I think it was good for the night. Would have also stayed another one or two. The hostel is located close to the central station as well as to the other parts of the city so 15 minutes and you’re between all the beautiful places. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Enjoyed that it wasn’t too busy when I was there and it appeared very clean and tidy. The room was a bit hot although we had the window open. Unfortunately my power outlet above the bed didn’t work, was a bummer. Some snoring and video game playing roommates at night but I guess you can’t choose them forehand. I stayed in an only female dorm which made me feel very safe. I’d definitely come back to that hostel if I were to visit Basel again.

Really wonderful hostel located just minutes walk away from SBB train station. Lockers available for storing your luggage before or after check-in or check-out. Very easy to complete self check-in. Really clean rooms, toilets, and showers. Spacious lockers within room but they can be a bit loud, so be considerate when using them. Laundry room and game room located downstairs. Beds are comfy and have personal USB slots & light, but top-bunk is somewhat difficult to climb up to. Bar and lounge located on ground floor with nice laid back vibe. Overall a really great experience, great value for what you spend.

This was a super last minute booking, I just needed something easy and close to the station and I wasn’t disappointment ! There was a self check in, the common area was really big but cosy, wasn’t many people when I went but I’m sure it would be easy to talk to mingle. I chose the 8 bed mixed dorm and it was super clean with big windows and lots of air! The bed was really comfy. Bathrooms were clean and good. I didn’t explore the town but if you explore the park down the road and continue up the hills you reach some beautiful fields with poppies and crops, it was really refreshing to be out in the country so quick whilst being in the city.

This is definitely one of the more "technologically advanced" hostels. It's almost like you're walking into a futuristic Jurassic Park when entering through the back entrance. The staff were friendly and the place was mostly kept clean and tidy. I did, however, lost my watch here and the staff were quite responsive through emails, though we were not able to find it.

Staff very friendly and helpful, the place looks perfect and has everything you need. So close to train station, it is perfect for travelers. I could left my bag in the locker room after the checkout so I could visit a couple more places. Keep up the good work!

The rooms are actually nice, my only problem was that the bed #3 didn’t have any handle, so you had to climb to bunk bed with just the sides of the bed which made it a bit difficult and dangerous for me. The showers and toilets are shared by the floor, but they are still clean and safe. The common areas have a nice vibe. Its location is incredibly convenient as well.

Truly amazing place to stay for solo travellers who like comfort, good company, good service etc. Very modern and clear location, amazing coworking/communal/breakfast area. 5 min from the Central station. The only thing to be aware of: you need to have a lock for a locker room if you would like your luggage to be inaccessible for anyone. You can ask for it as the reception for a deposit.

Very noisy. I had to get up at 4am to catch early flight and could not sleep. People talking all hours of the morning. It’s more of a back packers place. Very expensive for a room with shared bathrooms. Positive it’s so close and easy to get to from Basel train station.
