The hotel is fantastisk. It’s clean and the staff is super service minded. The ocean was a bit foggy after a storm, but the beach was really fine and clean. The star friends club was absolutely amazing. The kids loved it and the girls who work there are super. The come and say hi to the kids at the pool and make them feel comfortable. I was at several gym classes. And the yoga, Pilates and cardio abs at the beach was amazing. Really calm environments. The hiit training and the gym was nice and not hard.

This is a perfect resort to spend your Caribbean vacation if you do not want to spend a small fortune on a luxurious hotel. Sandy beach with plenty of shadow from the trees, continuously cleaned by a small army of industrious personnel. Outstanding clean and orderly grounds , nice, spacious rooms with newer furniture, good food in all 5 restaurants. Great entertainment ANC activities throughout the day. This looks like a well managed resort with enough personnel to keep it pleasant and fresh

This was my first time here. I absolutely loved. I enjoyed the Zumba and aquatic aerobics with Merelyn. She is so beautiful, sweet and powerful. All the entertainment team made our stay a lot of fun, laughing, and dancing. I love the food and all the restaurant staff. The room was beautiful and comfortable. The Orchid’s Garden is beautiful and Jose the person in charge was very friendly. This is an environmentally friendly resort snd I highly recommend, Thanks.

We had an amazing stay at the Iberostar Hotel. The hotel itself is beautiful, clean, and very well maintained. The food was really good with lots of variety. The pools and facilities were excellent, and the overall was relaxing and enjoyable. A special shout out to Rambo, who was an amazing staff member, very friendly and helpful. We also want to thank our housekeeper, who did an excellent job every day. Our room was always spotless, fresh, and well taken care of which made our stay even more comfortable

My family and I just got home from a week-long vacation at this resort, and it was one of the best family trips and New Year celebrations we’ve ever had! We had previously stayed at Iberostar Rose Hall Beach in Montego Bay, Jamaica, and therefore had very high standards when booking this trip — and this resort exceeded every one of them. The resort itself is absolutely gorgeous — one of the most beautiful we’ve ever experienced. The food was outstanding and the staff were phenomenal from the moment we arrived. We were warmly welcomed and well cared for immediately upon entry, and every staff member we encountered while getting settled was friendly, professional, and genuinely kind. We loved the variety of food options available (buffet, Japanese restaurant, Italian restaurant, snack bar, and late-night snacks), which Bladis kindly helped us book — especially the New Year’s Eve buffet, which was truly exceptional. We were amazed by the variety and quality of the food and how much effort the resort put into making that evening special. We also loved that lunch included BBQ and/or cooking right on the beach, which was a unique and memorable experience for us. I especially have to highlight the entertainment and fitness team, as they contributed enormously to how much fun my sister and I had on this trip. Every morning they arrived full of energy and enthusiasm, encouraging everyone to get involved in the day’s activities. I participated in volleyball, archery, darts, table tennis, ring toss, mini golf, dance lessons, pool games, bingo — and also HIIT training and water fitness with Daniel, whose workouts were intense in the best way and who was incredibly motivating and encouraging throughout. My sister and I love to dance, and this team gave us endless opportunities to do just that. Ninja and Rambo always brought incredible energy, amazing dance moves, and contagious enthusiasm wherever they went — they even managed to get our parents dancing! We had such a great time dancing with them each evening in the plaza before the shows began. We also loved spending time with Ms. Bubbles, Smile, King Kong, and Super Jo during the daytime activities — every interaction with this team was joyful and memorable. Beyond their energy and talent, what truly stood out was how attentive and inclusive the staff were. They made a genuine effort to learn guests’ names, check in on how everyone was feeling, and ensure that no one ever felt left out — which created such a warm and personal atmosphere throughout the resort. We also want to give a special thank-you to Robert, who greeted and served us with a smile every single day at the buffet, and to Reimy, our fantastic chef at the Japanese restaurant — both helped make our dining experiences extra special. We are already looking forward to returning with friends, as we had such an incredible experience and cannot wait to relive it again!

Have been here multiple times and this resort never disappoints. Customer service is top notch from the servers to bartenders and even the employees cleaning and sweeping the buffet area. Resort is beautiful and clean. Looking forward to visiting again. Domingo and Generosa at the main buffet have the talent of extreme customer service mastered. They work extremely hard. Luz and Carlos at the pool buffet are also very hard workers who are attentive and willing provide excellent customer service.

Stayed here for 6 nights with a friend and we’ve had the absolute BEST time. First time in the country and although I didn’t leave the hotel, the experience couldn’t have been any better. Entertainment team is the most fun and amazing people, Ninja 🥷, Smile, Road Runner, Rambo, Shaggy and everyone else. And not only that, they are also great dancers 😮‍💨. The activities, dancing classes and Zumba at the beach are always great to be a part of or even just to observe, everyone is just having the times of their lifes. The cocktails are delicious, my guy Ony is one hell of a bartender, always so so nice and kind. I am not really a drinker but his drinks were just another level, loved all of them. I didn’t learn everybody’s names but from the girls greeting us at the buffet/restaurants to the concierge staff, genuinely everybody was the nicest people ever, always with a smile, cordial and friendly. We haven’t even left and we already know we want to come back here, for the people. Hopefully we’ll see them again soon. Muchas muchas gracias por tan divertida e inolvidable experiencia muchachos.

Had a great time. The hotel is clean, friendly staff. The food In buffet is very good and a lot of variety every day. Good entertainment at the pool, plentiful beach side and pool side lounge chairs. Japanese and Italian restaurants are very good. Good entertainment at all day long. Thank you King Kong for a nice entertainment and Satos the server in the buffet.
