My husband attended a conference at Fudan University and we stayed at the Hyatt Wujiaochang. If you take the subway line 10 to the hotel, take exit 5. It is a bit of a walk from the exit to the hotel. The room is clean and well set up. Powerful shower. Breakfast includes stations for freshly prepared potstickers, noodles, Chinese fritters...etc. What I would like to highlight is the surprisingly high quality of the food at the lounge. There is a good variety of Chinese and Western entrees (plus vegetarian sushi). The fruit juices are refreshing and the desserts well made: the opera cakes and mango mousse are most authentic. We had various queries and special requests. The reservations team was responsive and efficient. Concierge was also very helpful with taxi hailing, and package deliveries and returns. There are endless number of shops and food outlets within walking distance of the hotel. Highly recommended.

We stayed in a regency suite and had a wonderful experience. Service was fantastic from check in to check out. Breakfast was included and the range of Chinese and western dishes was extensive and items were fresh. Our suite facilities were modern and everything was clean. The location was perfect for our needs as I have family in Hongkou. Wujiaochang allows access to multiple shopping centres so restaurants and other amenities are all conveniently close by.

The room was spectacular on the 68 floor - the river view/ high rises / Pearl Tower - breathtaking. The executive lounge had an amazing view with delicious food and top service !

We very much enjoyed our stay.Only have one remark and that is the missing seating facilities in the large lobby.We are used to talk to our customers in the lobby while seating. Also looks more inviting when people sit and talk.

Great room and service. The location is a bit far from the center of Shanghai, but it's at the heart of a local commercial area, where you can find all the things you need. Close to subway 10 as well. The breakfast buffet sucks though. If you have to pay, forget about it.
