Nice atmosphere, very good located. They have a private parking lot (with limited availability), it was also possible to leave the car for a while after check-out, big plus! Regarding the room: Everything was clean, spacious and there even was a bathtub. We were unlucky with the location of the room within the hotel - facing the road and being on the ground floor. The windows are just not sound proof enough to not hear the people and cars outside. Furthermore there was the constant noise of the ventilation system which couldn't be turned off and the beds were squeaking. If you are sensitive to noise you should probably ask for a quiet room or bring earplugs. I still recommend the hotel, also because of the location, the nearby Cafés are also a bonus.

Nice little hotel in Brussels near the busier shopping street, Louise Avenue with a wonderful and friendly front staff but away from the hustle and bustle across the street near the old streets. The rooms themselves were not outfitted with air conditioning and the way that my room was laid out, the washroom door opened into the bed which made it a bit difficult to maneuver. The lobby was a great space for relaxing and had a lot of greenery which I liked.

I had an excellent stay for 3 nights. Super comfortable and welcoming vibe. Quiet, but a short walk to a lively street of restaurants and bars. Perfectly clean. Very reasonable prices for the quality. I will stay here again next time I am in Brussels.

The hotel messed up my reservation and demanded payment although I had already paid in advance through an online booking service. They insisted even when I showed the app clearly stated it was paid. Had I not spotted it they would have simply double charged me. When pointing out the mistake the customer service was pitiful. No apology, no compensation of any kind. Even refused to provide an invoice for the correct amount. ||I have stayed in dozens of Brussels hotels during work trips. This hotel is overall very average and plain but exceptionally overpriced. Extremely bad value for your money even if they don’t try to double bill you. ||Final straw was that the room I was given on the ground floor had some form of smoke detector in the ceiling over the bed with a flashing indicator light. Normally would not be an issue but this light was so strong that when the room was dark it felt like someone stood next to the bed taking a flash foto every 3 seconds. It was truly absurd. Never experienced anything like this before but that detector must be intended for a warehouse and not to be placed directly above a bed. ||Awful experience and will never return. Take your business elsewhere.

Despite booking more than 3 months in advance, and several emails to make sure we get a nice bright room on a high floor to celebrate our special occasion, we ended up with the least desirable room: Ground floor, adjacent to the lobby, and NO privacy because the room faced the courtyard!! This was supposed to be a surprise for my wife for our anniversary, but unfortunately the hotel staff paid no attention! In addition, when I wanted to check in they could not find our reservation! After finally finding the booking, they overcharged us! The response from the front desk on our complaint about the room: “the room does not look amazing, but it will be”. Very poor customer service, no attention to detail. Look for better options - our stay was very disappointing.

My mother and I had one of the most stressful hotel experiences of our lives here. On our second night, we found bed bugs crawling on my mattress. We caught one in a bag and called the front desk immediately. Housekeeping didn’t even inspect the room before taking the bug and leaving. The night staff called a few minutes later, apologized, and said he’d move us to another room. It was already 11 pm, and we had to pack everything up in a panic.||The new room was up a steep flight of stairs (hard for my mom), and when we finally got upstairs, the carpet was completely soaked — like a hose had been running. We had to call the front desk again. Staff admitted there was a leak but couldn’t find the source and asked us to move again. It was nearly 1 am, so we refused, and they just put towels down.||We checked out early the next morning even though we had another night booked. They removed only one night from our bill. Later, I found another couple online who had stayed in the exact same room just two weeks before — and they also found bed bugs. They had taken photos and documented it to the hotel. ||When we got home, the real nightmare began. We spent:||$50 at the laundromat washing everything we brought, $45 to have our car steam-cleaned, $30 on airtight storage bags, and $15 on bed bug bombs. Then the bites appeared — over 20 on my arms, legs, and feet. I ended up at urgent care with an allergic reaction ($50 copay + $25 prescriptions).||The hotel later claimed their exterminator “found nothing” and refused to share the report — the exact same response they sent the previous guests who also found bugs. I spoke to the managers and they are refusing that any bed bugs existed even though the front desk admitted before.||This was an absolute nightmare. My mother and I are never ones to cause a stink or demand our money back, but considering how appalling this entire situation was we expected better from management at this hotel. We want our money back. Please check your rooms carefully and avoid this hotel until they take these reports seriously.

A lovely hotel with friendly staff and everything you need for a few nights in Brussels. Be sure to reserve a parking space. Small but functional rooms, good extensive breakfast. Great location, just a short walk to the Mont des Arts. Better than expected given the good location and price.

Well situated within easy walking distance of the main attractions. Friendly staff at reception. Room was comfortable. A hotel that had the basics right and not overdone. Decent double room and value for money. You will need a taxi (around 10 Euros) for the train station as the walk would be along a busy route.
