Was a good experience living here for 1 week. The lobby guy Jackness and his team were very helpful and they can speak english as well as the hotel receptionists. The hotel is attached to a mall named Hopson One and also outside of the mall is a nearby train station… good for me as a tourists. The mall only provided non halal restaurants, but luckily there is a sushi stall that can satisfy my hunger. Not much can eat at the hotel breakfast - most non halal, so we could only have the cereals. Overall experience the service is a top notch.

The swimming pool, room service and location is good for me. However I am disappointed by the breakfast team. When dining in for breakfast, the utensiles are often not being replaced quick enough for new customers. But that's alright. I am mostly disappointed by the take away breakfast that they prepared for me when I need to leave at 6am. 2 pieces of fruits，2 boiled eggs and 3 pieces of bread with nothing..really?

We are currently staying at the Hyatt Regency in Wujiaochang. We are so disappointed with front desk support and service. Very abrupt and unhelpful. We think the world of the Hyatt chain but will most definitely rethink our stays in the future. This one in particular doesn’t exhibit the Hyatt touches we have been used to.

My husband attended a conference at Fudan University and we stayed at the Hyatt Wujiaochang. If you take the subway line 10 to the hotel, take exit 5. It is a bit of a walk from the exit to the hotel. The room is clean and well set up. Powerful shower. Breakfast includes stations for freshly prepared potstickers, noodles, Chinese fritters...etc. What I would like to highlight is the surprisingly high quality of the food at the lounge. There is a good variety of Chinese and Western entrees (plus vegetarian sushi). The fruit juices are refreshing and the desserts well made: the opera cakes and mango mousse are most authentic. We had various queries and special requests. The reservations team was responsive and efficient. Concierge was also very helpful with taxi hailing, and package deliveries and returns. There are endless number of shops and food outlets within walking distance of the hotel. Highly recommended.

We stayed in a regency suite and had a wonderful experience. Service was fantastic from check in to check out. Breakfast was included and the range of Chinese and western dishes was extensive and items were fresh. Our suite facilities were modern and everything was clean. The location was perfect for our needs as I have family in Hongkou. Wujiaochang allows access to multiple shopping centres so restaurants and other amenities are all conveniently close by.
