Hyatt Regency Phnom Penh

I had a wonderful stay at Hyatt Regency Phnom Penh. The rooms were very nice and clean, and the overall property felt modern and well maintained. The staff were incredibly friendly, professional, and attentive throughout my stay. Their service really stood out and made the experience even better. I had a very comfortable and restful night. The location is also excellent—very close and easily walkable to the Royal Palace and the National Museum, which made exploring the area very convenient. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Phnom Penh.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The food was absolutely delicious, with a great variety and fresh ingredients every day. The atmosphere was warm, relaxing, and beautifully designed — it truly made us feel comfortable and at home. What made the biggest difference, though, was the staff. Everyone was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and genuinely kind. Their positive energy and helpful attitude made our experience even more special. We would definitely love to come back again. This is one of my favourite Hyatt Regency hotels. It's a beautiful hotel with excellent and caring staff. Rooms are very nice, clean and comfortable. However, you must be careful because the bathroom floor is very slippery.

Hyatt is always a reliable and secure choice, and having stayed here before, we knew we were in for another great experience. My wife and I truly loved our time at this hotel.||The breakfast was outstanding — a wide range of delicious options that made for the perfect start to each day. We also enjoyed the beautiful lounge, a peaceful and elegant space that was ideal for relaxing.||A special mention goes to David, whose warm, professional approach and genuine dedication to customer service truly stood out. He made us feel especially welcome, and we’re grateful for his care and attention throughout our stay.||What impressed us most overall was the exceptional staff. Every team member we interacted with was professional, friendly, and quick to respond to our needs in a courteous and efficient manner. Their service made all the difference and elevated our experience.||All in all, the Hyatt remains a fantastic place to stay. We highly recommend it and look forward to returning. My family and I had an amazing time recently at the Hyatt Phnom Penh! The staff were so welcoming and friendly! The room was beautiful and there were some treats for our anniversary celebration which was very nice. The lounge was great with a wonderful selection of food. We were very thrilled to hear there were some additional vegan options that were scrumptious. The breakfast buffet was amazing and the service was wonderful. We look forward to the next time we return to the Hyatt Phnom Penh.

Wow where do I even begin! This property is so beautiful and the staff are amazing! We only stayed two nights, but we fell in love from the moment my partner and I arrived! The attention to detail here is unmatched! When we arrived we were greeted by Monita, Chariya, and Saman! They helped us with our bags and showed us around the property! The hotel itself mixes both modern and old french architecture together, as the lobby sits in a building that is over 100 years old and from my understanding was home to many princesses! Our room was beautiful and overlooked the swimming pool and we had views of the royal palace! They also gave us a beautiful cake for my birthday and anniversary! The food on the property is also very delicious and the lovely ladies working there made every meal special! Thank you to Sreyneang and Leakhena! I will absolutely return again! Also, we were able to catch the Christmas tree lighting experience, which the GM and the marketing team did an outstanding job putting together!

The hotel grounds are very well located and impeccably maintained.||We were thrilled with our room upgrade to suites – spacious, luxurious, and absolutely perfect, leaving us delighted.||Breakfast was excellent, featuring a huge variety of high-quality options with outstanding service in a very relaxed atmosphere. The Club Lounge is beautifully appointed, offering fantastic service along with an abundant selection of drinks and food during happy hour. The rooftop is chic and elegantly designed – a true highlight!||Highly recommended for anyone seeking luxury in Phnom Penh.

Amazing stay. The kindness and the service was one of the best experiences we ever had.||Speciel thanks to David who made our stay perfect. He was there for the check in and checked in on us several times to hear if everything was ok. ||Also a speciel thanks to Sahnour, who we had as a waiter in the breakfast restaurant. She was so kind, amazing service and she remembered what we ordered the day before. ||||The location of the hotel is perfect, near to everything and you can easily reach the things to want to see in the city.
