Hydra Estiatorio

Recently visited on a work trip with colleagues. I ordered lamb chops and they were delicious. An array of Mediterranean food options and cocktails from the bar available. We were staying at the Exchange hotel so it was a very convenient option for dining.

Dining for DOV and the scallop appetizer and the lamp chop entree were done perfectly and amazing. I’m a repeat diner but $55 for their 3 course meal is incredible value. Worth every penny.

Food is tasty and the service is friendly. They offer a complimentary dessert for a birthday, which is a lovely touch. Highly recommend the lamb and roast chicken, both are tender, juicy, and delicious.

I had breakfast at Hydra Estiatorio, and it was really good! The place is beautifully decorated, calm, and centrally located, is a great spot to start the day. The service was friendly and attentive. Prices are a bit on the higher side, but the overall experience was good.

Almost at a food coma The humus with garlic cloves and fresh salty pita…like 🤤. Wiped the bowl clean. The souvlaki…I finished all the veggies, and savoured the Angus beef…no picture, just devouring Don’t usually get baklava…happy that I listened to the hostesses reco…the ice cream was 🤌🏾

I visited this restaurant several times, which I could go to from the second floor of the hotel I was staying in Vancouver. The atmosphere inside the restaurant is very nice but a little noisy. I was able to sit at the table even though I didn't make a reservation. The staff's service was good, nice smile, and polite. I had Chicken Souvlaki, and I liked the chicken because it was so tender, and the vegetables were good flavors. And I also tried Organic Heirloom Beets, which was quite large and tasted just right. I never get tired of it. And Melitzana w pita was so good. House made pita with smoked eggplant, paprika & scallions. The price was a bit high, but I was satisfied with the excellent hospitality and delicious food.

Food and service were excellent. Our server and the additional staff we dealt with were very friendly and helpful. Our food was cooked to perfection from our fish off the grill to the Angus steak souvlaki. We will definitely recommend this restaurant to anyone going to the downtown area. Thank you for a memorable evening.

The food was simply mouthwatering and love the ambiance. Our server was collecting extra plates from the table when one was dropped on the floor and I couldn't help to shout, "Opa!" Excellent service despite us coming late. Definitely will come back again. I can't get over their deliciously sliced rib eye steak done at a perfect medium rare. One of the best! 🤤
