My husband and I stayed at Ibah over our honeymoon in Bali last August, 2024. We absolutely LOVED our stay. The rooms and accommodations were beautiful - both the shared spaces and pools and our private villa with private pool. Our villa also had an outdoor shower which was so luxurious!! The Ibah restaurant was delicious, we looked forward to breakfast every morning and afternoon tea time by the pool! The spa was top notch - I think I got a total of 6 massages in our 3 days there - the staff were professional and talented. The location of Ibah is perfect for exploring the local downtown of Ubud - we were a short walk from all kinds of delicious restaurants, the Campuhan Ridge (hiking, birding, and local artists), temple tours and shows, shops and markets, and yoga studios! We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend! P.S. We did have some occurrences with the local gecko (surprises were left in our room almost daily). Housekeeping was incredibly responsive and always cleaned our room promptly!! :)

Stepping through the gates of this classic hotel, the sounds of motorcycles, foot traffic and the wonderful chaos of the Ubud streets are somehow instantly swapped for the singing of birds and gentle trickling of water into the many pools dotted amongst the lush grounds. The beautifully maintained buildings and gardens are like something out of a fairy tale and the staff were all wonderful. We stayed in one of the Treetop Suites which overlook a densely forested slope which leads down to the river below. There is likely no better location than this from which to base a stay in this wonderful town. The spa, located in one of the many beautiful old buildings is excellent. The rooms within are traditional and the masseuse took great care. Breakfast was à la carte and very good, as was the afternoon tea. All of the facilities are excellent and the pool is incredible. We cannot wait to return.

This was our third time to Ibah, having first visited in 2017 and then again in late 2019. We were delighted to see that it had reopened, so we just had to come back because it holds such special memories for us. Thankfully, everything was as beautiful as on our previous stays. The attention to detail, the thoughtful touches and the warm but professional service really stood out. Breakfast was peaceful and beautifully presented, the pool area was a haven and our outside terrace was the perfect spot to unwind and take in the sights and sounds of the abundant surrounding nature. The hotel is so conveniently located within walking distance of Ubud centre but it feels like another world when you pass through the gate into the beautiful sanctuary of the grounds.

We had a wonderful stay here at Ibah in Ubud (Treetops room 203). First impression was that it was so much better than the photos on their website (which were good!). Our room was very large, including a huge dressing room, bathroom and a fabulous outdoor shower. Our favourite place was the very large balcony. We decided to stay here for some solid relaxation and Ibah delivered. The whole resort was perfect. The staff were unobtrusive but attentive. The food was delicious and generous. We can’t think of anything that we’d need improved.

This place is amazing! Really calm, quiet and peaceful boutique hotel close to the busy Ubud center (10-15 min walk to the Ubud Palace). The nature (jungle feeling <3) is all around you: squirrel jumping on the trees while you have breakfast, geckos running on the wall, caterpillars and butterflies of all kinds, some frogs time to time (especially after rain) and lizards in the garden. The room (house:)) is nicely furnished with balinese style furniture, it feels like a true home. Everything is clean and nicely treated, and the personnel is extremely nice.

Couldn’t have better experience for my stay in Ubud. I stayed in a suite with a fantastic view over the jungle. Every morning had my coffee watching the squirrels having their breakfast on the tree opposite my terrace. The batch is one of a kind experience with a view over the jungle, couldn’t wish better. They have taken care about every single and small detail you can think about, including candles for the bath. I’ve bought some wooden candle holders before, so I’ve used them and it was incredibly enjoyable. Water refill, umbrellas for rain, toiletries of a high quality, welcome fruit. Breakfast is great, pools are so well maintained, staff is helping you around the pool and serve water with lime. I stayed for Christmas, they have taken care and have organised events for the Christmas eve, Christmas day and a traditional Balinese theatre show at the evening. Special thanks for the staff, lovely, warm and beautiful people work here. They are always dressed in traditional clothes which I really loved.

The Ibah was recommended to me by a friend and it was AMAZING. The hotel itself is a set of buildings in amongst the jungle - honestly, the photos online don't even do it full justice. It was beautiful. In addition, the staff was just lovely, the food was great, and the location was an easy walk to downtown, rice patty walks, temples, etc - even though they also offer a shuttle. That said, when you are on the hotel property, you do feel like you are in your own little oasis. I also recommend the airport pickup, which was very easy and the driver polite and helpful. Overall, just an amazing couple of days. I cannot recommend it enough.

Absolute perfection in a small hotel/resort. Although there are only 17 rooms/villas, it's a good sized property where you easily disappear and feel as though you are only ones there. The gardens are expansive wirh many gorgeous vignettes with statues, fountains and ponds. Done in a traditional Balinese style, the website and various photos don't really do the place justice and it's much more beautiful. Staff are also gracious and willing to help. We originally were to stay 3 nights before a cruise. The cruise was cancelled at the last minute, so we had to make other arrangements. The staff helped by printing many documents for us, not a little task. Overall excellent value for money.
