had an enjoyable stay at the Hyatt while attending the Lime event. The hotel's location is very convenient, making it easy to access everything I needed. The staff was friendly and welcoming, adding to the positive experience. One of the highlights of my stay was the club service—the food and overall experience were truly exceptional. I appreciated the quality and attention to detail, which made my visit even more enjoyable. I would definitely recommend this hotel and look forward to returning in the future!

The hotel was extremely clean! The amenities lacked tremendously for the price. The food aside from breakfast was not that great. The drinks were good. ||||The cab services attached to the hotel overcharged us multiple times. Thank god we finally learned about TT Rideshare. The hotel needs to do a better service of regulating taxis and their prices. ||||We had a room for two but only one daily breakfast was included and we had to pay. Very ridiculous. We went down the street to the Breakfast Shed for breakfast and lunch. Food was affordable and delicious. ||||Reyonld, Josiah, and the bartender at the pool bar with short hair. I forgot her name, but begins with a C. They have exceptional service. ||||The rooms are basic and clean. The ice machine on our floor was out of service our entire stay and we had to keep asking the bar for little cups of ice as we didn't have access to other floors.||||It was a decent stay, not sure I'd go back. I've stayed at plenty of Hyatts and this was my least favorite.

This for the CEO , I recently stayed at the Hyatt’Hotel , and while the accommodations were decent, the pricing for food and drinks was absolutely outrageous. A simple cocktail cost nearly double what you’d pay at a high-end bar, a beer over $50 TT dollars , dinner for four people over $3500 TT dollars and the food portions were small for the price. A basic breakfast that should have been complimentary was instead overpriced and underwhelming.||||I understand that hotels mark up their prices, but this was excessive, even for a luxury property. There are much better dining options nearby, and I’d highly recommend skipping the hotel restaurant unless you’re okay with paying way more than it’s worth. ||||disappointment with the overall management of Hotel During my recent stay, I was appalled by the evident lack of care towards both customers and employees, as well as the poor state of the hotel itself.||||it is clear that financial gain is being prioritized over guest satisfaction and employee well-being. The hotel is severely outdated, with worn-out furniture, inadequate facilities, and a general lack of maintenance that makes for an unpleasant stay. Despite charging premium rates, the quality of service and accommodations does not match the price.||||Additionally, I noticed that your employees seem overworked and undervalued. Their frustration and exhaustion were evident, and it was disheartening to see a lack of support from management. Happy employees lead to happy customers, yet it appears that staff morale is being neglected in favor of cutting costs.||||It is disappointing to see such a lack of investment in maintaining high hospitality standards. As a paying guest, I expect not just a place to sleep but a welcoming and comfortable experience. However, my visit left me feeling overcharged and undervalued.||||I strongly urge you to reconsider your approach to hotel management by investing in proper renovations, improving staff conditions, and focusing on customer satisfaction rather than just profit margins. If changes are not made, I fear that Hyatt’s will continue to lose both its reputation and loyal guests at the Trinidad location .||||I hope you take this feedback seriously and address these pressing issues. I look forward to your response and to seeing improvements in the near future.||||Sincerely,||[R.S ]

Must be place in Trinidad! The hotel was accommodating and very beautiful. Staff was good except for some staff who weren’t as helpful and were not even informative. Other than windows being a bit unclean everything else was awesome! Sea view was breathtaking and breakfast was delicious. Pool was nice! Taxi drivers were also super nice but beware of different rates at night vs day!

Overall, the service was excellent. The staff was outstanding—friendly and very helpful. The food was delicious, offering a great variety, including Caribbean dishes from Trinidad and Jamaica, such as bake & shark, and jerk pulled pork. The room was comfortable and spotless, making for a truly enjoyable stay.

The reception and in-room dining staff were all extremely professional and welcoming. Breakfast was a wonderful selection of local and international cuisine. The spa was the highlight of my stay. The spa ladies, Christine, Josephine, Anna, Ashley, Nikaula and Sharon made the birthday treat very enjoyable. The location in the city was ideal for my stay. The hotel was extremely busy with the buzz of Carnival festivities.

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay. The complimentary buffet-style breakfast featured an impressive array of local dishes, fresh fruits, and traditional options. The pool area provided a relaxing atmosphere with stunning views. The staff were exceptionally friendly, particularly Melissa and Amanda, who offered excellent service and made us feel truly welcome. Would definitely stay here again!
