i-SUITE Hotel

We have been coming to i-Suite Hotel in Rimini for many years. For us, this is not just a hotel it’s our second home. The staff are simply exceptional: warm, professional, and genuinely caring. From the reception to housekeeping, from the restaurant team to the spa staff everyone treats us with such kindness and attention that we always feel like the most valued guests. The rooms are modern, stylish, and spotless. The location is perfect right on the beach, yet calm and relaxing. The breakfast is fresh and varied, and the restaurant offers creative, delicious dishes that we always look forward to. But what truly makes i-Suite special is the people. They remember our names, our preferences, and even the little details that make our stay unforgettable. Their smiles and hospitality are the reason we come back year after year. My stay at the i-Suite Hotel in Rimini was overall enjoyable, with many positive aspects. The design and atmosphere of the hotel are modern and stylish, creating a comfortable and pleasant environment. The staff were friendly and helpful, making the experience welcoming.||||However, there are a few areas that could be improved to enhance the guest experience. Some maintenance issues in the room need attention, such as repairing lamps and shower heads that were not functioning properly. Additionally, the pool area could benefit from more thorough cleaning, especially the pool walls, to maintain a pristine and inviting space.||||Despite these minor drawbacks, the rest of the stay was good, and I would consider returning once these improvements are addressed.

Amazing hotel that lives up to the expectations. Wonderful breakfast with gourmet options, while it’s a la carte, you can choose from a wide variety of options. The staff are friendly and always greet you with a smile. The cleanliness is exceptional, the turn in service is great. Lastly, the spa is well worth a trip. I had the best deep tissue massage from Bernadette, who was exceptionally skilled. Worth every penny to stay in for the hospitality, service and location.

Just checked out of I-Suite hotel after a quick five night break .|The hotel is very clean , spacious and has a real modern feel to it .|I upgraded my room as I prefer to be on a higher level ,and it was worth every penny .|The suite offered excellent views and although there is some street noise when sitting on the balcony , this disappears when the sliding doors are shut and I had a great nights sleep every night .|The suite itself was spacious , very clean and basically very cool and trendy .|The breakfast is cooked to order and plentiful in choice with intriguing and healthy options , and this was served by attentive and friendly staff , in-fact some of the best staff I have ever met work in this hotel .|The beach is just a few metres across the road and you can book beds with parasols with a range of options , we chose beds near to the sea and again the cost was worth it , very reasonable for Italy !|We used a delightful restaurant for lunch every day on the beach called Delfinos, fantastic fresh seafood with a real vibe , just really chilled .|I used the spa just once and this was good quality and the views very rewarding , steam room and saunas are excellent. |The pool area is never crowded and very relaxing , a nice place to chill for an hour or so after the beach .|The hotel is situated next to a vast array of shops, bars and restaurants, so never short of entertainment or options .|I am fortunate enough to work around the world and stay in some very good hotels ,|But this is up there as one the best and definitely a personal favourite of mine . Would defiantly come back here .|Even though it was fully booked every night, it did not feel it ! It’s that relaxed .

Great stay in luxury hotel on the beach . The staff are top notch , very friendly and helpful and are genuine with it too . I upgraded my room and it was worth every penny , views over the beach and also room was very spacious and clean . It may be loud on the street but once you close the slider doors it is pretty quiet and I slept well every night . Spa offered fantastic views and very reasonably priced . The pool area is very chill and never overcrowded at all . This is a different type of 5 star hotel , I would call this a modern 5 star not a traditional one . Would stay here again !

The time at the i Suite was great ! The rooms were spacious, unique and well appointed bathroom. The breakfast had amazing menu , the team of servers were so accommodating and food presentation and quality was high. Having the beach front was wonderful ,and heated pool was enjoyed by all. Look forward to our next visit.

Isuite and the entire staff were professional, kind, and very accommodating. The resort is wonderful and the food is impeccable! The rooms are very clean, lots of towels offered, and very comfortable beds. Anything you can think of they have! I loved the toiletry set and appreciated the amount of soaps, lotions, shampoos, etc offered. Breakfast has so many offerings and comes out quickly and just as ordered. We never ate dinner here, but heard from guests that it was stellar. Laticia was our guide to an old midevil town, Verucchio. She was very professional, knowledgeable, and spoke English wonderfully. We appreciated her kind nature and hospitality. We also enjoyed taking bikes to tour around. The beach access was easy to navigate and the staff at the beach was very professional and accommodating as well.
