Absolutely fantastic stay at the Hyatt in Phnom Penh! From the moment I arrived, the staff were incredibly warm, welcoming, and professional. The breakfast is amazing, and lunch and dinner were just as impressive. My room was super comfortable, spotless, and well designed — a perfect place to relax after exploring the city. The pool area is cozy and inviting, great for unwinding. And the FiveFive Rooftop Bar is truly outstanding — delicious cocktails, a great food menu, and without a doubt the best views in the city. The atmosphere is even better on weekends with the DJ creating the perfect vibe. Overall, a wonderful and memorable stay. Thank you to the Hyatt and your amazing team for making the experience so enjoyable!

Wow where do I even begin! This property is so beautiful and the staff are amazing! We only stayed two nights, but we fell in love from the moment my partner and I arrived! The attention to detail here is unmatched! When we arrived we were greeted by Monita, Chariya, and Saman! They helped us with our bags and showed us around the property! The hotel itself mixes both modern and old french architecture together, as the lobby sits in a building that is over 100 years old and from my understanding was home to many princesses! Our room was beautiful and overlooked the swimming pool and we had views of the royal palace! They also gave us a beautiful cake for my birthday and anniversary! The food on the property is also very delicious and the lovely ladies working there made every meal special! Thank you to Sreyneang and Leakhena! I will absolutely return again! Also, we were able to catch the Christmas tree lighting experience, which the GM and the marketing team did an outstanding job putting together!

Great Stay at Hyatt Regency Phnom Penh. The staff at Hyatt Regency Phnom Penh were excellent — friendly, helpful, and attentive throughout our stay. Nakry in particular stood out during breakfast. Over our three days, she made the experience personal, teaching us a few Khmer phrases, and giving us good suggestions for things to see and do in the city.The gym is very well-equipped and clean. The hotel’s location is ideal for exploring Phnom Penh, with easy access to major sites, the riverfront, and local markets.We highly recommend this hotel and would happily stay here again.

This is One Of my favorite hotels in the world! The staff is so friendly and nice. I was greated by Monita and she scorted me to the room and also showed me around. She explained to me that the lobby area is a colonial building more than 100 years old that was restorated and fussioned with a new building where all the rooms are 🫶🏻. The breakfast buffet has so many options and the area to eat is so beautiful: there’s two pounds that makes beautiful water sounds. Here I was greeted by Sreyneang such a lovely lady. The room is very comfortable I had a pool view. The pool is salt water and the area is so beautiful and connected with the gym, the spa and the steam room. The also have a Himalayan salt room. In the pool area there was an amazing lady called Lekhena. The hotel also has a roooftop called 55 where there’s so many delicious dishes and an underground club called Metropole. Everything in this hotel is so beautiful, well manteined and makes you feel amazing. There’s also a parking garage. And is in front of the national museum and very close to the royal palace. Perfect location to explore de city.

The hotel itself is beautiful. They did an excellent job of restoring and renovating the In the old french style. The dining room is beautiful and the breakfast and lunch buffet are marvelous - everything you could imagine. The staff were wonderful and accomidated everything! My first room smelled very heavily of mildew - so much so that it was difficult to sleep. I understand it's hard to maintain in such a humid environment. The staff were very helpful though and immediately moved me to a new room. Also the rooftop is a must!

This post is late but well deserved. We were there in February 2025 with our daughter. The staff was so lovely and accomadating. They made our trip and stay very special. Especially thanks to Fariza, Chiva, Theary, Khemara and Phen for making our stay wonderful. They gave us special attention and made our stay with our daughter so pleasant. The food stations were plentiful and delicious for all food cravings and kid friendly. There was a special kids day at the hotel and we ended up all afternoon in the amazing play area doing activities. The room was a perfect size for the three of staying there. We really hope to come back and stay again!

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ A Sanctuary of Calm in the Heart of Phnom Penh||||We stayed at the Hyatt Regency Phnom Penh for two nights, and it was exactly what we needed. In a city where the hustle and bustle can sometimes feel overwhelming, this hotel offered a genuine sanctuary of calm. From the moment we arrived, the atmosphere, the quality of the space, and the warmth of the staff stood out.||||The service was exceptional without ever feeling intrusive. Every member of the team made us feel welcome and looked after, and the whole hotel felt like a peaceful retreat from the intensity of the city outside. The rooms, facilities and overall standard of the hotel were superb, and it proved to be the perfect base for our short stay.||||If you’re visiting Phnom Penh and want somewhere that blends tranquillity with five star service, the Hyatt Regency is an excellent choice. We wouldn’t hesitate to return.

This is a beautiful hotel. We had a city view room on the 10th floor, it was very well appointed and the good quality coffee bags were a welcome addition. |The only food we had in the hotel was in the sky bar after our late arrival, they serve food until midnight, snacks were excellent and the Jasmine Gold was a great beer. |The staff were all very nice and the rooms are kept well by housekeeping. |The pool and spa area on the 3rd floor is lovely. The pool is warm and big, the jacuzzi part didn't work very well, unfortunately. |The only reason that this is not a 5* review is that on arrival, there was no one at the door! The person who checked us in was clearly trying to deal with guest calls at the same time, as a result, he gave no information about the hotel! There was no porter, and we were left wandering about looking for the lifts which were in the adjoining building as there was nobody about. We eventually found a staff member setting up for breakfast who helped. There was no hotel information in the room, so finding the lift to the sky bar was also a challenge as it was at the other side of the dark empty restaurant area on the ground floor. My advice to the hotel is either provide information on check in or create better signage.
