I stayed on the adults only side rooms could use a little bit more attention to detail as far as cleaning. For example light switches in entryways could use wiping. Overall a really really nice hotel staff and experience. Pay for a ocean view however could not see the ocean because of the palm trees they were not able to relocate me to another room Kennetta was very helpful

Amazing experience. I have been to the property multiple times through the years. Natalya the manager made sure we had a wonderful experience. I brought my office staff with me to experience this beautiful resort and everyone made them feel like royalty. Jamaican food and hospitality were much appreciated. Until next time!

I had a perfect vacation at Hyatt Ziva Rose Hall! Staying at Hyatt Ziva Rose Hall in Montego Bay was hands down one of the best vacation experiences I’ve ever had. From the moment I arrived, I felt like I had stepped into a tropical paradise. The resort is absolutely stunning, with beautifully maintained grounds, crystal-clear water, and the softest white sand beach. One of my favorite things about this resort was the incredible variety of dining options. With 16 different restaurants and bars, I never got bored of the food. Whether I was enjoying fresh seafood by the beach or a pizza at the Italian restaurant, each option was so delicious. The pools were another highlight—one for relaxation and another with a swim-up bar for fun and entertainment. The all-inclusive water-sports were the cherry on top. I went paddle boarding and sailing! The staff was phenomenal and made sure I was satisfied my entire stay. The room were super Luxurious and modern. My ocean-view suite was perfect! If you’re looking for the best all-inclusive resort in Montego Bay, Hyatt Ziva Rose Hall definitely has it all. I cannot wait to come back again soon.

Stayed here for a few days in December. It’s a beautiful property. The rooms were ok & comes with a mini bar. Despite the rooms being all inclusive there is a $10 per day fee for the all inclusive (although it’s not a deal breaker it was unexpected). The spa is nice. The beach is nice. There is 1 swim up bar. The ziva is kid-friendly however the attached sister property is adults only.

I was there last week with my family. It's a beautiful spot. We were there two years ago, and this visit was not as good. The service was not as attentive. The food was not as good as well.We were told our request for adjoining rooms was granted but they were 3 rooms apart. We were told the manager would call back in 10 minutes. We're still waiting. Except for the pools, the resort needs sprucing up.

I can understand the mixed reviews.. but there is so much beauty here. Maybe it was the time I was here (Christmas to New Years) but there is literally something for everyone to do from sun up to sun down- beach, yoga, power walks, pools, dancing, singing, vibing… 🙏🏾🇯🇲 the street festival was everything! ||The SPA!! My massage was incredible. 🧖🏾‍♀️great amenities and beautiful view of the beach. ||I forgot her name but she is spectacular. I believed her when she said I was too wound up. ||We felt very safe. Security everywhere and sufficient check in/out process when you leave the property. ||We come from a culture where everyone is so used to moving so fast.. and then you come to Jamaica and people are moving at a pace of peace. If we bring our patience, and good vibes you will truly enjoy your time here. ||Tajae, Brittany, Aswayn were just the few of many wonderful Hyatt employees that make this place so special 💚

The rooms were okay but the some of the staff were very unfriendly and had a don’t care attitude. Gabriel at the front desk was amazing. Oscar and Deborah from the rootz restaurant made us felt welcomed. Daniel from entertainment was friendly and welcoming. But mostly the night staff was very unpleasant. They told us that we couldn’t have food to go at the restaurant while they were giving other guests food to go which I found weird because the last time we stayed here it wasn’t like this. They told us walk in started at 9pm when we went they told us it was fully committed which was funny because there was several empty seats. I told the young lady at the front that I wanted to speak with management she got her supervisor which was very unpleasant also. We were finally seated and didn’t receive food until almost 45 minutes to a hour. The stay was very very horrible and we won’t be coming back.

Review of Hyatt Ziva||Our stay at the Hyatt Ziva was a mix of highs and lows. While the resort has its charms, several factors made it fall short of expectations, especially considering the price point.||The Good:| • The food at the buffets was consistently great, and the Jerk Hut on the beach was a standout for delicious snacks.| • The pool was enjoyable, though slightly warmer water would have made it even better.| • Nightly entertainment was impressive, and the New Year’s Party was a highlight of our trip.| • Most of the staff were friendly and accommodating, enhancing the overall experience.||The Not-So-Good:| • The rooms, while clean, had a musty, moldy smell that was hard to ignore. Additionally, the bathroom shower handle and air conditioner were broken, leading to a freezing room.| • The hallway on the first floor was unsettling when someone spotted a large rat on a mirror.| • The beach was underwhelming, with wavy waters and a break wall that diminished its appeal.| • Only one hot tub was functional during our stay, which was disappointing.||Overall Impressions:|While the resort had its enjoyable moments, such as the food, entertainment, and some staff interactions, it’s clear that the property is dated and in need of maintenance. For the premium price, I expected a more polished experience, and unfortunately, Hyatt Ziva did not fully deliver.
