A very nice hotel in the center of Gdańsk. The staff — both at the reception and during breakfast — were very kind and helpful. The rooms were clean and fairly spacious. Breakfast was varied and delicious. We definitely recommend this place!

What a fab little hotel. We had a 4th floor superior room overlooking the main drag. Room spacious and spotless. Hotel spotless, friendly and has a great breakfast buffet. |There was a little noise late evening from the bars outside which we expected and it didn't go on too late. Can not fault this hotel and would definitely stay again.

This hotel is in an excellent location in Long Market, overlooking Neptunes Fountain. it is modern on the inside. I stayed in a twin room, which was large, spacious and well designed. The shower room was also large. The beds were extremely comfortable. The buffet breakfast was superb.

The hotel was a little bit hard to find - the sign is on the Long Market but the hotel is actually in the alleyway off to one side. ||Once that was sorted out nothing was an issue. The window was able to be opened to cool the room down (it can get a too warm sometimes, even in winter), we were given free beers on arrival thanks to our Hotels.com status and there was free water bottles in the fridge, which is always appreciated.||Tourist shops, restaurants and big multi-level shopping centre are all nearby and the train station is not too far either. ||The room, bathroom and bed were all good, but our common complaint of the trip was that the pillows were too soft. There was plenty of space to spread out in the room.||The staff were friendly at all times, we left our bags with them for a few hours after checking out and they called a cab for us to get to the ferry terminal afterwards.

The hotel is right in the centre of Gdansk’s old town. The rooms are modern and large whilst being very reasonably priced. ||There are a number of restaurants and bars right on your doorstep. The staff were friendly and were able to help with organising taxis to the airport for our check-in which was at 5am.

Went last weekend with a couple of friends - we've been to Gdansk before (normally stay at the Central Craft Beer Hotel) but this time we thought we base ourselves smack bang in the middle of town. Location probably cant be beaten. Beds are comfy enough, rooms clean and well looked after, and staff very helpful. And the breakfast is actually really good. But I wouldnt stay there again for 3 reasons: - the noise from the main street, particularly at weekends, is crazy. OK there is some element of soundproofing in the hotel, but it's not the best. - the noise from other rooms is worse. I had an adjoining room, which has an adjoining door, and could hear everythinng from the room next door. Literally everything. - we arrived at the hotel a couple of hours before check-in times, and we were charged 50 zloty per room to get in them early. The rooms are already prepared and empty of guests, so WTF is the charge for? Seems like money-grabbing to me. So when I'm back at Xmas it's back to the brilliant Central Hotel.
