The quality standards of the facilities are great, very high response level to the client's needs, very high quality of services provision in all sections of the hotel. Regency Club is a perfect offer for the business travel clients. ||Definitely recommended for the business travel with a long duration of stay, a very comfortable Hotel.

Great hotel to stay in. It is centrally located and is not far from the airport. ||The restaurants give a good variety of cuisines. The rooms are spacious and well designed. The lobby is a great place to meet people. ||We also used the conference facilities which was very useful.

We stayed here while visiting Uzbekistan and it was a very good choice. The hotel was big, grand, modern & clean. The lobby was impressive with very helpful staff who spoke English well making it easy to communicate because most people do not speak English in Central Asia. The room was spacious, modern and has all the amenities to make our stay comfortable. The bathroom was modern and spacious as well. Breakfast was served in the huge and elegant restaurant with plenty of selections. The Sette Restaurant served the best cuisine we had. It was a delicious treat and topped off our evening wonderfully. Thumbs up for Hyatt Regency Tashkent. 👍🏻

Just in the downtown in the center of the city, cozy rooms and amazing breakfast. Well trained and polite staff. Nice gym at 24 hours, that is very comfortable for any person with any time shift from everywhere.

I stayed at this hotel for the better part of a week on a packed work schedule. The sort of schedule that might make one, not even notice the level of service at the hotel. But it was impossible not to notice how great the hotel staff was.||While I don’t want to be that guest to always need something, for various reasons this day required special attention. For example, I was given a lot of gifts, consistent with the great hospitality traits of the people of the region. I did not have enough luggage room for it. ||The front staff assured me that they could within an hour delivered to me a perfectly serviceable suitcase to handle the overage at an incredibly reasonable price. And they did. In 60 minutes. Also, their young and obviously highly educated staff sized up exactly what my taste in suitcaseswas!||I had a difficult question for the concierge on a break out of the bill I had to do in terms of who paid and it was done in the flash.||When I first arrived in the middle of the night, they so gracefully got me to my room and settled in.||The Uzbeki people pride themselves on their hospitality. They listened carefully and immediately came up with creative and reasonable solutions for whatever my problem was. when I mentioned to the great staff at the lobby café that I loved black tea they immediately invited me to sample some local Uzbeki black tea blends that were just amazing.||My work trip was very busy and both the hotel and the gracious and kind staff were just designed to decompress and relax. The modern beautiful design above the front desk and the lovely woodwork in the halls and in the rooms makes sleeping in this hotel anabsolute delight.||If I had to sum up this hotel, and it’s staff of one word the word would be kind I wish I had had more time to see more of the sites in Tashkent. There are some very interesting venues and easy walking distance at the hotel. But I think I would come back and visit this hotel just for the hotel.||I am not a fussy or princess type of traveler. When I travel for work, I’m very engrossed in my work. Frankly hotel staff has to really go out of their way for me even to notice how consistently good they’re being. But the staff was a whole new level. I was so tired. I wish I could remember some of the names but honestly, it was all of them. Can you just give all of your staff an award? ||They help me with sincere kindness and a pride in there is Uzbeki hospitality. It reinforced in me a very good impression of the people of this up-and-coming country. ||Oh and range of options for breakfast and the pleasing and careful presentation of various breakfast foods from around the world? It was all somehow still very relaxing. And they didn’t have louder crazy music. It was delightfully quiet and peaceful.||I will be back for personal travel, I am sure.

Great service as always. Staff is quick and responsive. There was a problem with my safe and it was fixed in 5 minutes. I came off an early flight and they quickly found a room for me. I keep recommending this hotel for the wonderful breakfast, good location, but most of all for the helpful staff.

Perfect location to enjoy the New year event. By walking distance, you can have access to the outdoor event planned for this occasion. Hotel facilities for women on the roof top are amazing. And of course as a chain preserves its reputation, rooms are confortables, breakfast very rich and services outstanding.

We stayed here for a week and found it to be exceptionally comfortable. The rooms were spacious and well-maintained, making our stay very pleasant. Check-in was seamless, and the staff, particularly the bellboy, were incredibly helpful in assisting us with cabs, especially as it was our first time in Tashkent where English is not widely spoken. The pool area was a standout, featuring excellent facilities like a sauna, steam room, hot showers, and spacious changing areas. The breakfast buffet offered a wide variety of options, including gluten-free and vegan choices. The hotel’s central location in the city was very convenient. The property itself is great, and I highly recommend staying here
