, with the most incredible check in area that is reminiscent of JFK Airport, New York, crossed with a curvaceous super sleek space ship from Star Trek. It really does looks like the deck of a spaceship. Very Cool. The pool area is huge and one of my favorite resort style hotel pool areas. The grotto waterfalls were not on during my visit this time, which was indeed disappointing, but it was all open & still very enjoyable. I could see there was some construction going on by the slide area so that is probably why the falls were off but the pool & weather was just perfect. The music that is played in the pool area is a mix of light jazz, blues, show tunes, Judy Garland, old Hollywood style, which is a fave of mine so I really enjoy the pool area & vibe. Coconuts, the bar & grill by the pool is fabulous. My only complaint is they should open at 9am instead of 11am! haha. The food & drinks are spectacular. Even the gift shop is superb with high end goodies for everyone. I really can't say enough good things about the The Hyatt Regency, it's just that Regal. For us, the only place to stay in Orlando. Highly recommend.

Yelp
This is my second time staying here for a convention. I have no complaints from last year. This year I was a little disappointed. A shirt that I had bought from the convention went missing. I left it on top of my suitcase before I left. When I got back to my room, the shirt was no where to be found. I looked everywhere for it. The only person after me to enter the room was the housekeeper. It's sad to say that the housekeeper took my shirt. I can no longer purchase the shirt. I had to take it as a loss. It was reported to Hyatt but of course they have not found it. I gave the housekeeper the benefit of the doubt and would hope it would be retuned. But nope nothing. Hyatt, have your staff do better.

Yelp
Overall great experience. The hotel was clean. Loved the resort pools. Very large and had a lot of options for food. My only complaint was their 24 hour market was ridiculous. Charging $9 for a bottle of soda is just robbery. $5 for a single serve bag of chips. I'd understand if it was deli items or food made by them but the upcharge for normal retail items which I know they get a supplier discount for is just distasteful.

Yelp
We decided to take disapeer for a 2 night getaway and this was the perfect choice. The hotel is conveniently located on International Drive next to the convention center. There was a Volleyball tournament in town so there were alot of families in town. We had a room with a balcony on the 18th floor. I reccomend getting one if you can, the view at night is amazing. The service was great. Winchell went on a hunt for creamer for my coffee when I asked him in the hallway. We even had a snack in their bustling bar. The sliders were tasty and the pinto bean humus, a new dish for us, was a unique twist. I also reccomend the Pear Martini. The biggest plus was the bed, we slept great both nights.

Yelp
Unfortunately, tonight is my last night at the Hyatt Regency Orlando. I checked in this past Sunday for a five nights stay in a presidential suite from the moment I pulled up. I was meant to feel like I was one of the most important customers in the hotel. But that is the way I saw everybody being treated and valued for their business. My sweet is extremely well appointed with a glass wall fridge that actually keeps things very cold. A Keurig coffee maker. And a Nespresso espresso machine, complete with all the pods you could want. The property is immaculately clean as well as was my suite. The hotel is super quiet, even though it is a busy venue. It is extremely centrally located across from the convention center. I had a balcony this time which was a nice added touch even though it is in the high 90s with 100% humidity, so I did not stay out on the balcony very long. Room delivery for your food is very unique. Everything comes packed and sustainable containers that you can just throw out yet. It is all gourmet food and is available 24 hours a day seven days a week, a half hour to 40 minutes at the most faster if they are not that busy. I would highly recommend the Hyatt Regency Orlando for your next visit to this great city.

Yelp
Came here with work for a conference that was held at the hotel. Seemed like a great venue. All staff I encountered were great, the place looks really tasteful and has nice decor. My room even had a tv in the mirror of the bathroom, which I didn't even know was a thing that existed. Noteworthy location was the pool. Absolutely beautiful and a delightful way to relax, along with a drink from the poolside bar. Very much enjoyed my stay!

Yelp
Nice hotel. Pretty generic features as far as a conference hotel goes. Rooms are nice, view is good. If you go on a lot of work conferences, you will recognize this hotel al over the country.

Yelp
This review is for "Market" at Hyatt Regency. We came here twice due to the convention. First time breakfast and second time lunch. Breakfast - I ordered a Starbucks and a yogurt. It was nothing special but nothing wrong. Lunch: Sushi - $18 tempura roll... The rice is hard. It was the worse sushi I had, even compared to the one you get at the supermarket was way better. Hard sushi rice means they don't know how to make them. It's not about the fridge, it could be that it sits there for a few days. Or the rice is half cook. Clam chowder - all I taste is saltines. No enough clam flavor, but it was the saltiness that ruined it. Cuban sandwich - pretty pathetic as well just because I had one right across the street at the convenient store at Rosen hotel. This is a convenient store and the Cuban sandwich is so much better. At Hyatt, they use more ham than pull pork. Which should be the other way around. The cheese is not bad, but they didn't dry the pickles and it became runny. Too much moisture. For Cuban sandwich they should use panini type of bread. The ham also very salty and three flavor overwhelmed the pull pork. I understand this is mostly visitors who came from around the world so there won't be repeating business but it's the proper attitude toward food that they need to take seriously.
