We arrived in HCMC and first thing we did, was having dinner here - as it was one big recommendation for our trip to Vietnam.
We, as Spaniards, could tell the quality of ingredients. It was with great surprise that we discovered most of the products are imported (and not a simple replication of “Spanish food”, as we encountered in other places in Vietnam). I deeply recommend “croquetas de jamón”, the ceviche and also (forgot to take pictures) the “secreto ibérico”. It was the perfect pork cut, tender inside and crispy outside… also the cheesecake!!
The food was simply delicious, but the service was top notch! We couldn’t be more spoiled. Everyone was extremely attentive of our needs, and with the biggest smile in their faces.
Also the ambiance was just so cool: the decor, the music, the people… perfect.
I’d definitely repeat if I ever come back! Do not miss it!
