"Through May 31, 2021 this resort is offering complimentary on-site COVID-19 testing (PCR or rapid antigen) for up to two registered guests per room to help travelers meet the U.S. CDC's pretravel testing requirement of a negative test within 72 hours. Complimentary tests require a minimum length of stay that varies by property and additional on-property tests can be purchased. If a guest tests positive and must delay travel, participating properties will allow extended stays of up to 14 additional nights, but the up-to-50% off travel-delay room-rate discount does not apply to Hyatt Zilara and Hyatt Ziva properties; food and beverage discounts of up to 30% (excluding alcohol) may still be available.
