This for the CEO , I recently stayed at the Hyatt’Hotel , and while the accommodations were decent, the pricing for food and drinks was absolutely outrageous. A simple cocktail cost nearly double what you’d pay at a high-end bar, a beer over $50 TT dollars , dinner for four people over $3500 TT dollars and the food portions were small for the price. A basic breakfast that should have been complimentary was instead overpriced and underwhelming.||||I understand that hotels mark up their prices, but this was excessive, even for a luxury property. There are much better dining options nearby, and I’d highly recommend skipping the hotel restaurant unless you’re okay with paying way more than it’s worth. ||||disappointment with the overall management of Hotel During my recent stay, I was appalled by the evident lack of care towards both customers and employees, as well as the poor state of the hotel itself.||||it is clear that financial gain is being prioritized over guest satisfaction and employee well-being. The hotel is severely outdated, with worn-out furniture, inadequate facilities, and a general lack of maintenance that makes for an unpleasant stay. Despite charging premium rates, the quality of service and accommodations does not match the price.||||Additionally, I noticed that your employees seem overworked and undervalued. Their frustration and exhaustion were evident, and it was disheartening to see a lack of support from management. Happy employees lead to happy customers, yet it appears that staff morale is being neglected in favor of cutting costs.||||It is disappointing to see such a lack of investment in maintaining high hospitality standards. As a paying guest, I expect not just a place to sleep but a welcoming and comfortable experience. However, my visit left me feeling overcharged and undervalued.||||I strongly urge you to reconsider your approach to hotel management by investing in proper renovations, improving staff conditions, and focusing on customer satisfaction rather than just profit margins. If changes are not made, I fear that Hyatt’s will continue to lose both its reputation and loyal guests at the Trinidad location .||||I hope you take this feedback seriously and address these pressing issues. I look forward to your response and to seeing improvements in the near future.||||Sincerely,||[R.S ]
