Our family received exceptional service during our stay! The resort is top notch! The customer service is amazing and we plan to return again. Our butler, Edward went out of his way to make sure we were comfortable and had everything we needed every single day! He sent us a daily schedule of events and even made us reservations to the Hibachi restaurant. All of the waitstaff and concierges were gracious and welcoming! Carlos, our waiter at many of the restaurants was such a joy and even went out of his way to talk with our family each time we saw him!

From the moment we arrived at Joia by Iberostar, we were greeted with luxury, comfort, and exceptional service. The resort itself is absolutely stunning—modern design, pristine facilities, and breathtaking ocean views everywhere you look. Every corner of this hotel feels carefully curated for relaxation and indulgence. But what truly made our stay unforgettable was the outstanding service from our personal butler, Junior. He went above and beyond to make sure every detail of our trip was perfect. Whether it was arranging dinner reservations, surprising us with thoughtful touches in our room, or always being available with a friendly smile and helpful attitude—Junior was incredible. He made us feel truly special and taken care of throughout the entire stay. If you’re looking for a high-end escape with top-tier amenities and service that feels personal and genuine, Joia by Iberostar is the place to be. And if you’re lucky enough to be assisted by Junior, you’re in for a truly VIP experience.

Armando and Junior are the BEST! They have such good and kind energy! They helped us with any issues we had, gave us some extra goodies, and were such wonderful people overall! They made our trip so much more fun and so memorable! Seeing them always brought good energy! Since the beginning they have been AMAZING!!!! Without them, this trip wouldn’t have been the same! We appreciate all they did for us and the time they put in to make our vacation so much more fun. We thank them so much and for everything they did. Armando and Junior, thank you for everything. We had such a great time. Sharing it with them made it all so much better!!! We will miss them!☺️

Our stay here was absolutely fantastic! Junior our Butler was amazing and pampered us each day! He listened to our requests and make sure everything was to perfection! He also checked in on a crocheting project I was working on as a r&r activity and gave great compliments on the finished product. 10/10 amazing person! The room was exceptional! The ocean view was amazing! All the staff was so friendly and kind! The food was fantastic! I had such an enjoyable time! We will be back again!

***Member Review ***||What an amazing trip to the Joia Bavaro! We arrived Thursdays 7/10 and left on Monday 7/14||The staff is absolutely incredible, the views are gorgeous and the food is amazing. It was my 3rd time to the property and it gets better every time! ||The highlight of the trip was the entertainment staff - Javier Chocolate, Black Mamba, Smile, Luz, Dai, and Will Smith were absolutely incredible and kept us entertained the entire time we were there! They all made us feel like family and always kept a smile on my face. They are truly a big reason why I will be visiting again.||Star Prestige staff - Cesar our butler went above and beyond to make sure my trip was absolutely flawless.|Checked in with me daily at the pool bar and over whatsapp to make sure we had everything we needed and to make sure he fulfilled any request we may have had. It was my second time with Cesar and I am beyond grateful we had him again. Rafael the server for our in villa dinner went above and beyond to make the experience great.|Francesco the ambassador for The Club was absolutely amazing and helped us with our dinner situation when we first arrived. Always checked in to make sure we were okay and had everything we needed.||Bartenders-Ery at the pool bar is amazing and and highly entertaining|Tomas at the lobby bar makes an amazing Espresso Martini!|Elisbeth the lobby waitress went above and beyond and even made an amazing espresso martini for us when tomas was busy with a full bar||Whether it’s a family vacation, girls trip, or a romantic getaway this is a resort I would recommend over and over again

We had a fabulous experience the resorts is beautiful the food is amazing. The service from our butlers, Houston and Jesus, was amazing they took care of everything we needed and they were very attentive and somehow seemed to everywhere we were ready to assist. We also did a wine pairing class with Julian and he was a pleasure. He was fun and engaging, he recommended a great bottle of wine for dinner and was there to serve it to us himself. We are member of the club and really appreciated the service provided by Augusto in the star prestige area on the beach. Overall a great experience Iberostar did not disappoint!! Can’t wait for the next trip.

We had an unforgettable experience at the resort, and much of that is thanks to our incredible butler, Jesus From the moment we arrived, he was attentive, professional, and genuinely warm. He went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable and seamless. Jesus was extremely detail-oriented—he handled all of our dining and activity reservations flawlessly, making sure everything was scheduled just the way we wanted. What stood out the most was how he helped organize a beautiful and thoughtful birthday surprise for our friend who was staying with us to celebrate his special day. Every detail was perfectly arranged, and it made his birthday truly memorable. Throughout our stay, Jesus anticipated our needs, checked in with us regularly, and made us feel like VIPs. His dedication and hospitality made all the difference—we couldn’t have asked for a better host!
