"I Gelati del Bondi isn't fancy, but its gelato is fresh, its interior is vibrant (a painted mural runs across the back wall), and, unlike other Florentine gelaterias, there are actual places to sit, both inside and out. There's also a full menu serving coffees, pizzas, and sandwiches. This shop is located near the Firenze Santa Maria Novella train station and attracts an international crowd, but don't let that deter you from the salted caramel gelato, which always gets top marks. Once in a lifetime experience with Tulio Bondi making sorbetto and gelato. Both were so delicious. The fior de latte gelato was to die for. An incredible experience that all of us, esp my toddler, enjoyed very much. Thank you Tulio!

Best pistachio ice cream ever ! Lots of chunks throughout and generous portions. Super. They have also other flavours. We tasted black sesame, was yummy !

Delicious Nutella crepe!! We were killing time before our train to Rome and stumbled onto this ice cream shop. They make fresh crepes and boy was it delicious! And we saw a photo from Humber College. The owner's husband is a teacher of Gelato at the college!! So cool!

The best gelato I had during my 7-day trip in Italy. I chose salted peanuts, sesame, and pistachio. All of them were fantastic. 🤭

Reasonably priced food and friendly service. No fuss atmosphere. Good range on the menu and food arrived very quickly after ordering. The salmon penne I ordered was very salty (which I found disappointing). My partner ordered the lasagne and was quite happy with it. Close to Firenze Santa Maria Novella (in English Florence Santa Maria Novella) station - under two minutes walk. Outside seating is available with plenty of seating inside.
