IBB Hotel Gdańsk

Really convenient place to stay in the old city. Incredibly walkable area with many places to eat close. We stayed over Christmas and it was very easy to pop around the Christmas markets and go home easily. Everything was so close. The rooms were very clean. They had a mini-fridge and mini-kettle so over Christmas we could stock up on snacks for when things close. There was no safe for valuables/passports but there was plenty of room for our things. Everyone was very friendly and helpful. Many spoke English after our broken attempts at Polish which was very helpful. They were also able to call us a taxi to the airport which had a fixed fee.

Wow, this place was amazing. Our room overlooked the main street and town hall. The room was very spacious with free drinks in the fridge. Breakfast on the top floor was superb with plenty of choices both hot and cold. Now I know of this hotel I wouldn't stay anywhere else.

We had a wonderful stay at the IBB hotel. The central location is perfect for popping in and out. Hotel staff were all friendly and helpful. Rooms were quiet and spacious. I especially liked being able to see and hear the bell tower from our bedroom. Could not fault it at all.

We had a great stay at the IBB Hotel in Gdansk. The location is excellent, just off the main square and still quiet. Our room was a good size, with a comfortable bed and desk. I especially liked the water station on our floor - I can't get enough water! The staff were also very friendly.||We had breakfast at the restaurant upstairs on the fifth floor twice, we didn't get it included in our room rate and I think it was good to have the flexibility. The selection was pretty good, and my husband really loved getting omelettes there, he said they were the best of his trip. ||Drawbacks for us - no safe in the room, a pretty steep set of stairs to haul our bags up when we first arrived, and the hard to see glass wall in the bathroom we kept bumping into. ||But we had a lovely stay and a wonderful time in beautiful Gdansk.

The hotel has a unique charm. After many years of various experiences and visits to various hotels, definitely 5 stars for the IBB hotel in Gdansk. The staff, despite their young age, is trained to pay full attention to the clients' needs. I have never seen all the people sitting at the reception get up on their feet. as a reaction to any question from a guest. The staff was exceptionally polite when serving breakfast carefully oriented to the needs and inquiries of each guest. Absolutely delicious breakfasts with baked home-made cakes and a whole range of fresh, delicious products. The welcome and farewell of each guest is smooth, cultural and very polite. I pay special attention to the director, Izabela Zeman. A person with high personal culture which, thanks to his hard work I professionalism, she can be proud of the quality of the hotel she manages

Absolutely fantastic!! Perfect location, really nice, clean, modern hotel. All the staff were really friendly. We paid to include breakfast, and WOW!! Hot foods, cold foods, all freshly made and so much!! It was definitely worth paying the little extra for!||We would highly recommend this hotel for comfort, security, location, and standards.

Lovely little hotel located in the old town. Comfortable rooms and good service. Nice breakfast buffet. Only downside is no other facilities, no gym sauna or spa.

This Hotel is absolutely amazing, rooms are spotless, bed really comfortable and great shower.|Room 320 had a great view overlooking the Bars/ restaurants.|Free breakfast included.|Right in the middle of the Old town and approximately 20 minutes in a Taxi.|Highly recommended!
