Excellent location and beautiful hotel! All of the staff are simply wonderful and very accommodating. Please note there are no individual A/C control systems in the rooms. I slept with very minimal attire in early May, thus the summer months may be really hot. However, I believe there is central cooling so you may be fine. The rooms are nicely decorated and the layouts make sense. 20-minute walk to Grand Place and you’ll hit many sites and shops along the way. Very close to Louiza public transportation stop. Great overall and I would stay again!

We booked a room with breakfast for one night. It was very hot that weekend. It turned out the air conditioning in the room wasn't working. Very annoying. Since we arrived late that evening, we didn't report it until the next morning when we checked out. It turned out the receptionist was aware of the problem. They claim to have constant problems with the air conditioning in various rooms. I can't understand why, given their knowledge, they would rent out these rooms at full price with faulty air conditioning. To make matters even worse, they wanted to charge us for breakfast a second time. We'd been here before and hoped it would be better. Unfortunately, they didn't learn anything. They didn't even realize how bad their service was!

Perfect location, beautiful hotel, clean and peaceful rooms. One star away of services due to breakfast lacking gluten and lactose free options. If one hasn't got these kind of allergies, they'll sure enjoy also the delicious breakfast!

 Arriving I found out my reservation was not encoded with a consequence to spend half an hour at the reception until they find a solution, concerned I may need to search for a different accommodation at 21h30 at night! (happy they could resolve it).  One day I was left without a shower gel and had to wait at 23h30 at night to be brought one at my request.  One other day I was left without a towel (only a face towel was left in the room).  The cleaning lady threw away my croissant I had bought to have breakfast the next morning so I had nothing for breakfast. She also took the initiative (!) to throw away a supermarket bag a I had bought in order to carry several items I had to transfer (!).  The provision with water or other items to the room was random and not systematic.

Relaxing atmosphere, friendly service. Room had a lot of space, coffee machine and was very light on the fourth floor. Large bathroom. All clean and nice. Location was good for me because of nearby meeting, but also for more tourist oriented trips a good location. Near the circle metro and within half an hour walk of the centre, Flagey and train stations. Street was more noisy than expected in the night. I did not try the breakfast.

Rooms were nicely sized and clean with all amenities provided such as towels, shampoo, body wash, conditioner, hand soap. Dental kits available on request. Breakfast was okay too. The only reason I'm giving 4 stars instead of 5 is that the mattress wasn't good at all and we didn't get good sleep because of that. Location is TOP CLASS

Not very impressed with our stay. The staff overall didn’t seem very professional, and we experienced several issues during our visit. There was loud noise on the first floor, and we were nearly charged city tax twice if we hadn’t insisted we had already paid. The sink was clogged, and there was no shampoo on the first day — only two bottles of liquid soap. On the second night, they didn’t refill the water. That said, Andrei was helpful and did his best to resolve the problems.

Boutique-style hotel decorated with Nordic design and fabrics. Friendly staff, but very limited in-house services: no restaurants, no gym, small and cramped parking. Sound-proofing is somewhat lacking atleast on the ground floor (I woke up at 5 AM to the sounds of people shouting on the street outside my room).
