Hyatt Regency Sofia

It was a great hotel with exceptional service, the staff is very mindful and detail oriented. When checking in and seeing my passport they obviously realised, it was my birthday the next day. So when I returned from my day trip, there sat a little cake in my room, waiting for me - delicious too! Also I received a hand written card. The spa was nice, but the water of the pool was too cold for our liking. I told the staff about it. The next day, when I came back to the spa area, they remembered my feedback and offered me and my partner to use the separate jacuzzi without additional fees. Only minus is guests using their phones regardless of the prohibition. When we ordered a second blanket, ordered salt for our room service food and prolonged our stay for a night, the staff always responded promptly and friendly. That service and the staff were truely outstanding. Thanks a lot! We would love to come back 🫶🏼

The Hyatt in SOFIA, is the best option in town. This hotel is conveniently located in a great area of Sofia, very close to all the main attractions very walkable to the main church in town. In the lobby, it’s amazing. The spa is amazing. The gym is amazing.|Like always with Hyatt , you get very luxurious rooms that you have have to always be very comfortable|The check and check out where amazing the reception team is superb .|The breakfast was very expensive reason for which we didn’t take it. There are a lot of good bakeries and restaurants around the hotel. |Across the street several buses from a tourist company parked every day in case you want to go to PLOVDIV, or the RILA monastery, very convenient for these excursions should you go which we did. The Hyatt is perfectly located to take advantage of this very good company. I wrote an extensive review of them.|Overall, this in my opinion is the best option when visiting Sofia, as always, you cannot go wrong with Hyatt

I had a wonderful stay at Hyatt Regency Sofia and highly recommend this hotel. The rooms are spacious, modern and impeccably clean providing a very comfortable and relaxing atmosphere. Room service was excellent professional, efficient and attentive to every detail. The location is outstanding, making it easy to explore Sofia while enjoying a quiet and elegant environment. The hotel also offers reliable transportation services, including an excellent and trustworthy taxi company, which made getting around the city very convenient. The breakfast was rich varied and of high quality with outstanding service from the staff who were always welcoming and attentive. Overall a top-class hotel that combines comfort service, and a perfect location. I would definitely return.

Great location and a very nice and clean room and spa area. A very good breakfast. The spa is for free. Very nice staff.

Start with positive, room was lovely with lots of modern tech etc. But badly let down by information. We planned to go to the rooftop bar but it was closed even though advertised on website etc. Worth knowing, there is a lovely rooftop bar nearby called Sense which probably has better views. Website also shows menu for reasonably priced breakfast in the hotel. But when we went down in the morning, it was buffet only and very expensive. Finally, the bedside alarm clock went off randomly early in the morning. Yes, I probably should have checked before going to bed but I also would have thought that housekeeping should turn off alarms? Definitely disturbed a restful night. Edit following response from Hyatt: Re rooftop bar, we were staying on a Friday night, not a Monday night. So not sure what reply relates to. Re a la carte breakfast menu, we were told in the restaurant there wasn't a la carte. I even asked for the a la carte menu that featured on the website. Perhaps the reply sums up the hotel's issues. Although on the ground service is good, it seems behind the scenes the management is poor.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel in Sofia. Our room was spacious, very comfortable, and exceptionally well equipped — everything felt high quality and thoughtfully designed. The hotel facilities were impeccable, and the breakfast was excellent with a great selection. A special highlight for us was the Club Lounge. The atmosphere was calm and welcoming, and it truly made our stay feel extra special. Most importantly, we would like to thank the team and all staff members for the outstanding service. Everyone was professional, kind, and genuinely helpful with anything we needed — the service was simply perfect from start to finish. If we travel to Sofia again, we will definitely stay at this hotel again. Highly recommended.

Hyatt Regency Sofia is, in my opinion, the best hotel in Sofia. What I really appreciate is how consistently well everything works across the hotel - service is always smooth, professional, and reliable throughout the stay. Breakfast is a standout, with excellent quality and variety, and the dining options overall are very strong. The Revolutionary Restaurant has a very stylish interior and is always a pleasure to visit. The spa is new, relaxing, and very well maintained, and the Regency Club is a great addition for loyalty members. An excellent all-around hotel and an easy 5 stars recommendation.

Excellent 5-star hotel in the city center. The rooms are new, modern, and clean, the service is top-notch, and the staff is very friendly and always ready to help. You can really see the attention to detail. Highly recommended for business travel. They have excellent conference rooms and technical staff available to assist with setup. In short – professional service at the level of a Hyatt hotel.
