In brief: this museum focuses on HYBE's 4 biggest groups — don't visit if you're not a fan, or at least know a little about them. There are cool interactive exhibitions and exhibitions about music and dance. Very strict about timing and photos.
(I recognize this review won't have much impact since HYBE INSIGHT is closed from Jan 15 onwards...)
First of all, don't bother visiting if you aren't much of a fan of BTS, TXT, Seventeen, or Enhypen: those seem to be the only groups represented in any notable capacity. (And hardly any sign of girl groups.) Even then, keep in mind this is more of a museum about the company and music-making process; it is not a shrine to BTS, though the trophy wall is cool.
Next, the timing is very strict. Don't bother visiting unless you have EXACTLY 2 hours. No more, no less. You CANNOT move on from the 1st to 2nd floor early, because you need to enter a theater to walk between them. I slipped in with the previous group because I had a flight to catch.
You can arrive up to 30 minutes earlier if you want to spend more time on the first floor, but there's more than enough time already. They will NOT let you in if you are more than 10 min late.
The breakdown is roughly this:
40 min - 1st floor
10 min - theater (bathroom access after this point)
35 min - 2nd floor
5 min - silence room
10 min - theater
