The museum uses sound, music, movement, and more to tell the story of HYBE’s artists. You’ll see exclusive videos, including: behind the scenes, never before seen BTS content, dance practices like Jimin’s solo, and an exclusive version that combines “Fake Love” and “Black Swan.” There are also iconic BTS outfits, album award walls, and pieces by many different artists, a collaboration with James Jean entitled “Garden” that represents the seven boys. Interesting experience, especially if you are one of Hybe artists fans. You can watch, read, hear, smell and also feels. Nice interior too, a lot of big screen and full with technology. Good job! Only limited time, 2 hour, you should spent your best moment there.

Visited this place in 2022 before they closed earlier this year. I wasn’t familiar with BTS and only tag along because my friend is a huge fan. I was very surprised by how difficult it was to get a ticket. The price was about $20 for 2 hours per person. You HAVE to get there on time, otherwise they won’t let you in. There is only a 10 min grace period. If you are late any min after the 10 min, they won’t let you in and you have to rebook and pay again. The exhibit itself was nice to see. The record of the BTS achievements and the challenges they faced. Displayed of some of their outfits as well.

good for idols/K-Pop lovers, a place for youngsters, not for elderly. they have a schedule to move from section to section with very minimum seat/chair & toilet available to rest/go for in between the sections. one fun point is the interactive dancing room where u can dance & get the video copy to your email.

Arrive on time!!! I got there about 30 minutes before my time slot. Staff told everyone to line up in two lines. They'll prompt everyone to have their passport and confirmation paper out. They check your passport and confirmation before you can even get down the stairs. Once down there, someone checks it again, then you're leaded to the register person who enters it into their computer. That person then prints out your actual ticket. Take your ticket to the next person to get inside the waiting room. Once in the waiting room, u can take photos only. No videos and they are super strict. A lot of people got called out, including myself. Oooopps!!! Staffs were clear on rules and regulates everyone. All directions from staffs are done in both Korean and English. You have 1.5 hrs to go through everything,, including time in the shop. The limits to Hybe shirts was 3 max. I'm not sure about everything else. Loved all the display. Very beautiful. I had an amazing time!

It's a pity that indoor visits are not currently allowed. I brought my daughter all the way from Taiwan for a visit. However, being able to take photos outside for memories is still great.

It was a dream come true going here. I feel more closer with BTS. Too bad we were not able to experience the hybe museum, i was looking forward to the BTS TROPHY WALL. Overall, staff was great the place look really professional, I like the minimalist design of the place, very relaxing for me. I would love to work here :)

In brief: this museum focuses on HYBE's 4 biggest groups — don't visit if you're not a fan, or at least know a little about them. There are cool interactive exhibitions and exhibitions about music and dance. Very strict about timing and photos. (I recognize this review won't have much impact since HYBE INSIGHT is closed from Jan 15 onwards...) First of all, don't bother visiting if you aren't much of a fan of BTS, TXT, Seventeen, or Enhypen: those seem to be the only groups represented in any notable capacity. (And hardly any sign of girl groups.) Even then, keep in mind this is more of a museum about the company and music-making process; it is not a shrine to BTS, though the trophy wall is cool. Next, the timing is very strict. Don't bother visiting unless you have EXACTLY 2 hours. No more, no less. You CANNOT move on from the 1st to 2nd floor early, because you need to enter a theater to walk between them. I slipped in with the previous group because I had a flight to catch. You can arrive up to 30 minutes earlier if you want to spend more time on the first floor, but there's more than enough time already. They will NOT let you in if you are more than 10 min late. The breakdown is roughly this: 40 min - 1st floor 10 min - theater (bathroom access after this point) 35 min - 2nd floor 5 min - silence room 10 min - theater n/a - gift shop

Hybe Insight is a museum about music. If you want to gain knowledge about music (beats mix together, sound waves) dance coordination and backstage experience. This is the place. I went there thinking this was a BTS museum, I was wrong. The gift store at the end of a two hour tour had limited BTS souvenirs.
