Outstanding food and service. One of the best meals of our entire stay in Sardinia.
The restaurant has a beautiful dining room with a view of the outside and you can see the sun setting.
Menu is seafood focused, with an excellent, comprehensive appetizer of prawns, bottarga, and octopus with potatoes. I also ordered the vongole pasta (spaghetti with clams) which was delicious -- clams were clean and pasta was perfectly cooked. The mixed grill platter of red shrimp, sardines, and octopus gave us a diverse overview of what the restaurant could cook, and each were perfectly cooked and very tasty. Finally, we got the salt-baked fish which was expertly carved table-side and served with a ratatouille style side, potatoes with string peas, and a slice of lemon.
Service is professional and elegant.
