We booked a room with breakfast for one night. It was very hot that weekend. It turned out the air conditioning in the room wasn't working. Very annoying. Since we arrived late that evening, we didn't report it until the next morning when we checked out. It turned out the receptionist was aware of the problem. They claim to have constant problems with the air conditioning in various rooms. I can't understand why, given their knowledge, they would rent out these rooms at full price with faulty air conditioning. To make matters even worse, they wanted to charge us for breakfast a second time.
We'd been here before and hoped it would be better. Unfortunately, they didn't learn anything.
They didn't even realize how bad their service was!
