My husband and I traveled to JOIA Bavaro Iberostar Nov 2 to Nov 8, 2025. We are no strangers to All Inclusive Hotels and have been in a few in Caribbean or Pasific ocean. it is hard to impress us and we are somewhat picky. This is our first time in Bavaro Iberostar and it is very impressive! Territory maintenance is excellent, rooms are large and clean. Drinks are premium and properly chilled, food is amazing, with great variety. Attention to details like food presentation, set ups in bars, even beach bag packed with towels, all very though through. Most amazing is the staff, appears well trained, very friendly and super attentive. Particular call outs are Luis Puello at the front desk with his team Cristian and Kiana. Impressively Luis would take extra time to make customer comfortable, address all needs and explain, and support and follow up. With many guests in the hotel this front desk team somehow managed to remember guests by their names!?! I am still puzzled by that. Lobby bar - Suari and Jordania, special thanks as well for the best cocktails, super customer focus, laughs together and friendly atmosphere. And last but not the list, Ana la camera at the buffet and across other restaurants - what a great bubbly, happy and friendly personality with the focus on service and hospitality. She totally made us feel welcomed and like a family! There are no questions we are going to be back to this wonderful resort and very soon!||Thank you,|Tatiana G
