We stayed 5 nights at Hyatt Regency Yokohama as a family of four during the Christmas season, and it was our first time visiting the city. As Hyatt Globalist members, we really enjoyed the benefits of our status, including access to the Regency Club. We were assigned a Regency Club room that was spacious, quiet, and spotless—perfect for our family. The beds were extremely comfortable, and when we entered the room after check-in, a welcome amenity with a personalized note was waiting for us. Such a thoughtful touch made our stay feel even more special.
The staff truly made our stay memorable. From check-in to check-out, everyone was welcoming, professional, and attentive. I had several inquiries with the front desk, including recommendations, directions, and luggage forwarding to our next hotel, and all were handled efficiently and with great care. Special thanks to Ayana Otsuka, Kana Inoue, Youka Ichinose, Kizaki Riho, Setia Deni Sopian, Yuta Suda, Kobori Ryunosuke, Otake Ayumi, Santoswakoh Ruka, and Assistant GM Hirobumi Kanno.
We were extremely satisfied with every aspect of our stay. The check-in process was seamless, the hotel was in excellent condition, our room was clean, everything worked perfectly, and the food and beverage options—including breakfast—were excellent. The Regency Club breakfast had a wonderful mix of Western and Japanese dishes, and seating was never an issue. Overall, the staff’s helpfulness and professionalism exceeded our expectations. This stay was far better than we anticipated, and we would 100% stay here again.
