Hyatt Regency Tashkent

I had a pleasant stay at the hotel. The rooms were clean, well-maintained, and equipped with all the essential amenities. The staff was professional, courteous, and always willing to assist with any request. The location was convenient, making it easy to access key areas in the city. Overall, it was a comfortable and hassle-free experience. I would recommend this hotel to both business and leisure travelers.

We had a very pleasant stay at this hotel. The staff was friendly and attentive, and the atmosphere made us feel right at home. A special mention goes to the breakfast master, Hammon, who prepares the best Eggs Benedict in town — perfectly cooked and full of flavor. Highly recommended for anyone looking for great service and an excellent breakfast experience!

I can't express enough how impressed I was with the Tashkent Hyatt Regency- I would consider another trip to Uzbekistan just to stay at this property. The staff was incredibly helpful in suggesting places I should see in Tashkent, and very considerate to an international travel who did not speak any regional languages. The breakfast buffet was simply the most impressive I've ever encountered at any of the Hyatt properties I've stay at across the world.

I had a very wonderful stay at HR Tashkent in November 2025. The room is spacious with an overview of the city. The breakfast options are varied from the salad bar, egg station, pastries and cakes, fruit selection, hot dishes, dairies and abundance of beverage options. The FO and FB team were so friendly and ready to assist whenever you needed.|They even had a live music on the breakfast!||Special thanks to Javokhir who helped me to find a train ticket to Samarkand.|Daniyor (if I'm not mistaken) who helped me to check in.|Iroda (Khiva Restaurant) who let me have my late dinner even though the restaurant was on last order time.|Jamailuddin (if I'm not mistaken) who extended my checkout time.|Also, there is still new hired staff from Chai Lounge when I had my Caesar salad at midnight and recommended the local wine to me (Baka Bang and Bella) (I forgot the name, sorry).||Overall, it is a very satisfying stay experience, and I will definitely return!

We arrived at the hotel on Tuesday 12 August with my mother. The check-in process was smooth and efficient and our room was comfortable and well appointed. The hotel provides useful facilities including an ATM for exchanging dollars to som, a very good gym and pleasant bars for relaxing. There were however two drawbacks. Each night when returning to our room on the fifth floor we noticed an unpleasant smell in the corridor which was rather off-putting. On some nights loud music from outside could be heard through the windows and stronger soundproofing would make a great improvement. The concierge service could also be enhanced by providing brochures or clear information about tourism activities in Tashkent which would be very helpful for guests wishing to explore the city. Overall it is a fine hotel with excellent facilities although a few improvements would make the stay considerably better.

Went there for our New Year’s Eve and we had a great time. Food was delicious and service was impeccable. Definitely coming back when back in Tashkent

The appearance on arrival in the lobby was favourable but the reality behind first impressions was disappointing. The rooms are shabby and drab; air conditioning doesn’t work properly, it’s hard to get water in the rooms in a city where you shouldn’t drink tap water, no evening turn down service. As for the club lounge : a shock because it is so ordinary . On check out the hotel wanted to charge me for my ‘upgraded room type’ which was nonsense because I paid for the room type booked with the hotel. |I resent having pre paid to stay at this crappy place when I should have checked out and stayed at the vastly superior Intercontinental Hotel|about 100 metres away. |This is. Late review ,, stayed in August 2025 but still remember the amazing roof top restaurant . Had the best pasta Rivvoli ever tasted . the ambience was cozy . All the staff at the hotel were very nice . ismael at the reception was friendly. Great stay overall
