We stayed just one night and we had very good experience. The hotel location is in the middle of old town and walking distance to almost everything around. Rooms are modern and very clean. Complimentary water and juice was a very nice addition. Breakfast, we needed to pay extra $20, but is definitely worth it, wide food selection. Finally, the service - exceptional. Very professional, kind people. Summarized - highly recommended.

Centrally located hotel in the heart of a beautiful city. Large spacious comfortable room which on the 4 th floor gives you a lovely view over the roof tops. Very nice breakfast with plenty of choice. Would not hesitate to come back

We stayed here for 2 nights for a short city break, and what a brilliant hotel this is. The location is excellent and in the heart of the old town, and next to the Neptune fountain. In spite of its central location, it was nice and quiet. ||The room was clean and modern with a comfortable bed and a decent sized bathroom with nice body wash products. The breakfast was reasonable and came with a delightful view over the countryside and old town. The staff were very friendly. The price overall I would say was great value for money, considering the location and proximity to all the attractions. We would recommend in a heartbeat!

Overall a good stay with a few cons:||Pro’s:|- Location! Super! |- Big rooms and comfortable beds|- Great working airco|- If needed, a few parkingspaces at surchage|- Quality breakfast very good!||Cons:|- No response on my emails before the stay (sended my email twice)|- No safe in the rooms while it is advertised on their website|- Had to pay 50 pln to check in at 1.30pm while room was already ready. |- Breakfastroom was busy and not very cosy||Overall a good stay

Good hotel with high standard, but with some issues that prevent it from getting a perfect score: - Soap ran out in our room and it wasn't refilled despite the room being cleaned - Drainage was really bad in the shower and sink, essentially leaving a puddle of water for a long time on the floor in the shower - If you get a room overlooking the plaza, you can expect a lot of noise from the street on weekends at least. Be prepared and bring earplugs. Breakfast was good, bed was comfortable and I like the complimentary water and juice in the mini fridge. Location, besides it being noisy, was excellent with closeness to everything essentially.

The position of this hotel is less than a minute from the old town. It is spotlessly clean and rooms are attended to daily if required. The staff are all friendly, helpful and approachable. I would not hesitate in recommending this hotel and if I return to Gdansk it would be my first choice!

Excellent hotel in the heart of the old town....can not fault it! I was a solo female traveller and got a recommendation from a friend and so glad I booked it. A 15 min walk from Gdansk train station takes you to the hotel. The staff are all helpful and friendly and I thought the room was good value for money. My room was at side of building so not a good view though other reviews with street facing views refer to noise so perhaps this is best. The only noise for me was the hourly church bells which I thought was lovely but bring ear plugs if youre noise sensitive as everything else is so convenient! The Italian restaurant downstairs on the street is also fantastic with delicious food!

I loved my stay at the IBB Gdańsk! Right from the start, the front desk staff welcomed me and I was smoothly checked into my clean and comfortable room! They also have an awesome breakfast. The proximity to Dlugi Targ and Neptune’s Fountain could be seen right out of my window!
