We first visited Hybrid as the first stop on a cocktail tour, and immediately decided to return later that night because of the quality of the cocktails and food. The eggplant starter is a must! It’s very delicious, with a slightly spicy tomato sauce that pairs perfectly with the breaded fried eggplant. The cocktails are next level, and equally fantastic! The staff were very attentive and more than happy to share about their process, and how they get the flavors into each drink. It was really cool to learn about and experience. I highly recommend checking out Hybrid while in HCMC!

a cosy speakeasy! it was a journey just to get here - had to go through a shady little alley and renovation debris to get to the space (we went up the wrong staircase at first - there is really little to no signs at all!) the cocktails were amazing, my favourite was the re*orn star! we had the wasabi ice cream w ikura & katsuboushi and it was such a confusing flavour profile because it’s spicy and savoury at the same time. ended off our night trying out some fried grasshoppers!! definitely worth a visit if you are ever in Saigon! lovely space with the view of the cathedral as well 🙂‍↕️

This place is really nice 🥹 The concept, taste, and hospitality were all great. I think I’ll definitely come back. It was a bit hard to find, but the interior more than made up for it It was absolutely beautiful.

I know you guys is hidden bar but there is no sign at the valley or the way to the stair!!! At late night 11pm, I almost gave up and walked away due to the alley was a bit dirty, dark and suspicious. The ouside 1st floor was like a construction zone and extremely messy??? No instruction on facebook or google map. Customer service was okay. Quality of cocktail is super! It looks simple but the level of complexion is on point. They offer free small bowl of cheese snack.

No doubt Hybrid is now my favourite bar in Saigon!!! Hidden but kinda fun to hunt around for the entrance. Fantastic and unique cocktails, bartender was also lovely to chat with. Must order: Re*orn Star and Maestro Mushroom!!!

Love cocktail and service here. The location is great you can have a walk in the downtown and get up here enjoy amazing drink from really skillful barista. Feel like having the most sotiphiscated but calm and enjoyable cocktail.
