Delicious!
One of my favorite restaurants in Guadalajara. Really, everything was amazing--drinks, appetizers, main course. The only thing that was slightly less than perfect was the mojito. It was the best mojito we'd had in Mexico, but that pales in comparison to Cuban mojitos (the secret is they use way more sugar than you think you ought to and they muddle the sugar with the mint for longer than you think you need to).
We got there 20 minutes after they opened on a Sunday, and we were the first ones there! By the time we got our appetizer, 2 more parties had shown up and by the time we finished our meal, they were about a third full.
The staff was great. We told them we were practicing our Spanish and they did a great job of speaking to us only in Spanish. Service was attentive without hovering (even though we were the only ones there for 20 minutes), polite and friendly.
The ambiance is a seemingly odd mix between the decor, food, and music, but it somehow all works out.
